So, this game is actually too good, If we had the option to, Id give it ten stars, for the ads, you can just turn off your wi-fi before playing and thats one of the reasons we like the game.
Everytime we have a high amount ( in the P range) and we watch the video to double it, we never get any of our points after watching the video. We lost 12P doubled and 14P doubled. We dont lose it when we dont watch the video.
When youre off-line and then come back, it offers you an off-line bonus. But if you click on double for watching an ad, not only do you not get a double, you dont get the original amount either. It gives you whatever you earned in the 60 seconds or so. Its up to watch the ad.
Ive recently downloaded this game and got overwhelmed with the amount of ads there were. So we went ahead purchased the no ads option in the shop, only to find out it doesnt work as we thought it would. It only got rid of the ads for leveling up but what about the X2 bonus that comes up and also for X2 nitro? Everytime we click on those it always gives us ads. We thought the whole purpose of that purchase was tog at rid of ads entirely regardless of what Im choosing since thats how it is in most games like this. Ive played countless games that are similar to this and the no ads option always works as intended but not on here. We feel like we got scammed.
Anytime we try to double our earnings through a video sponsor after the video is complete, you are only given a fraction of the doubled earnings and this is extremely frustrating for development of your Hole. Please fix the code so you receive what you see. The Math aint mathin and yes, we checked it.
There is a constant random camera clicking noise and we dont know what its from.
Paid for the ad free and it still has ads. Not happy. Good bye.
Dont pay to remove the forced ads. They will pop up anyway. Theres a subscription based option, that is fraudulent, and its literally just made up its a scammers paradise, for now. You guys are getting reported like crazy for this one.
Its fun to play but having to wait for a locked level is frustrating. Especially. Trying to doing the skins ive been stuck at 142 for weeks trying to get to 150 to restart and try to finish the small item skin.
We love this game so much; so relaxing. Ive played it before but havent been able to find it until a few weeks ago.. We purchased the subscription and the three skins are not available for use still. Even the ads still pop up when we level up/get the bonus. Ive uninstalled the app and still remains the same. What happened to the app?? Please fix and thank you.
Ive purchased no ads and it still gives us random ads ( we dont click on the x2).
Its a really good game with a lot of fun but Ive bought the 550 gem pack twice now and gotten no gems and Im stuck on level 148.
Can we get a refund or have this issue corrected.

We enjoyed the game enough to pay the 2.99 for ad free and got ripped off. It does nothing. We still have to watch all the same ads at the same times. Its a scam and has been reported to apple.
One of the worst games Ive seen in ages, we 10 year old with a beginners knowledge of unity could build this game. Its a game the Devs released for one reason to farm money off of you. You cant progress without seeing an ad and sometimes that progression is literally seconds apart. We would recommend no one plays this game and wish that the Apple Store didnt allow such predatory apps on there devices. If we could Id give the game 0/10 stars but we cannot.
We spent the money to remove the ads but kept getting them. Tried to restart the game and restore the purchase but nothing worked! With no way to contact a customer support the only thing left we can do is warn others to not support this broken game.
Paid for gems bcs Ive been stuck at 121 foreeeever and never got them new idle game in our future.
After a few days and gaining multiple levels the game just reset itself to beginning. And theres no way to really contact the developer. Do not recommend.
We downloaded this game to see whats up, as soon as we open it, it gives us the option to pay for its monthly pack that was like $7.99 or somthing like that there wasnt an x to close it so we force closed the app 3-4 times until we relized it wasnt gonna let us play, normally dont write reviews but to we take the time out of our day to download and checkout ur app, dont get us wrong we respect the hustle this how you make money but dont make it so we cant play unless we pay while the games marked as a free to play game idk maybe it boots their stats somehow just getting people to download but we hate the amount of garbage the AppStore is flooded with now there used to be so much good stuff like you could genuinely tell they enjoyed the game they created now all the good ones are hidden so that these money grab add filled games get pushed to the top cause its making everyone money what an interesting time.
Developers who use forced ads in games are lazy, unoriginal fartpeople.
We paid for No Ads thinking it would stop the forced ads (which we think would be pretty obvious) but the forced ads didnt stop. We even tried to repurchase thinking it didnt go through and we cant do that either. So, can we have our $3 back if we dont get anything for it.
We paid $3 for no ads and still get advertisements every time we level up.
We wrote a review, havent seen a response. Rewriting here. Still get ads when we level up. Im not going to watch 150 ads to get to the top. Ive already watched too many getting where we are now. The game was fun for our us time. But Im sure there are other options. Maybe better costumer services and if someone pays you, make sure they get what they paid for.
We paid the $2.99 for no ads, but every 30 seconds or when we claim it level up Im getting an ad. Unfortunately they dont have an option to contact support.
The developers dont seem to care or want to fix problems or take any complaints into account. For that its -1 stars. Dont bother letting your coins build up and expect to get it. You hit collect and it disappears. Seems like an on purpose feature rather than a bug. And if you pay for no adds, there are still adds nothing changes. This is a scam to take your money.

Ive been playing this game for a couple of weeks, and enjoyed it; however, its badly broken Ive realized! In increasing your stats, there are different ways to earn coins. Example – in various ways (mostly eating), you earn coins to spend leveling up. One way of earning is called Offline Earning; if you level this up (using coins), you can earn more and more while not playing, so next time you log in, youll get coins that accumulated in your off time. Ive suspected this wasnt working properly for a little while, but we just thought to take screen shots to confirm we were right. We logged in and had 26.7B coins, and an offline earning of 5.9B. We watched an ad to double this amount and expected our total to go up to >37B, but it didnt. Instead it only went up to 26.8. Ive watched an ad every time, and started to get suspicious this morning when we logged in for the first time in a couple of days, and our coin count didnt seem to go up according to the offline earnings. If youre going to ask people to watch ads that you earn on, you should at least give them the bonus or promised item. We think Im done unless the makers fix this. Otherwise, this would be a 5 star review.
This game has an option to collect money when youre offline. So whenever we get back on and select claim, it doesnt work. So whats the point of it collecting money offline if it doesnt even work? We had about 322M ready to be collected and it just disappeared after we claimed it. And it would take way too much time to collect that much money for our next upgrades so theres no point in playing this If we cant level up without spending an unnecessary amount of time on this game. Also sometimes when we claim money we earned while Im online, it doesnt always add up correctly? Sometimes the watch ad for x2 money works but half to most of the time it doesnt. We really wanted to like this game since hole.io has waaaaaaaaaay too many annoying ads.
Why does one even make a game this bad? Nothing about it is fun, to the point where the ads arent even in the list of top five issues. Save yourself some time and play the original or one of the other semi-decent ones and leave this game alone.

This game is lot of fun, but there is an awful Glitch that we cant believe hasnt already been taken care of. This game allows you to a switch between portrait and landscape views, but once you switch to landscape, the settings gear icon goes behind the camera and youre stuck. If theres away to correct this, please let us know then we will give 5 stars.
In only a few days we were able to max out everything we could and have no more prestiges to reach, we really feel there is no end goal.
So we like the game Ive played it for quite a while but do not watch the ads when youve been gone for a while and you watch the ads not only do you lose the money you couldve gotten but the ads will not let you exit them and you lose getting double Ive lost a lot of money this way.
So basically it doesnt have the top part where we can collect our money and level up we cant see that and Im sad cuz Im the only one that has this so can you pls fix it and then it will be a 5 stars.
When we open the app after being gone and watch an ad for double bonus, it does not work and we dont get the bonus. Other than that, decent game.
We switched our game to portrait mode and when it made the bar go across our screen it was no longer showing the settings icon, leaving our game stuck in portrait mode permanently, so do not switch to portrait mode, youll be stuck.
Typical ad nightmare game where if you want to even get the money you earned you need to watch an ad. Auto delete. Save yourself the time and stay away from. Any positive review is probably bought.
This game is everything bad there is no point to it and its just dumb and you dont even grow bigger in the game.
Theres no way to convert back to portrait from landscape mode. And the status bar appears across the middle of the scree.
Ive had this game for quite a long time. We paid for the ad removal feature because the ads were constant and annoying and we enjoyed the game for down time. We havent played this game in awhile and started again today. Immediately the ads came back. The restore purchases option does not work. The only option we were able to access was this, leaving a review, so here we are, completely annoyed.
Terribly unplayable. By the time you realize there is no actual game youve already seen 25 ads and made them their money. Waste of our time.

Absolutely love this game! Its so satisfying to see our hole stretch when big things go inside of it. We will say, we were skeptical at first, but after seeing all of those things go in our hole at once we fell in love with the feeling. 10/10 family friendly game.
We found a bug when u press 5x when u level up u get like 100Trillion times more.
We were playing this game and then we got pute in multiplayer and thats bad because our dad ses that we cant be in multiplayer so Im not happy.
