The game is great but to give the customer some more patience and give the workers more speed other than that we like the game it keeps us occupied and relaxed.
A fun game. We play on our lunch break.
We agree with another players review about fixing the timing. The customers are arriving before you can get the orders of the people already in the rooms. You shouldnt have to use up so many boosts on one level. We enjoy the game, but that problem is about to make us stop playing. We understand wanting it to be a challenge at upper levels. After several attempts at the same level, we feel the difficulty level should be less challenging to allow the player to advance to the next level. If you get stuck on a level for a week or so you feel defeated and just stop playing. Its fun and we definitely have enjoyed playing it.
When will there be a new hotel?
You need to not stack customers and orders. You NEVER receive gems so you NEVER get to upgrade therefore making the levels impossible to beat. Whatever the objective is they make it impossible to beat it cause you never have gems to upgrade.
We are hooked. Hours of enjoyment.

We have completed all of the hotels. We were wondering when some new hotels will arrive? We really enjoy this game, but we dont like the time it takes to release a new hotel.
What good are the coins if you cant use them to purchase? Everything uses up gems & we have hundreds of thousands of coins.
This game is the classic time management that we enjoy, however just when you start having fun is when to get past levels you need to buy expensive packages. Nope, not doing it….
We love this game, but it only lets you go so far. For almost two weeks the next hotel just says update coming soon??
Im giving 3 stars not because its a bad game but because it is the exact same gameplay of another game we already play. We mentioned the ads because ads for game apps used to show actual gameplay and Im guessing the rules changed because now most of them show ads without actual gameplay. We fell for it. The elevator ad thats being used to get downloads for this game is NOT the game you actually download.
Im trying to be patient, but its be really great if we could skip the tutorial since this is our first time running a hotel with you. How many games do you have? And how many games have we played? So Im being punished for playing again?
We have enjoyed this game for a bit now but we have played level 24 almost 100 times now we always come up 5$ short of the goal and have to play it again. Even though we get a smiley face on every customer. You just want us to use our diamonds to buy three more customers what a rip off.
We play this so does our daughter she gets 20 adds fast feet we play first hotel just to get boost she gets 5 watching ads and we have updated.

OMG this is the best hotel game ever! It has NO ADS! There is one thing l dont like about it. Its that you have to do so many things at ONE time. But if you like stressful games than its perfect for you! (But dont play it to much or youre fingers will hurt) well just get it!
When an update occurred the icon changed and it is umm less that desirable can you please fix it ASAP lol its not even for the right game. Other than that Im obsessed with this game!!

While we really enjoy the main game, the constant pop ups to play all the mini games are super annoying. This is also a hotel game yet the app picture and even the advertising for it make it look like it is medical game. Luckily, we grabbed the app when the correct app pics were displayed. Someone needs to fix that.
Doesnt let us watch an ad to get one more customer at the end of the level and makes the game wayyyy more difficult.
Ok im gonna be honest here the game is ok. There are a couple of ads here and there, tho some days there are a bunch. Its really easy to earn gems and coins for upgrades. Some levels are hard and some are easy like every game. But this new update our app did, came out with this DISGUSTING app look. Its like an eye with a bunch of gross stuff, witch is 1 just gross to look at and see every time we open our phone and 2 has nothing to do with the app. On all the things on here it says you clean ears and that gross stuff witch so far after playing for a while to see if it would pop up it doesnt. This is supposed to be a HOTEL game not a cleaning ears one. We know your trying to make it more fun but come on its literally called HOTEL CRAZE, not cleaning ears craze. Also why do we have fish tanks on here like we are playing fishdom? If we want fishdom we will get it. Also on your things it says divorce him and that stuff. You know what im talking about. You dont do that either. That is also false advertising.
Love the game have been playing for years but this new up date has a nasty pimple popper picture. We had to uninstall we didnt like seeing that picture all the time. Then theyll give you boost like unlimited lives got 30 min sometimes but by the time you close out all the ads and the other parts of the game they force you to play. Your tone is gone.
How did the game pictures change from hotel to all this medical stuff? The medical pictures are gross. But the game itself is the same, no medical that we have seen in it. Been playing this game for a while now.
During some levels the characters will enter the hotel room and take a very long time to exit . If you need a certain room or amount of likes, this glitch causes you to fail the level. Happens often. There are 2-3 games within one and youre always being promoted to play in the other games . This makes the Home Screen very busy, but also annoying because Im not interested in those games. Also, the levels are very repetitive. Same challenges , different levels .
This game is fun but if u only what to clean ears,eyes,and toes we would not want to get this game. U only get to do the mini games like every ten levels. The mini games are the clean the eyes, ears, and feet.
What is up with this new update!?
Extremely disappointed that there is FINALLY a new update and still no new levels… It has been months and months of not playing just waiting for an update, and here it is, no new levels!!
We dont like the app icon design! We’ve been playing this game for almost 2 years and there is no dissecting of body excrement in this game. We would never play a gross game like that. Hopefully theres a glitch in the app icon design.. But if we continue to see that gross icon every time we want to play this game, we will definitely uninstall.
We greatly enjoyed the game until this most recent change. We may be one of the few that doesn’t care for pimple popper and the like. The change to the "eye" and pimple popper things, we cannot keep looking at it.
After the new update theres this weird focus on an ASMR mini game (which we dont even see in the game) and the icon is absolutely disgusting. Honestly wondered if the game got hacked.

Changed so many things that were fun, like the pets used to be able to help during play but now all that were collected are just a waste. Changed the icon of the game to a sick medical like game to pick things out of ears, etc, makes not sense. Never used to have ads unless you clicked to view but now the ads interrupt play. Will be uninstalling.
We will continue to delete every single game that feels the need to change all of its branding to cartoon images of disgusting body parts. WHY? This game has absolutely nothing to do with that. Seeya!
Recently updated this game and Im disgusted by the images used for the app. An infected eye and ear?!? Completely gross and has nothing to do with this game. It grosses us out so bad Im considering deleting the app entirely. Hope someone addresses this.
We love the game BUT there are too many ads..
We enjoyed this game but the repeated ads and the disgusting selection of ads forced us to delete it. We dont want to see surgjcal/medical or sexualized games. What if a child is playing the game?!!
Deleted the game off our iPad until you fix the gross pictures for an unrelated game.
Not sure what the heck happened but Im deleting the game because of the gross eye with pustules picture that keeps popping up instead of the old hotel icon. We removed it from the Home Screen but we keep getting notifications.

We played for over a year, but now the ads get placed in a loop and never get out. Have to close the game and start over. We finally deleted the game because this bugs the crap out of us. Too much wasted time. Now we finally had to delete because of all the sexual queer ads.
Without warning the icon picture changed to something gross that has nothing to do with game. The ads also need a warning for certain age groups. Disappointed in new changes. Shouldve just developed a new game instead of being lazy and trying to transition this one. Truly are insulting your customers.
We have played this game for months and have enjoyed it. However, this new updated icon is disgusting. It has nothing to do with the game and is disgusting. We tried moving off our Home Screen so we dont have to look at it. However after a few days- we still cant stand it. Its gross. It has nothing to do with the game. Im deleting it cause we do t want to see this.
