Its the best game ever because you get to fight.
The game is cool and fun but when we use kick it aint workingtheres some bugs and glitches please fix.
Game looks fun and everything but we cant play if it crashes every time.
We love how this game plays but sometimes some buttons dont work like the roll and the control stick and our sensitivity is on max. Please update and fix bugs. There are also times where the skins arent right.
We just got this game yesterday and we became addicted to it its awesome!
Needs a bigger player base ofc , but idk we find it hard to consistently aim with our right stick, maybe add an aim assist or addition settings like smoothing to be consistent. Then add a remapping for controllers.
We started playing this game yesterday and we believe we have played for about 4-5 hours since then. We absolutely love this game. The graphics are amazing, the premise of the game never gets boring, and it is just overall super entertaining. The only two things we can criticize about it is, first of all, the lack of other online players. We have tried to que up for online games multiple times but after about 15 minutes of waiting with the waiting for que thing at the top, we just give up. The only other thing that isnt positive about the game is the fact that the game seems really beta. This is not a problem that we will remove a star to, but the game just needs some more work in the case of fitting in things like the emotes that you get from the triangle boxes. We have looked and looked and have not found any way to equip or use the emotes. And with things like the stats of players like their health and whatever else, it is very hard to tell what those mean. There is nothings saying what those symbols and numbers of the character stats mean. Again we are not hating on this game in any way, we are only writing this for the creators to hopefully see and learn from. Good job on this amazing game!
This games gameplay and graphics are really good. Sadly the only thing holding this thing back is the lack of a player base to play against. Maybe it wouldve been better if this was released on a popular console (like the Nintendo Switch or PS4), or if this game was released on the normal App Store. Personally we suggest doing one or both of those options if possible as we think it might increase the player base and give this game the needed attention it deserves as this is a really fun game.
Great game with fun mechanics and versatility but a big flaw in comparison to other Apple Arcade games is the lack of finding friends who arent local to play multi player with. Needs an update enabling that. Sonic racing has it for example by texting a room key. Seems an easy improvement that will be enormously impactful.
The actual gameplay is incredible. It just seems like a game that is meant to be played against other players and right now there is no player base. We downloaded the game tonight, ran through the trials, and waited over 10 mins to find an online match before we called it quits. We highly recommend removing this game from AA and placing it on the regular App Store to increase player base. Maybe allow the AA players to get something unique/special. Again, love the game but just doesnt seem like a single player game to us…
As other players have mentioned, it seems the player base is still way too small; it takes forever to get into a game. Unfortunately, Im uninstalling it now.
We so badly want to play this game. We try multiple times a day but literally have not gotten into one online match. We guess nobody is playing which is a shame since it seems like it would be a ton of fun. But we cant rate it higher than 1 star if its a game we cannot play and therefore get zero enjoyment out of it. We will change our review if this changes. Honestly Apple Arcade should just dump it to the rest of the App Store.

Pretty much pointless, you can never get matched up for a match. Downloading this game is a waste of time and space. It should be call HyperWait because you just watch the searching for opponents thing spin around.
Fun game. Like playing bots but it never lets us in an online game. We have let it sit as long as 10 mins but we never get into a game.
Now this game we cant lie is really well made but there are a bunch of big things which make the game pretty annoying. First of all the matches are really small and very hard to see the small players witch can also lead to mixing up you with the players on your team and different camera angles would make it a little better. Second of all the hits are way too op, what we mean is that when you hit someone they give up the ball way too easily and you get knocked out way too easily. Third of all we cant seem to get into any online matches, we checked our internet, we looked at all the settings, and nothing. The two times we got into an online game our teammate and we were like level one and the other team were a really high level or whatever this game calls that and the other team could just knock us out with one hit and we dont know if it was just some random happening or the game doesnt pair you with people of your level because that would seem right to do. We have only been playing this game for almost a week now and we cant say that we know everything but we think this game is really good but needs some fine tuning like what we have stated in this Review, thank you!
Yeah the concept is great, its just very hard to see our characters and we let go of the ball so easily and get KOd leading to frustrations. Its hard to move on the tiny maps and there are obstacles that just shouldnt be in the game imo. Its hard enough to score with your team mate and 2 other opponents punching us. We want to like it but its frustrating even on novice difficulty its Insanely hard to play. Its like we need a controller to play or something.
Youve played this game before. The worst part is the controls. We had to throw closer to the bottom of our screen to hit the goal. As well, our characters seemed to get knocked out in 1 hit, where we would hit an enemy 3/4 times and they would keep running with the ball. The game feels regurgitate and broken. Id pass.
We could not get the game to load, we had it opened for 15 min and it never loaded.
Very very hard to control your players movement. Dont waste your time with this game.
It doesnt even let us play a game. All it does is say, sEaRcHiNg, and then like 2 hours later, we check on it and it still says the same thing. So we really wanna play, it looked fun, but it wont work. So an update we would like IS TO FINALLY BE ABLE TO PLAY THE GAME.
Best game ever. We played this game for a very long time and it was very addictive. If the the developers could give us a beginners boost that would bring us to tears. If you cant we just wanna say.. Merry Christmas!
This is the best game ever we wish it wasnt on Apple Arcade so we can tell our other friends to get it! We play this all day but we wish there was online opponents and we think the reason its because its in Apple Arcade best game ever! Maybe in the future add a 5v5, 4v4, 3v3, 1v1 best game ever we cant stop saying it! Also if u can some way add a local multiplayer where we can play on the same screen that will be fun but we wouldnt change a thing just add things thank you so much maybe this game could be removed from Apple Arcade so it could get much more downloads!
Give it a try, it a console like game on mobile essentially.
Queue times are rough which isnt really a reflection of the game being good or bad. Just hard to play when you just want to kill a small amount of time. Looking forward to seeing this gem grow.
This is an awesome game but its unplayable for an iPhone, its just way too small and we cant see whats going on. We would love the game on an iPad or Apple TV.
This game is truly one of our favorites of Apple Arcade. But theres one problem with the game… Nobody plays itIf more people will play we will truly dominate the game.
Good game but we dont know how to play local multiplayer.
The shield ability in front of the enemy goal needs to be hittable by something other than the ball. If youre playing a decent opponent then it becomes impossible to score. If they play decent defense then by time you knock out the shield theyll have it again and it becomes next to impossible to score. It could ruin the entire game and make every game just shield spam with draws.
This could be a great game, but the screen is so zoomed out its hard to see and the pcs are really hard in the beginning when getting used to the game we didnt even beat the tutorial which doesnt make sense. Make it in first person or even zoom the screen in.
This reminds us of the old Seagate Genesis game SpeedBall Deluxe by Electronic Arts. Not a bad comparison. But Im not a fan of virtual controls.
Reminds us of Steel Circus, gotta grind it out a bit to get a good feel for it. Worth it.
We have tried to start countless multiplayer matches. It cannot find anyone to play. So we havent been able to play any match since the tutorial ended.
We got past the tutorial however our first match against another player ended up being a bugged out match. The ball disappeared completely and never showed up. We just went a whole round punching each other until the other player left the match. Other than we would give it 4 out of 5. We will play more to see how it goes.
Multiplayer with friends appears to be limited to one phone/tablet. We have Bluetooth on our phones. What about enabling local Bluetooth multiplayer so we can game with friends on our phones in the same room. Or enable a way to play online with friends. So far online only lets you play random people.
Man, if this was a game that played as fast and loose as Speedball, it would be a daily play for us. As it is now, the controls dont match up with the diagram – and they LAG like molasses! We are using two new Xbox controllers. More speed, less lag, please.
So the game itself is a fun idea but the controls are just awful. Theyre delayed and misaligned. We would actually like to play this game a lot but its just not doable with the controls the way they are.
We love how the ball handling works. Everything else just feels like confusing impossible chores. Attacking other players doesnt have much visual feedback (e.g. We just feel and look like a chicken without a head while trying to attack). Beautiful game but combat needs to be polished or eliminated.
We need to fix the view on this. Very unorganized and not very clear whats going on. Dont play on iPad or Apple TV. Play on iPhone 11 max pro. Also can increase the visuals and frame rate but mainly the frame rate on our newer iPhone 11 max pro theres no reason whatsoever Im not on 60fps on this title. We mean its in an arena. Not Iike its some big memory issue to get 60fps unlocked frame rate. Lots of games in Apple Arcade we noticed are 30fps.?!!???
