We like the content and the interaction. We cant stand the glitches and bugs. The app will work for 2-4 minutes then the screen goes black and shuts down. We have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it hoping it would help. We ended up uninstalling it Which is unfortunate because it seems like a fun story.
Hate this game completely impossible to win any good Norberto outfits even with money impossible to get any good outfits.
Im seriously obsessed. Really great game. Wish there were more mini games like Tetris etc and that you could redo makeup looks but otherwise this app is amazing.
So far we’re just clicking random things. There’s like mini games here mini games there and a bunch of random things everywhere else like there’s no real game.
Been playing this game for a few months now and all of a sudden its not loading. We have reinstalled the app 3 times and even restarted our phone.
We downloaded the game it got all loaded and we linked our account then it bugged so that now every time we open the app it wont even let us play the game it just crashes and disappears so not good!
We were excited for this game at first but then new devs started working on it and it is so not fun anymore, if you want anything remotely good, you need to spend a hundreds and hundreds of dollars on it, and lord help you if you have a problem with something going wrong g in the game. Once someone from customer service finally decided to reach out, theyll tell you that theres nothing wrong and to PROVE youre having the problem that youve been having by making a YouTube video. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OF THIS.

Game is good. But they essentially make you have to pay to level up. Its a shame.
We dont like this games that much cause you will have to wait for the longing of the game to pop up we dont like that at any games we like to play.
We love the game, and all the outfits are amazing, but the constant spending money to play, or to get new things is getting old.
For the most part, similar to other reviews we’ve seen, we enjoy the storyline of this game. However, it is very much Pay-to-Play, in the sense that, if you want to advance in the storyline, you will either be spending lots of time trying to do one single task, or you will cough up money and buy the things or perks you need. For example, lots of the dates will require certain clothing types, and those prove hard to attain because you dont have a shop to just look for clothes with the required tags and buy them, you have to use gems for the mall and get a random article of clothing. Without the required tags, you wont be able to advance in the dating. Another thing that really annoys us is the boss fights. We know they are supposed to be the difficult fights, however, it seems just obnoxious to make the boss an incredibly higher influence level as compared to the player. With how its structured, even if you try to grow your influence as much as possible, its practically impossible to beat the boss in one fight. That would be fine if you could somehow work your way or do something to get another fight chance, but you really cant. Youre forced to wait until the next day to retry, OR you can spend gems to buy a single watch that will let you choose one follower to fight again. If you want more than that one extra fight, you need to have higher vip levels to allow you to buy more watches. If youre the type of person who enjoys joining contests and ranking high, you should expect that, unless you choose to blow money on the game, you will not be making it in the higher ranks. While Im at it, there are also a lot of aspects to the game, which at first might seem overwhelming but you get used to it. Personally, we wish that it would be more focused on story and that youd be able to indulge in more of the storyline each day, but that wont work because you must defeat each boss before progressing.
We cant even get past the first 2 minutes before its loading forever. Id love to play this game, but we cant.

Cool game, but a little bit overwhelmed interface.
Our friend logged onto her Facebook one time on our phone. We were somehow logged out of our account, we have it linked to our Facebook. Now whenever we try to log in it keeps bringing up her account to continue as Eden. We logged out of her Fb, logged out of ours and re-logged in. We even logged in on our Safari browser in hopes that whenever we attempted to log in it would bring up our account. It doesnt, and it doesnt even give us the option the log in as someone else. Im thoroughly confused on why this is happening. Im in an alliance and have a lot of money poured into this game and we havent had a way to even let us alliance know whats going on. We just want to be able to get back into our account.
We love the app but when we went to log in yesterday it said something about read data, Today log In said the samething so we decided to delete app to restarted hopefully there is no issue.
We love the game but every time we open it it updates and takes forever.
When we started playing, this game was pretty cheap and still lots of fun. It did gradually get more expensive over the last year, but not intolerably so. Then the last update hit. The new event is insanely expensive ($100+ per set), and previously useful things like the alchemy forge and dispatch quests got nerfed into oblivion. A 2.5% chance of getting scrolls became a 0.2% chance, and so on. Dont waste your time or your money. Greed killed the game.

This game is amazing, the story line is great and we really like the action and romance that goes with it we mean of course its a romance game. But either way its an amazing game, although each chapter takes away more energy and getting energy can sometimes be hard. Theres way to gain it like the study area or playing the game for 5+ minutes and using the candy bars from the shop but it doesnt give you as much as you really need. And itll only last till the chapters start taking more and more energy as you go on which for us we find it hard to just get energy in general. But we still do love the game, just not the fact that the chapters take so much energy from you!
We played this game all the time and its so fun, but we had to get a new phone which is a iPhone 11 Pro Max(my old one being an iPhone SE). As soon as we got into our new phone it wont let us play it. It only kicks us out so know Im concerned that we lost all our progress. Please fix this right away.

It seems like itd be a fun game except we cant get it to get past the load page. It loaded then asked us to connect to google so we did then it just kicks us out and Im back at our phones Home Screen. Very sad.
We love this game, have played it for over a year! We love the dress up fashion aspect of it, but you end up putting a lot of real money into it to compete with others to win. That being said we had won a contest and when we didnt receive the prizes it showed that were to be rewarded to us we reached out to support and was brushed off that it was there (even after screen grabs showed that not to be the case) and that if we had questions on how to play the game we needed to reach out to other players! This put a bad taste in our mouth. After loyally playing and spending in this game, the support team just brushes off an issue and doesnt want to fix its problems. We will continue to play for now b/c of the amt we have built up and the great group of people we get to talk to each day in our alliance, but Im not sure for how much longer.
It will literally load the screen but not let us do anything. We cant accept anything or play the story which is super frustrating since we had been excited to play this game.
The newest update of the game has made it so we can no longer open the app. It needs to be fixed ASAP. We have spent a lot of money on this game and made a lot of progress. Please fix this so we dont have to delete it.
We tired playing this game and it just stayed on the loading page even after it was done loading so Im not very happy.
Read several reviews from a year ago or more, only to see that the same thing is still going on. There is no effort to improve and of the issues. Advancements are minimal and based mostly on paying for them, something we are not going to do. Story is entertaining enough but not worth us paying for. To bad the developers dont want to invest in updates. As others have said clothing choices are so random its frustrating. Over all Im giving it a 1 star because the lack of options and slow ability to progress in the story line.
It took almost two hours to download, when we finally was able to log on, we couldnt get past the first story without it freezing. We have restarted our device, closed the app, troubleshooted for over an hour. Its a bust. Dont waste your time. Or money.

We have been playing this game for a year and at the Duchess Level and wasted time and more money that we should! Its a money drain! The outfits have become trashy and they want around 130 for it in US dollars. They arent updating the base story and at chapter 33 Its takes billions in energy to move the next non existent chapter. They dont update the mall, so you waste money on trash! Dont go near this game!
You should make more mr rights like mr right of mythology people and animals.
We love the game but every thing is so expensive but other than that it is a amazing game.
Do NOT spend money on this game. They do not care to fix issues. They do not care to even respond to your reports when you have an issue. They ignore the reports completely. We’ve had several issues with events now. The game kind of lags and says confirm to be logged back in and points and rewards that we were in the middle of receiving never show up. We’ve tried to reach out and was told it was just the way this event works. We tried to better explain that this was not the case and they didnt even bother to read our message. We told them we can no longer report issues from within the app as well and would like that fixed and we were ignored. This isnt the first issue we’ve had. As someone whos spent cash money on this game, be wary of spending your own cash and losing out on events and things due to glitches in the game and how its set up to start over the second you lose service or your phone goes offline. They wont care enough to respond to you and IF they do, they NEVER offer to make it up to you by reducing diamonds lost or rewards missed. Their customer service is horrible. That said the game itself is fun, just dont invest your hard earned cash because when an issue happens, and it WILL happen, they do not care about you. We will never be spending a single cent on this game again. Good luck out there and be sure to screenshot your rewards and points to cover all your bases! Though even with the screenshots, they still wont do anything to fix the issue.
We’ve spent $50 so far and have barely got anything to show for it. Also the game cuts off and we lose energy a lot. We keep winning the same clothes on lucky draw so money on diamonds just keeps getting wasted. It would be nice is the developers would make some outfits more winnable.
The system required an update and now the game wont load, which is sad because we quite enjoyed it.
This is an awful game its slow and its buggy and its way to off of the ad its just not good.
Horrible customer support. Our purchase was never received the first day so we told our issue to customer support. They never got back to us so the following day we requested a refund to apple. The game developer then blocked our account and theyre customer support said we had to repurchase what we never received in order to get our account back. Overall whack customer support and whack game.
Couldnt even get through the tutorial; the game was so lackluster.
To much reading. We should have just got a book. Get rid of some of the blah blah blah and put more doable actions.
We enjoyed the heck out of this game, but our only issue was when we would be in the middle of playing and our whole screen would go white then the app closes on it’s own. It’s been doing it a lot more often, and we only had this game for a couple of days now. It does it so much that we’ve lost interest in even trying to play. Our phone doesn’t do that with any of our other games.
Clothing choices are extremely limited if you arent will to spend tons of money.
It was a fun game to play, addicting almost, wonderful going through the routine of bettering your character, upgrading your followers, raising pets, collecting cool clothing. Im giving it a 3 star rating because it was fun up until the last 3 days. This might simply be a reflection of the poor performance of our iphone but the game literally crashed every minute or so of navigating the app, so bad we couldnt even collect rewards after five seconds of logging in. We deleted the app and re downloaded with the hope that would clear the issue, it didnt. So unless you have a state of the art phone you may run into problems running the app :/
