Game is fun, but we would like some new stuff.
There is a glitch in this game. When we you collecting your free coins. You click on the + sign collect the free coins and there is no x button to go back into the game. You have to close the game completely out and then open back up. Sometimes there is a Way out of the process then sometimes there isnt. Over all its a fun game.
Decent game and kept us busy for a few days. But its been like 3 or so months and anything past level 261 has been coming soon for idk how long.
Hello we have had this game for a while and love playing it however recently it just shows us a blank screen whenever we press start the elevator dorrs open but nothing after that. We only rated a one star so we could get technical support, will change once fixed.
This game has a demonic character that the characters turn into after about level 20. As a mother this does not sit well with us! Please be mindful of whats on your kids phone. – sincerely, a mom.
Game is a waste of time. The levels only stop at 261. That's totally stupid, not to mentioned we paid for the VIP subscription.
We started playing it and our boyfriend wanted to get it to beat us basically and he did for a bit then he got stumped and we finished all the levels and hes about 100 behind us and we need more levels so we can beat him even more.
The game is extremely addicting and we love every minute of it. There are cute characters, challenging levels, and overall good fun. Our only disappointment is waiting for days for new levels to be developed. We would start all over again and delete the game but we have a good amount of dollars invested from our daily bonus and purchases. So we wouldnt want anything to be deleted. Please please hurry and update this game so we could play!! We have been waiting for weeks for level 267 and Im getting ready to delete this game. We downloaded this game a few days ago and Ive reached the end of the levels. No idea when any new levels will be added. We were really enjoying this game and even paid a few bucks for some of the rewards and now we cant even play it. Once you reach the last level you cant do anything else! We would give it a higher rating if it had more levels and things to do but for now it gets a 2 star.
We love this game and played it for hours daily we til we beat the game and didnt have anymore levels to play. Ive been waiting MONTHS for the Coming Soon sign to be removed for level 262 but have yet to see anything. We would love to keep playing this game but Im about to delete it because we dont think the app developers are ever going to give any new levels. Its just taking up memory space on our phone now.

When is a new update coming, we finished all the levels about 4 months ago, and just waiting for more hotels.
Ill say first of all that this game is pretty fun though its a bit too difficult in our opinion. But maybe im just bad at games. The issue and why we had to delete though is it was giving our phone constant notifications to the point it crashed. We had to quickly delete it so that our phone wouldnt crash again. We wonder of this has happened to others. Ive noticed the frequency of notifications had increased recently. But this was really weird and ridiculous. We hope it can be fixed if it was a problem within the app.
Its a good game, but what do we do with the cash we get from the customer? We have nothing to spend it on.
Great game until level 20. After 20, it becomes a pay-to-play game.
Ive been stuck on $131 cash and cant get rid of it by buying things so we can collect more cash for the piggy bank there should be more ways and less expensive ways to get rid of ur cash so u can collect the money being given at the end of each level its really annoying and Im not playing it anymore because theres no way to win anything now- thats a bad move and we wonder why this game isnt popular.
We had a problem similar to another user we purchased coins that we were charged for but never received. We filed a complaint, but never received the coins or a refund. If this feature worked, we would have given the game 4 stars rather than 2. It is a bit redundant, but enjoyable.
How do we get a refund? We cancelled the subscription before the date of being charged for the game two days ago and was just charged for it today. Refund please.
Games ended at floor 261 and it has been saying update coming for the past 6 months but nothing. Very disappointing. The game just ends at floor 261 and not being updated further.
Its a mindless game but something thats easy enough to play to pass the time. Clean and easy to use interface thats intuitive. In the previous version made by Stegobubbles, the game worked great – an occasional glitch once in a blue moon but usually pretty rock-solid and reliable. The various bad guys at each different hotel were a nice touch and made it more challenging. No indication of what level youre on but after years of playing it Id say we were pretty up there. Saw today July 11th 2022 that there was an update from a month ago which promised to address a lot of user feedback. We applied it, and immediately regretted it. Stegobubbles no longer seems to be involved with the game, and now its chock full of bloat and even many more ways for the game to wring money out of you. And to boot – the game no longer works. Just like others are saying, the elevator does slide open and then it freezes. ALSO: the data collected about you NOW is heinous. We dont install software that is pulling a lot of our info and selling it [and monitoring what youre doing on your phone] and thats what this latest update does. The previous version, Im almost certain, didnt take a fraction of our info the new version collects. Also – there was no warning about the updated EULA after installing the update that we had to agree to, rather just launching the game seems to green-light them collecting your data and rifling thru your phone to see what youre up to. Im sad we applied this update since Ive now lost the version of the game that we enjoyed which we can never get back, and annoyed that theyve given themselves so much access to our private info without us being prompted to agree to a new EULA. Im deleting this game. NOTE TO APPLE: Dev's APP SUPPORT link here in the store takes you to their Terms Of Service and nothing else. No support from the developer to be found there. Offer your users some legitimate support.
We used to like this game even though it repeated over and over again. Then it was updated and stopped working. It has been months since it worked.
Game freezes when we try to play.
Ive lost progress a number of times now because after a certain level the game just wont finish loading and then open and a delete and reinstall causes you to start at the beginning all over again.
Love the game & we cant wait for more levels & hotels.
The game itself is good but you cant listen to music, the game blocks all kind of background play.

We love this game because its fun but also challenging.And Im not saying that you have to download it but we love it because it is a fun game that you can play on your phone or tablet or whatever electronic device that you have.
