Can we have an update? We like this game but would like to see some new pilots and chapters lol.
Wonderful Magnificent game hope you make another one like this if another one of Independence Day resurgence comes out please make another one please and make another movie of it we would pay good money for it if theres another one.
This game real good. Hes like a neighbor. Helped us with our math test, cured our hamsters std, and helped us find our sexuality all within the span of 5 seconds.
We love this game so much its so entertaining and the best game ever and haves really good graphics.
We updated our review to 5 stars after having last reported about no support. The developers seemed to have fixed some glitches that were in game after our last review in October 2019. The one thing you run out quickly is the alien plasma. You will grind through levels slowly if you do not spend real money. We spent money when we shouldnt however you dont have to. Just be prepared that you will not be able to advance your fleet as fast as you would like because you cannot get the much needed alien plasma. They do give you some when you watch movies and it will total 30 units at a time. We hate to say what our VIP level is or how much we spent. Hopefully they will update this game in the near future.
We tried to load the game and it says cannot establish a connection please fix and we cant even send any information about our game account. Been trying to find this game on google play store but its not on there for tablet.

Our only issue is the Marine One that does not benefit from our leaders health restore Alien Tug KIN. Why is that? Is the Marine One not considered a human aircraft? Please advise.
It doesn’t have a very fast load time. We don’t know if you could fix that, but it’s just a suggestion we guess.
We love this game with all of the action packed things in it. All we can say is that it’s awesome!!! Send updates as needed to make the game that much better!!
The game is fun and we loved it. But when we started the game, the loading screen was a bit off and we were stuck in the title screen. Please fix this.
We have recently bought Independence Day: Resurgence, we came with a QR code to unlock Marine One, and get free in game currencies. Problem is, when we scan the code it just takes us back to the product page and doesn’t give us the extras we’re supposed to get. Developers, can you help us out with this?
This is second the review we had to type out cause if your nickname is taken it deletes what your about to post and makes you start all over again. We’ll make this one shorter but list all the flaws. It almost never gives you the exact winning cash amount when you win the round. When you level up, what cost you 100.00 to install now cost 40,000.00 and up to upgrade. What you paid cash for is taking away after upgrading your part and made to spend more cash just to get the same parts back for that Hero or for another one. You shouldn’t take away parts that we can use on another Heroes fighter. When you get materials and are ready to install them and don’t have enough cash and you trade plasma to get cash and come back ready to install, it will take all those parts and give them to another Hero. Then you have to spend more time and cash getting what they shouldn’t have taking away back. With the flaw of not getting your proper winning amounts, level up increases and taking your parts after you spent money on them, makes it impossible to advance your squad evenly or fairly. If you have tons of cash to spend or throw away, this game is for you. We would only play this game after getting your free fuel and plasma and play something else that doesn’t require you to spend 50.00 to 100.00 for something they take back. They might as well have a button that says "give us 100.00 and we’ll give you nothing but dirt". Don’t spend anything on this game until they make it fair. What kid has this type of money to spend. If we could give it no stars we would for their greediness.
We have this game on our iPhone 7 and on our iPad Air 2. Since our last posting about this game and probably because we gave this a bad review, they have minimized our ability to get plasma. The gas that we are supposed to get at the level that we paid for is not even accurate. We should be getting 40 every time but instead we now get anywhere from 20 to 30 something. They have increased the install for all upgrades to ridiculous amounts. We guess they are teaching us a lesson for complaining about their game. We hope Apple sees how this games developers are taking our cash and not giving us exactly what we paid for and ripping off customers. You should be taking the negative reviews and using them to improve your game and not punishing your customers who have paid you just because they have complained about your game. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
From what we can see, the game got worse. We played it before and it has potential, but now, it crashes whenever we get to the second loading screen. Please fix this!!

Ok… We’ve prior this playing this game, have been playing BattleStar Galatica… It’s just like this game. Turn based with storylines…. But the game play and graphics in Independence is MUCH better. The ease of game play is nice. Have not spent any real cash yet but we shall see… So far so fun!… CmdrSilk….
It’s pretty fun ! We haven’t noticed any glitches or random shutdowns so far. We would recommend.

We just got the new update and now we just get a pop up saying it can not connect to the server.
Lot of problems connecting lately. Tried to play today and was put back to level 1. We’re not going to bother trying to get back to 55, where we were. Not worth our time. Hopefully the devs get the bugs worked out.
The game has a big problem of not being able to connect to server. It has recently gotten worse But a good game over all.
Game resets every day, cant move forward to harder level if it resets every day.

Now we’re getting an error that says we can’t connect to the server this is pretty messed up when you spend money on an app.
After reaching highest level, erased all our history and fails to connect to gaming server a loooooottttttt.
Upgraded our grade as 53. Spent months to grow up our units. All is gone after updating. This game has critical problem to connect server. Open pops up local data and cloud is different. Finally our month work is gone. But like the way to advertise in this game.

Game is consistently crashing on chapter 3-2. Multiple devices.
Despite the issues and the fact that they’re extremely money hungry this game was great to play until a couple weeks ago when they introduced ads and slowed down gameplay considerably. Funny because you should be improving a game tied to an irrelevant license especially when it’s a movie that performed poorly but instead it’s like they gave up entirely and said screw it all. We deleted this game after playing for a long time and won’t be playing their games anymore.
Don’t waste your time or money on this. This game has had MAJOR game-breaking bugs and problems since it launched. Their in-game support doesn’t work and their rude forum girl redirects everyone to that. We finally reached arena rank 1 which is where the major in-game coin is gotten, but since the last few hasty updates we couldn’t log in. Now That we finally could we ALL our progress in the last 3 months is wiped out gone. Stay away from Zen Studios.
We were level 59 before the latest update, after which we are now level 8… We are still collecting arena points despite "not being high enough level" to participate… This game is broken since this latest update, and no response from support… Don’t waste your time!
This game was fun until it started closing each time we opened it. It finally worked after a week, then this morning, we woke up to no progress on our game. We’re starting all over, lost all our limited time characters. Definitely don’t recommend!

Current update killed our game. Lost our level 39 stuff and not able to recover. Was backed up to the cloud as well.
Keeps crashing, and there is no way to even open the game…. Shame!
We didn’t have the plateau problem as stated in the first two reviews on here. If you want to play all day without brakes then we can see it but your energy replenishes faster then other in-app purchase games and after a few hours sleep you back with full energy again. Everything resets the following day so repeating missions where you need to is not a problem. Just like all of the other in-app purchase games there are gimmicks to try and get you to buy but you can pretty much get a lot of enjoyment and play for a while in a day without the need to purchase anything. We have not experienced many defects either and the ones we have were pretty minor. Game is pretty stable as well as fun without making you feel like you have to buy something just to have a good time.
