Indian Summer
Before winter makes its appearance, a particularly warm fall bathes the forest in a golden shimmer. During the Indian Summer, New England blossoms one last time. Treetops are ablaze with countless colors — a living rainbow, from green to orange to red. Slowly the first leaves are starting to fall. Meanwhile, our steps and the diligent squirrels rustle the colorful foliage.
On our walks through the woods, we discover all kinds of little treasures; we collect berries, nuts, mushrooms and feathers. We pause for a moment to watch the shy inhabitants of the forest before we set off towards home once again. There, a good book and a hot tea are already awaiting.
The heart of Indian Summer are puzzle tiles with holes that are placed on individual forest boards to cover up treasures. When players get their hands on these, they gain more options and an edge over their opponents. All that counts in the end is to be the first to cover your forest floor completely with leaves.
Indian Summer is the second part of Uwe Rosenberg''s puzzle trilogy following 2016's smash hit game, Cottage Garden. This game is further geared towards more experienced players.

We play this game against the CPU/AI and have a blast. The AI on Hard is very smart/challenging and we always enjoy a quick game before bed. We typically do not play it in multiplayer as frequently as we do single player, but we do very much enjoy our time with this app.
We had to do the tutorial three times, study the board game rules and play a couple games before it all clicked, but once we got the hang of it we love it! Challenging but not frustrating. And no IAP, just a fair price up front. Great job developer, thank you! Our only caveat would be, this is best played on an iPad or larger iPhone, otherwise everything might be too small to see for some people. But the use of space is very well done. This is a great game.
Not enough reviews on this! We think this is our favorite game of the trio of Patchwork, cottage garden,and this. Like the other games, The hardest AI level is very challenging. Definitely worth taking up for the five bucks. Ive already gone hours of entertainment out of the other two games and will definitely get the same out of this one. Nice peaceful game to take your mind away from the world. Digidice makes great games.
Similar to Patchwork in some ways but with increased strategy and nuance. Along with placing the tetronimo-style pieces, collect treasures and place bonus animal pieces to multiply those treasures to be able to place more pieces and to fill the gaps. The treasures all have unique uses and can change the balance of the game drastically in a matter of one or two turns sending your opponent scrambling to catch up. Also the game has async multiplier to be able to challenge your opponent at your own pace since it is turn-based… GREAT GAME.

Would be nice to have the option to join or create ranked games that have more time limit options. Only being able to play with 24 time takes way too long and hard to remember strategy of play. Also Ive only been playing for two weeks and already beat Hard level AI with 1 all the way up to 3 AIs at hard level. Maybe increase difficulty??? Time of AIs turn is slow. We love the game! Would be 5 out of 5 if it had more options with playing ranked games. Just some ideas to make it more fun and challenging.
Game hangs on loading screen for casual offline game against a single AI on iPhone 11 Pro iOS 15.1. We bought it and we cant play it. It works on our iPad, however.
Just thatcool gameplay but while playing online, it will often freeze either while loading game or while choosing tile. Annoying because sometimes it requires several restarts. Im in the middle of one now so we decided to write a review to get the game designers attention.
On iPhone 11, whenever we try to use the bush piece our phone interprets the swipe up from the bottom of the screen as trying to swipe out of the app. We have to flip phone vertical and wait for orientation to change so we can select it, which is tedious. We tried to contact support in the app (failed to send) and by email (also invalid and failed). Do not recommend unless fixed.
Fun game never played the physical game but may buy it in the future. Will play this while waiting for Spring Meadow, hopefully.
