This is a good daily game for anyone whos looking for a game to just get on for a few minutes each day and gradually build up there hospital. Theres only ads if you choose to get extra help which is very nice. The game is really fun, highly recommend.
We downloaded this game a long time ago and had no problems with it, we stopped playing for a while and redownloaded it. Well it obviously started us over which is fine, but now when we improve our staff it doesnt give us the stars or rewards and it wont level us up. We dont if this is happening to anybody else but it needs to be fixed. We cant enjoy the game with bugs like this. Please fix it.

If you keep adding to the complexity of this game, we think it could have a lot of potential to grow on the app favorites boards. We love roller coaster tycoon by Atari and think this has creativity for a tycoon game. Compared to competitors with similar apps, this has a level of maturity to it. The more realistic the diagnostic elements of the game and more challenging the strategy, the more likely you will attract people that we think would like the game more long term. A story plot line around the holidays could be interesting to play with too for bonuses in the game. Suggestions: subtype doctor specialty could lead to plot linesex: if this doctor is placed in the room with another doctor type, a more complex illness is cured and the patient is happy. (Team coordination in a room) Staff suggestions: medical billers that speed up cash payout time, nurse practitioners save money over doctors, building maintenance (electrical, water, plumbing, or medical* equipment), fire or police security maintenance Building suggestions: based on point of care continuity, (physical therapy, long term care, in or outpatient surgery, pediatrics, birthing center, preventative med clinic) For complexity: tycoon games could include more finance; ex: loans, building investment, building maintenance characters (X-ray machine maintenance, CT maintenance), in addition to janitors.
We really like this game, but the bugs are making it frustrating to play. We used 50 gems for an extra investigator and the game is not letting us use it. The game also is not letting us research the bandage supplies. This means we cant use the operation room. It would be a five stars if these bugs were fixed.
The game is interesting, and we enjoyed it, but there are only two hospitals to upgrade. Dont buy the extra research or builders, because you might as well take your time to finish! There are some bugs, in that the bonuses from the rabies event disappear, and the customer support says they know, and its to be corrected in an updatebut the last update was over a year ago, so likely not happening.
We really liked this game, we even paid for no adds, but our game is glitched. It wont let us move forward saying we need to upgrade the consultation room but everything is all maxed out so we cant even play it anymore since no more progress can be made due to the glitch.
We said three stars because it wont let us have anymore money than $5,000. So we cant really upgrade anything, or do anything that costs more than $5,000.
Ive sent two messages to the developers to try and get the big fixes completed. We paid about $30 into this game and our game keeps saying we need to hire 1 equipment administrator and 2 medical instrument administrators in Hospital General which is already done and that we need to build construction room 8 which is already built in Paradise Hills Hospital. We are unable to move to the third hospital even though the first two hospitals say we are at 100% so we guess we just wasted our money on the game. Other than that the game is really good just needs the fixes so we can keep playing.
UPDATE: as of 1/5/25 there has been now new update and services has not been restored. We love the game. Since Ive gotten this game we can not put it down. We wanted to spend some money in the game to help bolster our progress (again l really like the game and the concept) so we purchased the workers pack for $9.99. We were charged $10.61 to our card and we were okay with that (taxes and fees). We have used the support button to speak with someone about the purchase (we understand there is a 72hr turn around). We just want our $10.61 back and we will just play the free version.
We really wanted to enjoy this game and it seem really creative and fun but 40$ for no ads is absolutely absurd.
We really love playing this game but having to pay for additional workers in absolutely insane to us. Add more workers with out us having to pay for it.
Got this game as something fun to do every now and then, got to the second hospital and got up to 88% completed with it when suddenly we logged on and all our doctors had disappeared, all workers were gone, all research had disappeared and 11 of our already built rooms were gone along with sporadic stations for our distributors and suppliers were gone. Im not sure what happened or why but we will be deleting this game. Gave it two stars since it was fun while it was properly working.
This game is amazing we love everything about it.
Great game. Paid for one upgrade. Our vault is maxed out. We wish we could actually keep accruing the income or have options to invest and start in expanding hospital to maybe have separate practices or some other facilities to be able to spend the accumulated Money. Its a shame we accrue so much money and cant keep and use it. We wish there were more ways to expand. We see the option for other hospitals but we havent been playing long enough. We also think the patients transported via ambulance should they not be on stretchers instead of wheelchairs because in reality thats how most patients would arrive. Could doctors have different specialties such as oncology. Radiology etc. Specialty units at the hospital.
How do we move to next hospital city ps.
Out of all the tycoon games this is one of the best ones. We wish u guys would make the times smaller and able to get another builder without buying but still our favorite game to play.
This is an awesome game to play while you have to have patience with some of the gameplay nonetheless it's still a great game. We've made it to the point where we're just waiting for the next update.

We love this game and it is so fun to play! One thing that we wish would occur more often was the viruses because our ICU doesnt get used for anything besides that. But everything else about this game is amazing.
We love tycoon games and this is one that's really good where it doesn't make us feel like we can only advance if we play a lot of ads, especially money wise since other ones just make way too low profit to continue easily. However, our game started breaking towards the end of the first hospital as we noticed our last Objective (If we remember correctly) said to hire 6 Distributors and we were basically completely done with everything and we did have 6 already. This issue was minor since we could just fire and rehire for this objective. In the second hospital though, one of our Objectives is to build 8 consultation rooms and it currently says 5/8. The problem is we already built all of them. And it was weird too because you can build up to 12 of them for this hospital. We're assuming it was like this because we already built majority of it before the objective was shown to us. This hospital has all the buildings except for the ICU and storyline room. We thought we were just missing it but now we realized why we advanced so far with no story line. Our Reputation was broken for the longest time but only now we noticed since we rarely open that tab. We only have 10 stars and our Reputation is stuck at 382/1000. The reputation stars don't add whenever we upgrade things and we're pretty sure we should have more than 10, though we could be wrong. We don't know if we do have anything else that is broken but we guess we'll find out in the long run. We understand this game is still in development and it really is one of the good ones we've played (and trust us, we've played way too many tycoon games). We just hope this could get fixed somehow, especially since we did an in-app purchase for this one.
We left 4 stars to catch your attention. The thing is, Im sure this is an awesome game, but we just downloaded it, and as soon as we opened it, it wouldnt load! Left us on the menu screen without not even one Orange pixel for the loading bar would show up.
We love this game but we finished everything pretty quickly. Im hopeful theres a new update coming soon.
We love the game it is a lot of fun but we have hit an point in the game we can go any further which is not our fault. We have 2 rooms we can not access due to their not being an update yet for the game to unlock them. It would be nice if updates more frequent.
We maxed out the 2nd hospital but no way to go further, no 3rd. Also, completed all the tasks except build consultation room 8. Even tho we have all of them (15 we think) maxed its stuck at 5/8. The game is good for awhile.
Great game but the biggest chunk of our money comes from getting and completing emergencies and they arnt popping up for us. This bug needs fixed for a 5 star.
Why does it have to take 350+ clicks to upgrade just one rank of the 5 levels on just one office. Love to play it but clicking more than 1,000 times per office is annoying and kinda exhausting.
As we say above, we want to love this game. We have had it crash three times and lose all our staff; emergency department no longer works; not gain money, tokens nor stars in upgrading staff. We are installing it for the third time. If it crashes again Im done with it. We like that its not an action game. We can chose to upgrade whatever department we want without having to follow a certain pattern. All three times it crashed we had maxed out our vault so we had plenty of money to build and upgrade anything. Im a healthcare provider so its cute that the OR gives anesthesia prior to operating. Funny though that everyone who comes in with a broken leg/ankle has their injury on the left leg, but the radiologist sets their right leg. Please dont crash again.

Ive spent a good amount of money on the game, we love to play it practically every day. The graphics are great, and theres not much of a lag. We like the whole idea behind it, Im just a little disappointed with how slow it progresses. Compared to other idle games that update and add new content regularly, Ive reached 80% of the 2nd hospital in no time and have nothing exciting to do. Im progressing quicker in the second hospital than the first but have no access to ICU yet, though it just tells us soon. The research tasks are also lagging when it comes to actually completing them (Ive maxed out all 12 consultations rooms and Im still waiting for the rewards from the task of building room 8).The support channels are pretty lacking seeing as it could be 72 hours before you hear back from anyone as well, so its not like there are quick troubleshooting options available either. Im worried that this is a game you'll be waiting on updates for because of how quickly you can progress through it.
We love this game! General Hospital: There is no medical instrument administrator, or equipment administrator in the game. This is causing the inability to to complete the tasks Paradise Hills Hospital: There is a glitch in the consultation room 8, it is showing Check 8 instead. This is holding up the things that need to be completed.
Only two hospitals. 2nd cannot be completed due to known bug that will not be fixed anytime soon. Tech support says no plans for updates. 2nd hospital has unopened areas that cannot be opened. Maxed out staff. We can only assume that the known bugs are ways to slow players down. Will not be financially supporting this app.
Love this game sm but we stopped getting achievements when we started building our second hospital.
This game is a lot of fun but idk why thing dont update while the phone is off we finished playing last night went to bed to find that nothing had finished updating so we have to sit in the game for 3 hours to upgrade.
We got a 100% on the first hospital. At the 2nd hospital, the emergencies stopped happening completely. Its been weeks without them. An objective build consolation room 8 has been done but it wont give us credit. In fact, all hospital rooms have been built. Summary, was fun until it wasnt possible to continue. You can quickly make in game money without buying any packs.
Would be a lot better if you didnt cap how much money we could have at once.
We love this game. However one day we log on and almost all our progress is there but all our research had been reset our rooms were still available but all our doctors were gone all of our medical supplies our ambulance and helicopter all disappeared and our vault was reset Im currently trying to catch back up on everything our hospital went from a 80% complete to 23% complete Im honestly very disappointed Ive uninstalled and reinstalling to see if it corrects the issue but we tried to force close the app and reopen nothing changed. Im really upset that we have to restart all of that and the amount of time it took to do all the research and its like starting all over.
Really wish that we can ask to quintupple our wage 4 times a week.
The game used to be really fun but the second hospital isn't good at all. So many missing features. Like no dentists for the dentist offices, no emergencies, broken objectives, not getting rewards. And plus, this hospital is bigger but we have the same about of distributors so it's impossible to keep patients happy. We reached out to support multiple times and they always say they will fix it as soon as possible. We've read other reviews and have noticed comments from months ago complaining about the same things. We think we're gonna go abead and delete this app. The game seems incomplete and we doubt they are planning to fix it. No point in waiting around while it takes up storage on our phone. It was fun for a little while but if they won't improve it, there's no reason to keep playing. If you want a game where you can actually finish it, this is NOT the game for you. All of the error will extremely frustrate you.
The first hospital went smoothly, but the second not so much. There is no way to assign distributors to certain supplies. All the research is complete but the option wont pop up like with the first. Secondly, if we hire a builder hell disappear if we close the game, 75 gems wasted. Cute have though if you dont mind the bugs.
Ever since paradise hospital opened the boost disappeared and the objectives are glitchy. We only have 4 objectives left to complete and its to hire administrators but…the warehouse is full and nearly all ranked 5. We were obsessed with the game until those glitches happened.
We have done EVERYTHING we could think of to fix this error in the game. We fired all the hires, removed and added docs back to exam rooms and deleted the game on several occasions. We just added the game back today after deleted it for 3mos thinking it will reset itself.nope! It still says we hv to build room 8 which is already done. As a matter of fact we finished EVERYTHING! Theres literally nothing left for us to do. Crazy thing is it says 1 task left to build room 8 (left 5/8). Wouldnt that mean we have 3 task left? They seriously need to fix this bug. Ive written a review b4 but NO REPLY. We just want to move on to the next hospital or clinic. Just please fix it.
The game is overall fun. There is a lot of tasks to complete to keep you busy. However, you are only given one builder and that builder can only upgrade one thing at a time, and the build times vary based on the upgrade level youre on. Unfortunately, in order to get more builders, you have to pay $6.99 for EACH of the 3 other builders available. There is definitely a lot of idle time as you get further in the game, which honestly makes us forget to come back to the game more often. Builders should just be hired with cash like in Prison Empire (made by the same company). We shouldnt have to waste real money, (or game diamonds to rent a builder for a few hours) when other Codigames dont have you pay a ridiculous amount for things that should already be available as part of the gameplay.
This game has the potential to be a great game but hasnt been updated for 7 months now and its annoying. We cant do anything, the money is just piling up and its keeps telling us to come back, but come back to what. 7 months is a very long time to wait for something to be updated in our opinion. But its whatever. We want to delete the game so bad but we just keep checking for that update.
Ive gotten our first hospital to 82%. Now every time we leave the game all our staff for hospital one just disappears. Not the room or the room upgrades. Just the staff. Now we have spent money on this game. So for stuff to just disappear like that and Ive spent money on the game is just a little ridiculous. So maybe dont waste your money to play the game. Just play it as is.
On/at previous hospital we were able to choose what our distributors delivered now on this new map we cannot. Im level four for them, & even did the research .. But the option is not there what happened.
We really like the game but there are so many glitches. On the second Hospital the dentist rooms are added but not really supported. The objective list wont clear even though we finished everything. This is very frustrating. Now we have done all we can but the last two rooms wont open up. Please fix. Update Same glitches apply and we feel we will have delete and start over which is so frustrating. We made purchases and will lose everything.
