Remember all the important places in your life? Your favorite park, the tree you sat under as a child, reading your favorite book, the place you escaped to when your heart was first broken? What would you do if those places were about to be destroyed? That is what Ella faces. The worst part…? Her own stepmother is the one threatening to destroy it! Ella needs your help to save all that is dear to her.
In this story game, you’ll do more than just assist guests with their check-in. In the hotel, the people who work here are not merely employees, they’re family. Some have watched Ella grow up! You’ll need to take care of them and ensure their jobs are safe. Also, you'll need to help with every aspect of hotel life – cleaning rooms, helping out in the bar, keeping up with all the paperwork.
As if that weren’t enough, Ella also has to turn it into a 2-star hotel! If not, her stepmother will sell it to a magnate who will tear it down. Ella relies on social media, hoping to bring in influencers who will promote the hotel.
Are Ella's social media skills going to be enough to bring in more guests? Ella knows that having a few girls who are strong influencers will greatly help her cause. We tried this game when it first came out, a couple of years ago. It was a mess. Too glitchy to be able to play. So, we stopped playing it. We downloaded it yesterday and we completed it today. The reason why we gave it 4 stars is because theres more story than there is gaming time. It seemed like there was maybe 5 minutes of gameplay and the rest of it was the story. A nice balance between the two would have been better.
When are all rest of games coming out second third and fourth and fifth game this story needs at least 5 games to finish the this Fabulous gamehouse original stories.
Wish there was a second part to this.
We love everything about this game. We wish the creators would turn it into a series like Emily Delicious, Primrose Lake and Angelas many adventures. Thanks for a great game.

We purchased the full game and have played through multiple times. This is one of our favorite TM games. Love the story, smooth game play, no glitches and just a really fun game to play.
Amazing game, no complaints! We really need a sequel because you cant just leave a girl hanging at a cliffhanger like that. 10/10 will be playing the sequel if/when it comes out.
Hi, we really like this game; as, we are a huge fan of fairy tales ourselves! Although, we would like to see some improvement done with the cut-scenes because some arent showing up.

We love Gamehouse Games! This is definitely a new favorite. It would be great if you created a Part 2. It ended on a cliff hanger and we would love to see whats next for the characters.
Mild spoilers ahead! When we say this is a great game, it means something–we've been one of GameHouse's harshest critics, and we have the e-mails to them to prove it! The storyline is interesting, if a little confusing at times–the curse isn't fully explained, although by the end you get the idea that Grandpa was cheating and that caused the curse. The end also sets up the potential for a sequel. The gameplay is just challenging enough. Yes, you CAN get all the stars and diamonds. Just keep replaying levels once you get all the upgrades. We had no technical issues, but we were playing on an iPhone 8. It's been a long (long) time since we've enjoyed a GameHouse game as much as we did this one. Here's hoping they put out a sequel soon! We highly recommend this game.
Ok first we would like to say we have a subscription so we dont have this problem everyone keeps complaining about having to waste 10.00 every time game house comes out with a new game so if there is any problems with the game its really not that big of a deal they can always fix it and we can just go back and play it as many times as we would like ok second is this game never glitches or freezes and has any ads again Ive never had a problem as much of all the reviews are complaining about and we play on our phone so maybe its just there devices ok so now back to the game its wonderful the only complaint we would make is we thought there wasnt enough levels but other then that thanks game house.
This was a sweet story and a fun time management game! We flew through all 60 levels and cant wait for the second one to come out! It did have a glitch when we first got it but we deleted and reloaded it and it played perfectly with no more glitches at all.

Thank you for making another great game. We did enjoy the story line and it did have some engaging moments, especially seeing how some mean characters got a change of attitude at the end. We did find the game play a little easy, but that didnt stop us from enjoying it. There were a few glitches, but we seemed to manage fine with them by exiting out of the game and restarting it. We cant wait to see what else there is to play in the future.
We were really excited about this game since we saw the concept announcement on our gamehouse app, and it has not disappointed! We love the storyline and Ella and her family is such a wonderful addition to the ones were familiar with like Angela, Emily, and Amber. The game is fun and its absolutely beautiful, it really feels like a fairytale. Games like this make us happy to pay our subscription.
It has an original and very engaging story line. We cant wait for the next game to see what happens next! It had glitches, but the update fixed them for us. Definitely worth playing.
We havent had any issues on our 2nd gen iPad Pro – we have played to level 5 so far. We like to hotel concept, mini games are fun and the story seems interesting.
This is a really cute little game with the same engaging storyline and characters as the early Emily games. We had no problems whatsoever with level 2 or any other level. It played smoothly with no glitches, freezes, or difficulty issues. Graphics are cute but maybe slightly fuzzy. Thats the only the thing we would work on if theres a 2nd one.

This game is very cute and has a nice storyline. The only thing we would change is probably better graphics. Also Ella is always on her phone its sorta irksome at times. Other than that we love it.

The only criticism would be that the animation is a little rough. That seems like it could be fixed. We really liked the story. Addicting game. We need the next one to see what happens with the curse.
When will there be a new update for levels after 60.
So overall the game is really fun, it freezes up sometimes, but all games do. We enjoyed the story line, etc but get past 10 levels and you have to pay to play the game. That got annoying super quick.
The first time we got the we were happy but when we finish the level it go black and kick us out we dont if its the app or its our we pad but the game play is all good.
We love the storyline and the game is addicting. We were more interested in the story than the game. We completed every level and now we want more. Shari happens to the hotel, Prince Charming & Ella, Charlie and his lady friend? We want more.

We were hesitant to buy this game after we read the reviews, but Im glad we did it anyways! The storyline was sweet and addicting. The graphics were just like the Emily games. The episodes were short and we finished the entire game in 1 day, which to us is a good thing! We saw that a few people complained about the amount of social media referenced within the game, but we actually enjoyed it and think it added a unique touch to it. Made us feel like we were actually texting the characters! We liked the different settings you could play in and the overall fairytale theme, very different from their other games. Our only suggestion for the makers is to change up Carls hiding spot (a little too predictable) and move the Likes bar to a different spot on the screen, there were times were it was in the way of items we needed to click on…so we couldnt earn the diamond for a few episodes. The ending is a cliffhanger so Im hoping theres a Hotel Ever After 2.
We want everything free not locked because we hate it when you gotta pay for it a month.
We were able to play the entire game without any technical issues. No crashes, no missing images, etc. The storyline was engaging, and we liked how theyre dialing back the mini-games in this one. The graphics werent up to Gamehouse level though. The upgrade items were a little weird. As we went to play the final level, we still had items that said Locked, but after we finished the final level, those were gone. All in all, a fun game.
We like the fact that they have a hotel management game, Ive been waiting for this and we just found out they have one so we downloaded it immediately. But its kinda outdated and the bugs. We hope they will put more effort putting a new version of this game cause we love it. Im kinda bored with the delicious emily food concept, we just wanna see something new form GH.
We bought this game and within a few hours we finished it. We felt it was way too easy for the price that we paid! Although we enjoyed the story in the graphics we just wish it was a little harder.
We really enjoyed the story line but when we went on to chapter two level 11 , we t would glitch us out of the game ! We really liked it but we cant play it anymore . We hope you can fix this for the next person who plays . This is just sad for us cause we really liked it ! Please try and fix this.
We like the game but the story was too long.
Good game but lots of glitches. Not as good as other game house games.
We have played other games by this developer in the past and have enjoyed them. But after the first couple of levels the game would lock up at the end of the level and we would have to force close it to go on. Then we got to a level where the customer was asking for something we didnt even have. When we tried clicking on support to see if we could figure it out the game locked up again and had to close it.
We love GH games! The story is good, and we love the new setting. There are just a few bugs, and not as finished as Emily or other games. The like bar gets in the way of the cat in the office and the table in the lobby. Also sometimes we have to restart a level because the characters just stop moving.
Its a great game!! But it started freezing at level 6 and we didnt want to delete and reinstall and start over! Other than that is a good game! Unfortunately Im going to uninstall.
So far we love the story and the gameplay, however it tends to be super glitchy. Many of the cutscenes will not play, our achievements will not be unlocked even if we complete the requirements, and we often have to close the game in order to keep playing. We would give this game five stars if the glitches were gone much like nearly every other gamehouse app.
We love this game and really wanna play it, but it has so many issues like not wanting to load right and just keeps messing up.
We paid $9.99 for the whole game its keep freezing up everytime we play whats going on we just bought the whole game for $9.99 why is it keep freezing up or refund our money we cant even play it cause its keep freezing.
Not quite as good as the original Emily games but we still enjoy playing this. We would have purchased it if not for the crashing.

This game is really good and we love the storyline but there are so many glitches in this game it actually makes it frustrating to play. We missed so many key points in the storyline because the game either freezes during or boots us off.
We really like this game so far, but it crashes after almost every dang level!! Please fix this.
We will rate this higher if it's updated so 1/2 the screen is not blurred when trying to play mini games within an episode.
