A Glimpse into Homerun Smash: Baseball Field of Dreams

Swipe with your finger over the flying ball to swing the bat. End the swipe when the ball reaches the strike zone to hit it. The length of the swipe will determine how far the ball will go and the direction of the swipe will determine in which direction it will fly.

Try to land the ball close to red flag on the field – each time this gets you a new baseball card to build your vintage card collection. The game contains 50 cards from the T206 baseball card set from the early 1900’s, featuring superstars like Ty Cobb. Finding cards with better batting average will improve your chances of scoring home runs. If you are lucky you might even find the super-rare Honus Wagner card. More cards are coming in future updates of the game.

Use the experience generated by playing games to train your player stats. Upgrading the power and accuracy of your player will let you score home runs and find new cards more easily. Opening the game each day will also give you bonus experience.

Like Sammy Sosa Eric Davis von Hayes mvp cards and Jersey cards Greg maddux add money to buy packs of cards 5 stars thank you.

This is outstanding good this is one of the baseball games we have played and Maby the best baseball game.

We found a cheat where u tap the video and you can still tap the level up we got to level 101 on both levels.

It is easy and fun to learn how to hit a home ruin and learn about old baseball legends.

AHHHHHHHHHHH AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH AHHHHHHHHHHH AHHHHHHHH AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

It took us a little while to get the intricacies of playing this game but now that we understand how to play we are really enjoying it. Lots of fun!!

We have both the power and accuracy up to about 150. Will we ever be able to hit the bird or the building beyond the fence?

This game is amazing! Very nice graphics and realistic. We would like it if you could put the fence farther back to make it more challenging. Also it would be awesome to change the uniforms to the old timey ones.

We love this game and play it as a pastime A LOT and have become quite good at it. Somehow we lost what was stored on two occasions. The rarest cards are Honus Wagner, Ty Cobb, and Ray Demmitt. The last time we lost our data we had 49 of the 50 cards. Our most recent start over (with a new call name) still showed Ty Cobb as my/Your best card although we havent been able to get it again. However, since we obtained it once we know its at least possible. We were able to get back to 48 of 50 cards pretty quickly. Honus Wagner, on the other hand, we doubt Ill ever see. We’ve hit seemingly 1000s of targets and get the same old cards. It would be nice if the Wagner and Cobb cards werent so rare. Even if we were collect all 50 Id keep playing for the fun of it.

Good game but the home run distance only goes to 250 and that is it. When we hit a home run in the game we want to keep hitting and to show the actual distance. Can you please fix that.

We want the homerun distance to show when we hit one and when we hit one first pitch it dont go over 250 please fix we really want to see the homerun distance!!! But fun and awesome game!

We love this game. Whenever we have some time we pull it up and start hitting home runs. Very fun and relaxing. And kudos to the developers for not making the ads too evasive. Just a simple, great way to get your baseball fix in. Well done!

We would like it better if the put stands in there.

Oh, in response to the previous review, baseball started out with a minimum of 250 feet from home plate, to the outfield fence. It was somewhat rare for the ball to even clear the fence, in home run situations, so, most home runs were inside the park. After decades of baseball, the players were getting bigger, and stronger, so they didnt really start moving the outfield fence back, until later in the 20th century. So, with the maximum distance on this game being only 250 feet, the developers made this game fairly historically accurate. Youre welcome.

At first, when we were hitting the ball 30 to 40 feet, we thought, well you know what we thought. But as we got into it and figures it out it became simple and fun. We like the white line In the field that moves every time you hit a personal best. This is a generous game. It does not require any cash and you can easily build strength enough to mash it over the fence. The ads are subtle and unobtrusive! Thank you. If you want to build experience more quickly you can watch an ad but it is not necessary. We appreciate the developer for this. The only problem is that when the ball flies over the fence at 255 feet, the program can not calculate the distance correctly. Once it told us we hit the ball over 2,000 feet. Sometimes it tells you it was 250 which is inside the park. Since it is a home run game and the object is to build strength its measuring accuracy beyond the fence should be terrific. Also, when you look at the leaderboards the distance it say is your all-time best is way short of what you have been hitting. Change this and its five stars! Simple, easy to learn, fun. Not too challenging. Thanks.

It appears development has been abandoned, but how we wish they would take a few steps to up this game. Clear instructions and explanation would be a start. A better game mode. It is truly a beautiful game. We do not understand the physics of the swipe. There appears to be no consistency to cause and effect. Still love the game.

Love the game but it lacks a lot of user experience related stuff. Such as bad calculations. Sometimes we hit but the total amount of feet do not get added to our total. Not many cards. A way to battle this is by adding something such as moving through the decades of baseball by collecting all the cards of the representing decades. Less insanely rare cards. We keep on getting the same cards over and over again. Instead you could have a rarity system based on Batting Average. 0-100: Normal 101-200: Bronze 201-300: Silver 301-400: Gold 401-500: Diamond The players also don’t just have to be leftie.

When you raise enough money could you PLEASE add new things like a bat shop and a place where you can buy new stadiums with experience, and customize your player and sponsor town businesses to get more money each day? That would be great. If Id have the money, Id give you $25 dollars if you would do all of this (lol). Other than that its a good game it was very confusing the first minute but in thirty minutes Im now one of the top 3,000 home run hitters. New suggestion: if your adds dont work with the training, you could make a billboard in the ball field that has live adds playing.

We were looking for a baseball app for our dad, who is in his seventies, and we thought we hit the jackpot when we started this app: simple, uncomplicated, and the baseball cards and general presentation are just perfect for someone like him. But everything fell apart when we tried to play. It’s way, way too hard. He can tap. He can do something simple he doesn’t need to memorize. If you make this more accessable, it could reach a larger audience.

We like the idea of the game, but it seems a bit off. The have title is Homerun Smash, yet when you hit a homerun the have ends. We’ve had the gave end after TWO pitches. Not to mention that it doesn’t track your longest HR the way it should, the fence is 255ft, we’ve hit a HR farther than that yet it doesn’t record it. Also, the training is wonky, you earn points but they sometimes they reset to what they were before training.

The game could be better. You should be able to see how far your home runs are and you should be able to choose what player you want to be. The hitting controls could be much better so you can hit the ball where you want it easier.

Track the home run distance and keep the game going after a home run and its 5 stars easy.

This game has potential to be much better. Please add something to make the game fun like different stadiums and/or some goals to achieve. Maybe different targets. Anything! Gets boring very quick especially when you hit balls about 500 feet but it registers as only 250 feet. The cards seem to be all the same players over and over and whats the point of even collecting them? Want to keep playing but there is no real challenge. Please update this because the game could be great.

This game makes hitting the ball 100 feet feel like an accomplishment. Kinda addictive only because we want to beat our record which was about 123 feet. Yea.

How in the world do you hunt? We have a target to hit close to the pitchers mound but every time we make contact the ball is landing in the outfield.

After a couple hours of play, all we get is a connection problem message, stating that we need to be connected to the internet, although our phone stays connected to the internet at our home. None of our games or apps have this issue.

Im not a gamer, but this was bad design. No clear instructions. We’ve wanted a Vintage Baseball game for years. We appreciate the effort, but its bunk.

The game is very plain, and gets boring easily, but good concept with great potential, but we have a question, why is a home run’s max distance 250 feet while distance to the wall is 255 feet, it doesn’t make sense.

Took a few minutes to get the hang of it, would be more fun if you could trade rare cards with other players.

Won’t save scores or Cards only card we can see is our best card . 5stars if they fix it.

We don’t understand and can’t get any hits.

We don’t understand how the game is over after hitting one home run and how is it no matter how far the ball is it, the farthest distance counted is 250ft. Also what is the purpose of collecting cards of a bunch of no-name players. We would give this game 5 stars if it made any sort of sense.
