The food and it does not have any adds.
We’ve enjoyed and played the game for quite awhile and have purchased several $59.99 activity bundles. The other evening there was a computer glitch and we were TWICE CHARGED AND NO ACTION RECEIVED. We contacted Apple and they claim they refunded 1 – still not refunded, and Im not entitled to a refund for the other. Im a cancer patient on a fixed income. This was our entertainment. Shane on Apple!!!!

We love the fact that you have tons of chances for earning free boosters, coins, and gems, etc . Sure you have to watch ads, but the rewards are worth it. We highly recommend this game.
Very fun to play but you end up watching a lot of adds to get the items you need to pass levels unless you want to use your credit card.

This Hotel Madness was a 100% game than Homescapes and Gardenscapes also than Matchington Mansion, and inspired of Hotel Life. Hotel Madness was the only 100% game than the only Disney movie, Onward (2020).
Absolutely one of the best hospital games we’ve played. The design is great. And its not extremely easy or hard to level up.
