Love this game but unless you purchase the additional options you wont past most levels. Would love if you could earn diamonds like you do coins. Gave 4 stars cuz we really do love this game but will soon have to delete the game cuz we cant afford it anymore.
We love it but it need some upgrades and new things.
We like this game but you have to use the booster in order to pass the level then when the ad pop up like a 4.99 one in a life time it ask if youre sure you wanna pass up the one in a life time deal… We dont think its right to make people second guess their choice. And we wish we can earn more booster after the rounds or at least after the hard or double the booster after the hard round but other then that we like it, we like playing.
The only hotel management game that we keep in our phone ^^ _Sometimes, we watched ads to double the coins. After watching ads, the coins still the same… _Nice graphics, many different customers, many ways to earn money and diamonds. We can play levels from previous hotels to earn more money. _I hope you guys can let us change our employees clothes~ we really like this game.
Its a fun game but you have to pay money to get useful tools to win the levels. If you dont buy them you just keep losing. Very frustrating.
Thought this was a great game until we got to Level 73. There is no way for the doorman to fill all the orders and clean the rooms. They just want you to spend money on boosts. No other way to win. The lower levels allow you to watch a video to get one more guest if you just miss the goal. Which was great. As you progress it is impossible. All the rooms are full and requesting food and people just keep coming to the reception desk. So irritating that its all about paying for things in order to play a free game. Dont download.
Cant get thru hard levels without diamonds. Cant get diamonds unless you purchase them.
This is by far the best hotel serving game but some of the levels are hard to pass when you dont want to use a booster. We wish if you didnt pass the level you would still receive the coins you did earn to try again.
We love this game and we have made it to the final level of the first hotel. However we cant seem to win the level even if we use boosters. The goal is to get eleven smiles. Please help us.
Fun to play. But customers are not diverse enough. Most characters are white. Other Hotel Fever games are more diverse. If fixed, the game would be more well rounded. Micro transactions are also in the game; its not free to play, its free to pay.
They are pretty much forcing you to buy their packs to get boosters to pass some of the hard levels. They dont give you any other option to obtain gems to buy the boosts. If you do get to see an add video, they give you 1 gem and the booster is 60 gems. Lol.. We mean, we all know they get money by having adds. So, besides they get money thru the adds, you need to buy a pack to be able to pass the level, if not, youll be stuck there until who buy it. So, yeah, just sleep ahead and download another game, similar to this that is not such a money grab game.
This game is so so good and very addictive theres not an accessible amount of ads and its really enjoyable.

We got this game for our 10 year old daughter and she loves it! Basically run a hotel, and you make food, clean and check in people to the hotel. You can decorate the rooms to really make it your hotel. This game does have ads, but not a lot. The best part? Its free & no fees in the game, other than accessories. If you are looking for a game for your kid, this is perfect.
We finished all the hotels, and it says more coming soon. When will there be more added? We really enjoy playing this.

Its a great game, you dont need boosters for every game and you get multiple chances to be able to get to your goal.. We have finished most of the levels now.. Waiting for the next levels.
Been waiting FOREVER it seems like, for an update!contacted support with no response. Dont know if we should delete the game or just wait. Wish they would respond However we do like the game. This one doesnt have ridiculous levels like some, That try to pretty much have to spend real money one power ups to complete a level.
The game is fun and has great graphics. However, many of the ads have an error and you can watch and wait for the timer to end but it doesnt allow you to close the ad so you dont get credit. The only way out of the ad is to force the game to close then restart. Its very frustrating.
When watching the videos to get more diamonds, or to get another chance to move to the next level, the videos get stuck and you cant close them or it freezes. But its a fun game and very addicting.
At first we really didnt know how to feel about this game but after playing it, we found out it was actually fun and we like the fact that u can watch a video and get coins and diamonds. So far so good.

We really enjoyed this game until we reached the first hard level. Ive played it multiple times with all the additives to make it easier, and its impossible to beat unless you pay for diamonds. You have to earn a certain amount of coins, and the level doesnt provide enough guests to make the money. You have to pay for diamonds to extend the level for more guests to pass it. Not fair.
Love this game beat majority of all the levels waiting on an update. Its been 4 years.
The game is fun, but trying to utilize the ads for bonuses is the WOOOOORST. Ugh. Any time there is a unity ad, it wont let us collect the reward, and makes us force quit the game so we have to start the level over again. Then it counts that as us getting the ad bonus, without actually gaining anything.
Fun and addicting game but the amount of ads you must suffer through make it almost unbearable, especially when you sit through a minute long ad after every other round that sometimes wont even allow you to close out of the ad afterwards. THE ADS BY UNITY ADS WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CLOSE THEM AND THEREFORE PROVIDE NO REWARDS.
We love this game we have played all the hotels But when are you going to add more hotels.
We really liked this game until we couldnt restart/reset it from the beginning. There is no option in the settings to reset and we tried completely removing it from our phone and re downloading it but it started right where we left off. We tried the contact us option in the app but have not been contacted back.
This is a great game, but there are just too many advertisements.
Really enjoy playing this game, but the ads are brutal. We even looked into buying it just so that the ads would stop but didnt see an option.
We were really enjoying this game until ads started glitching. The graphics are great and the levels are challenging. We were playing all the time until certain ads didnt work. You watch the full add, say for another chance to beat a level, and when you get to the end you cannot get out of the ad. Instead you have to force close and restart, its ridiculous. Theyre clearly aware of the issue and have done nothing to fix it.
We love the game. But every type of ad that says reward granted in on a white background means the ad will freeze with no reward at the end. Have to restart game then. So frustrating.
This would be an amazing game, if the prizes were MORE DIAMONDS! They start you off with the easy games and ask you to rate it from the easy games. Keep playing, we always end up uninstalling by the 3rd hotel. Im out about $100 from buying diamonds just to pass one level. They make it where you either have to watch an advertisement for a second chance, but makes it impossible to pass even with the second chance, to then you have to use your diamonds to pass the level (30 diamonds). And after you pass those 5 levels, your gift. . . . . . . . (3 Diamonds). So, not worth the stress of unable to pass levels and spending money for hours wasted.
We signed in using our Apple ID in order to get the promised 10 gems. We DID NOT receive our free gems when we signed in. Please credit our account the 10 gems you promised for signing in. Also, the Facebook sign in which also promises 10 gems does NOT work! An app dev error message pops up instead. We appreciate you looking into and resolving this issue. We anxiously await your responseas well as our 10 free gems! Thank you.
All of the ads and pop ups are really not needed. We have played alot of these hotel games but this one seems to have alot more pop ups than the other ones.

Been stuck on this level for sometime. We bought some boosters snd still cant beat this level. Wish this level wasnt so hard so we can start playing the new hotel. We hope you can fix this because we would like to move on to the next hotel.

We had so much experience of this game, we really do love it! But at the same time, we hate how it has a cooldown for the people. And we have to use facebook just to ask someone for lives, and one customer just stays in the bedroom not asking for a single order. But otherwise, we think its a good game for those who want to work at s hotel and want a experience.
Some levels are only able to be beaten if you spend money on boosters. Other than that it is a fun game.

So far, this is our favorite game. It has far more ads than you need, but you always have the option of not watching ads or you can watch them and save money on boosts and diamonds. That set up allows people who are not able to spend money on games to still enjoy it.
We really like this game. The challenges in each level are obtainable, might take a few trys, but otherwise fun. There are no ads interrupting the game play. The one and only thing, when accumulating the money in the piggy bank, we wish there was a certain amount that was free. But hey, all in all, we like the game! Great Job.
This game is free. You do not have to spend money to pass the levels if you manage your time, hence this being a time management game. We have yet to spend money on this and have completed all available hotels. The ONLY reason this game doesnt get 5 stars is because of how long you wait for an update for new hotels. Keep up the good work and update soon please.
