It will work for a Minute then it stops working please fix cause it seems like an awesome game.
Whenever we have a darn fish on The game shut off during tournaments.
It’s good ! BUT it shuts down in the middle of anything !! Very frustrating! Paid $2.99 and can’t even play it ! And no "contact" option to contact technical support ! Need update or something to fix ! Will change review if this gets fixed.
Biggest issue! This is a paid app. Not an upgrade or lite version. Why do we get an ad? Other issues include: Less than realistic depth and casting perception. Difficult directional control casting. Background assistant should be optional. We don’t need someone incorrectly telling us our fish is to small when it’s actually the wrong species. Never in any tournament does timeout occur with a fish on line. Nough said there. On the favorable side. Graphic backgrounds are nice. Most of the time landing the fish is ok. Just ok. Some timing issues and line break conditions need help. We will continue to use the app in hopes that future revisions will make this more enjoyable.
This app is literally almost unplayable. We have yet to get through a ten minute tournament without the app closing and bumping us back to our iPhone’s main screen. Considering tournament mode is the only mode in the game that lets you unlock items through cash earnings, the game can therefore be deemed "unbeatable". Also, even if the game didn’t crash, the developer has removed the beloved boat mode that was in the first we Fishing which gave about twice as much depth and strategy to the game. Why he would remove such a nice aspect of gameplay is beyond us. We can only assume he has done so to make a quick three dollars. We have an updated iPhone 6 that we take care of, so if we have problems running the game so will you. It’s a shame, the game had real potential.
We loved this game to death All up until we had the game shut off and bring us back to the home screen 3 times we were about to win something And it exited out and we lost all of the progress we worked to get FIX THIS GAME UPDATE IT SO IT DOESNT GLITCH OUT we love this game But we can’t play it until it gets fixed FIX THIS GAME NOW!!!!!
Bought it for use on Apple TV. Could barely use it and before even catching a fish had to give up. The graphics, if you could even call them that, are a hideous blend with real video that just doesnt work. Going to try and get a refund for sure.
We have Apple TV 3 and the rod doesn’t work on our iPhone 5.
This game is so much fun and we definitely recommend getting it. We hope that this review is actually read by the game developers because this game would be so much better if It didn’t crash.

This app closes constantly. We have not been able to finish a single tournament. No contact information for support at all – just another thief putting out an unchecked app that doesnt work. Robbing you blind, 2.99 at a time. Stay away. ZERO STARS.
It’s winter in PA… Windchill of 20 below zero… And we’re FISHING! Lol. This game is absolutely fantastic. Graphics and sounds are great. HD movie backgrounds are super realistic, and catching fish is fun! There are a lot of baits and lures, lines, and poles to choose from. You win money playing tournaments to buy better gear. Some fish put up an incredible fight. We caught a 44" northern pike that took us 4 minutes to reel in. Everything is really realistic (other than how quickly you catch fish). But the tournaments are 10 minutes long, so you have to catch quickly. It’s more fun that way. We’re playing on iOS7 on our iPhone 4S with no glitches or app crashes after days of fun. We’re soooo glad we bought this game over the other older ones out there that haven’t been kept up. The iFishing series seems to be updated often, which is a huge plus! And we would bet this is the best one in the series. We’re happy to be the first to review this!
Love the app! We bought a new lure yesterday and for some reason it’s gone today, we can’t use it. Why did that happen? Can you only buy the lures for one time use?
Crashes all the time. Plz fix this issue or we want our money back. This game would be great if it worked.
The game looks pretty, however the game is basically broken… If you catch a fish that puts you near the top of the tourney, simply close the app and come back in ten min and presto, you have won. The timer does not stop when you close the app. The other thing is that for any fish, hook it, let it take line past 55 and then reel in. Basically works every time regardless of fish species Hopefully it will improve in future updates, but for now we are regretting not purchasing ifishing 1 instead….
FIX THIS GAME!! Love the past games. Allow people to drive boat use fish finder. Only get to use a lure 1 tournment and it’s gone witch is bogus! Crashes constantly. Fix this game and it’s another 5 star game.
Don’t waste your money on this "improved" version. It crashes consistently during play. Tournaments are 10 minutes long and unlike previous versions of this game you may no longer chose where you wish to fish, which challenge to fish, nor can you fish another spot during tournament play. You must win tournament prize money to buy more lures, poles, and fishing line. However these upgrades are $1000’s if not $10,000’s of dollars and the max you win at a tournament is $300. The only positive thing about this "new" version of the app is kids mode. But seriously it is so not worth wasting real money on. Buy the other two apps not this one. They ruined it.
We wish we would have never paid for this app. Looked cool but very disappointed in it especially sense the other ones by the same guy were great. This one just makes you mad, you get half way through a tournament and it crashes. So sad!!!!
Fix the reeling handle. It only spins after several try’s & by then the fish is gone.
This is one of the best fishing simulators out there! We played the first we fishing and the saltwater edition. This game is so realistic and fun to play to pass time. One thing they should fix is the occasional crashes. Other than that its a must buy app!
Can not change lures. Tackle box icon is covered by casting icon. Please fix. Using iPhone 4S, iOS 7. Awesome app besides that.
