We’ve been playing this game consistently for over a year and a half, which is saying a lot. We love that there are built in challenges but they do not require your constant participation or push you for not checking in daily. Sometimes we just want to mindlessly play something and this is perfect for that. We get so excited when they add in a sport challenge. The game itself, the hats and the characters are all so adorable. We just wish there were more diamonds available so that we could upgrade our floors quicker but we think a lot of the fun comes from working towards those goals so we’re willing to be patient. We used to play this game on our old phone, now we have a new phone, how do we synch the game progress ?
Its a really fun game, but why in the world would a game be harvesting our data from our clipboard?
Why cant you leave during a game anymore? Now when you pause it there is no exit button.
Im still liking the game even with its quirks. After losing a game the next restart has no sounds. Have to close out game completely and start again to get sounds back. Annoying but can live with it. Game scenery is repetitive and need more variety.
This game is really fun but lately its been super laggy.
Progression is getting a little too expensive. Im currently trying to save up 1000 diamonds to upgrade the store, after we just saved up 650 diamonds to upgrade. Unless we pay real money to buy diamonds, Im going to playing for a while before we can upgrade again, that feels very cheap.
Im tired of this game not working. It crashes all the time and if that wasnt annoying enough, the sound cuts out too. Uninstalled.
10 months and no updates?? We’ve maxed out the game. Beat it 100%. No need to play if there is no new content.
We used to enjoy this game, even though it does have A LOT of ads. We realize the need to keep the game free, but they dont control them. Infinite Pool is rated for children age 4. The ad that comes up is for an app that is very sexually explicit with bad language. There is also one that has popped up for a lesbian dating app. Clearly, theyre very adult oriented and have no place being on the game rated for children age 4 or anyone under the age of 18-21. They pop up randomly at various times. We have contacted the developer every time, sending them screenshots. And each time, they assured us they will look into it and make sure it doest happen again. We dont believe they are doing it intentionally but theyve said the filtering lies in the hands of their ad partner, soooo parents, if you are downloading this for your children or even a teen, we would think twice. We used to let our daughter play this, but we no longer trust the developers to provide a child safe gaming environment.
This is a solid game marred by poor performance. We’re on an iPhone XR, which should be plenty to run a game like this, but it regularly struggles and the frame rate drops. Maybe slow down on adding bells and whistles and clean up the code.
We really like the game and all, but we think 900 gems to upgrade the store is a bit excessive. Other than that we have no other complaints about the game. Good job!

You shouldnt have to wait hours for a new mission and you also shouldnt have to wait 5 hours to try to unlock a new character even thought most of the time we wait 5 hours just for a couple coins we should be able to spend our coins on characters not just hats but we like the game other than that.
Game crashes while the ball is moving.
The game is fun, but the ads need some major work. Some of them (more lately) are causing sound to play even though we have the silent switch turned on. Some ads respect this, some are not. And the ads are frequently inaccessible, which is a terrible experience when you’re trying to progress and accept watching an ad to skip a wait. And they tend to be highly repetitive. Some are deliberately misleading and difficult to close (tapping on the X in one opens the App Store but tapping on "install" courses the ad??). And most of the ads are just badly done. It’s a 4-star game easily on its own, but the ads and the experience dealing with them are just that bad.
You cant play the game in certain situations because the ads come on at full volume, even when the game is completely muted. And its been several months, and 5 updates recently, but we still dont have a dungeon. We cant upgrade the fourth floor to get to the dungeon, because we have to sink two ghost balls TO UPGRADE TO THE DUNGEON. The game used to be fun, but not when we cant move forward.
We like this game its very safe for a small child.
Running on 8+ with iOS 12.1.2 v1.5.4 was playable even though could not change area Latest version v1.5.5 is stuck after launch of app None of buttons/Ui respond and cannot start a game now.
Our current favorite game! We love everything about this app :). There is just one thing we cant seem to figure out ; how to sink a ghost ball. Can you explain it to us?
We give this 4 stars because it was pretty entertaining and addictive while it lasted, but eventually you reach a plateau in shot-making skill, and at that point, well, it becomes pointless. The game play is more akin to pool/billiards than golf. The game authors keep adding small features, which adds some interest, but the fact that you keep starting back at the beginning of the course means that after a while theres no sense of progress. So we enjoyed it for a month or two, then kept it on our iPad without using it for a few months, and now that we’ve gotten around to writing a review, Ill delete it.
Love the game but the ads are killing the fun. We’ve never seen so many and Im seriously considering deleting the game due to that. Also doing the math 7.99! For gems gives us 10 continues. For how quick You go through games this cost us $32 in one hour. Plus ads? And they take up a lot of our valuable time. Id love to see 10 balls or accumulate your points instead of keeping us at $5. Understand you have to make money but this is just greedy.
We have for the 3rd time gotten a mission to get ghost balls but they are not available to us.
Is anyone else unable to switch to the dungeon area since the last update?
We play this game a lot, fun quick way to pass some time. However with new update there is a "ghost ball" added, and the mission we’re currently on requires "pocket 2 ghost balls in 1 game." The issue is we’ve played a lot after updating and still haven’t encountered 1 ghost ball. Not even sure what to look for. Is the idea that they are invisible until struck, or am we missing something?

We love this game. It is super addicting. Just two problems: 1. It drains your battery like crazy 2. There is a huge bug in that one of the missions they give you is to sink 2 ghost balls. We have sank millions at this point and yet the game never lets us pass the mission. PLEASE FIX THIS. The only reason we play the game is because of the missions so we can progress further and but more skins.
This game is not bad actually pretty fun by what we don’t like is we don’t know what ghost balls is and it doesn’t tell us. There should be a tutorial of what everything it.
We need to complete 44 missions for our next floor 3 upgrade but our 33rd mission is to sink Ghost Balls which we believe are in the dungeon that we cannot unlock yet because it needs floor 4 and there is no way to skip this mission. Which means we cannot complete floor 3 to unlock floor 4 to then unlock the dungeon so we can then sink ghost balls to complete the mission.
Ghost balls do not appear been stuck on level since last update.
Some of the adds with not clear! There is no (X) to clear and they dont go away after they are done! Have to restart computer to clear! Add is for (WISH) and a few others! Please fix or you will lose people!
Like the title says, we love this game! Its been a blast to play, and Im excited when a new update comes out, as Im always looking forward to some new unlockables and features. Keep up the excellent work!
Yes, we know its not required to play, but the idea that you think its acceptable to charge $5.99 per week for basic upgrades is repugnant.
We love infinite pool. It takes a very skilled and down to earth type of person to play this game. At first we hated it, it took our brain awhile to comprehend this little balls goals. But we finally saw what this game had to offer. Whenever im sad, infinite pool. Whenever im happy, infinite pool. Whenever we need to blow off some steam, infinite pool. Most people just laugh at us bc they dont understand it. But we do and its more than we could ask for. 177 whats good emily, try and beat us we want you to.
… The update now missions wont load and the game itself has become very glitchy… Now it just crashes and sometimes its very shaky… It used to have a smooth animation… Not anymore. Hope this gets fixed soon as this actually had become a favorite.
We actually enjoyed this game at first but after speaking with the company about all the issues with the game we were experiencing they never responded or kept telling us to do the same thing that didnt work.
We love this game we dont have service on our phone but it keeps us busy at doctor appointments and pretty much everywhere… We find myself playing this game for hours on end so its pretty addicting and we love how you can get pretty far without paying anything usually we play a game for a day and quit but this is gonna be on the phone we have now and more than likely future phones.
Theres a lot to appreciate about this game. The sounds, colors, and overall flow just really work. We recommend everyone at least trying it out. For the past two months it has been our game of choice. The leveling system keeps it fresh and exciting.
This game is great and we play it all the time. We have nothing bad to say about say about the game except the arrow that shows where the purple or yellow ball goes isnt always accurate sometimes it says Ill hit it and it will go in a certain direction and then our ball goes right past it. Other than that it is a great game.
We think it would be awesome if the surprise balls have a different color each time. Add in purple, orange, yellow, pink.
This game is pretty addictive, we love how cute the little guys are. Our only issue is that we are at 720 for the tennis ace event, and we still havent receive the teni avatar. Pretty disappointed, we actually stayed up till 3am trying to win it. Got everything else though.. :/ (UPDATE) the customer service team was very kind, their support and assistance with our issue was resolved accordingly. 10/10.
We could definitely say we desire some power ups and a larger story line of some sort maybe a campaign mode or multiplayer. Nonetheless this is a well polished arcade style pool game. Objective is simple, knock balls in the pockets and dont run out of shots. The power ups currently are sluggish to obtain and dont do a whole lot. Ill be keeping this around on our phone. Well made and if youre looking for endless pool this is the best option in our opinion.
This game is actually a ton of fun! We got to the point where we got the Afro and sunglasses though and there seemed to be no way to equip either one. The store kept the exclamation mark over it but when we clicked on it there were just the same four hats as before with no way to change it. Not sure if this is a programming glitch or poor user interface but either way its frustrating so we deleted it.
Great game worthy of 5 stars, but the AD frequency kills it. On top of the adds popping up between every third round, they are all ~30 second ad/mini game that you have to wait for. Oh and then you get a second chance to see an add for the same game. Ad no way buy an ad free version.
Lost all progress. Worked for a month and completed the 4 th floor. And 2 special events. Lost it all.
Bought ad-free when the game first came out then our iPhone had an accident. Reinstalled the game on our new iPhone and trying to restore purchases just spins in circles and does nothing.
