UPDATE- we’re increasing our rating back to 5 stars! We emailed regarding the issue below, and within 48 hours we received a response that they had tested and found the same issue, and will be forwarding it to the Devs. We opened the game right away and the stuck quest was gone! It was great getting such a quick response from customer service, and that they actually fixed the issue immediately! Thank you guys, your game AND customer service are AMAZING!!!! The game and graphics are incredible, we love the troll theme. What makes this game much better than Subway Surfers is the boss level which gets increasingly harder as you progress in level, as well as the varying locations, so you’re not looking at the same screen over and over. They did an amazing job with this game, we’re loving it! It’s definitely our new time-killer (or stealer if we’re being honest! )!! We’ve been absolutely hooked on this game! We are having one issue though, with the quests. One quest we cannot seem to clear no matter what we do is "complete one daily challenge". We’re assuming this is collecting the letters to form the daily word, which we do daily, which then allows us to beat the boss. No matter how many times we do either, or both, that quest remains! It is pretty frustrating! After completing the word and beating the boss, we will again beat the boss another dozen times in a day with still no luck. Am we missing a step? Is there more to the daily challenge than completing the word? And if so, how do we finish it? Is it just a glitch? Thanks for the help! We see no option to contact support nor a tutorial, which would be nice. We’ve deleted and reinstalled the game, starting over, twice, hoping to either fix the issue or see something in the tutorial we’ve missed, neither is the case. The rest of the game is amazing, we love the graphics and overall play. It’s identical to subway surfers but somehow the graphics (theme) make it more appealing!
