We love the game but come on. We need a server merge at some point. The inactivity is killing this game and its discouraging people we to quitting. This game was a blast. Now with everything maxed out we cant participate in training troops or anything. The game has been lagging and loosing its flair. People are going to stop playing this game. You need to update it and add new material.
Why is the game not working after the new update we uninstalled and reinstalled still not working.
Why are there so many crashes on apple devices? Not happy. Developers need to ensure product works constantly on each platform. Very upset and upsetting. Losing time and characters because of poor development on apple device.
Its been 14 hours now and nothing. No message from the development team, no new update with a fix or at least, reverse changes to prior versions even though they were issues with invisible elite troops plus snowflakes not being credited (we were missing 750 snowflakes before the game stopped working) from the event after paying the $9.99 pack. We really hope that the dev team is going to improve their testing and CI/CD pipeline before pushing faulty updates. On the plus side the game is pretty cool and fun, good UI but the bugs and the limitations (you are stuck at level 80 and cannot upgrades buildings, troops, etc. Pretty fast though the research helps a bit) brings down the score from 3-4 stars to only 2 stars at this stage. Looking forward to fixes and improvements. And a $9.99 credit if we cannot play the game and use our pack for a few days.
There are players getting top chief points that would require hundreds of thousands of gems per day for multiple days in a row. Just look at SSS on server 72 this week for an example.
Can you please do something about the inactive players? Over 50% of our server is inactive. We dont want to have to keep creating new accounts on different servers to enjoy the game. Literally anything you could delete the accounts after 2 week-1 month or something. Or move everyone who is inactive for a while to the same server. We dont know but get rid of them so new people can come. Please! Im begging you! We love the game but it is driving us crazy.
We like the game and all dont get us wrong but we just bought an Apple gift card so we can buy some of the packages in the game but low and behold it wont let us use it. We have tried several times to use the Apple gift card and it wouldnt work. Can someone tell us why it doesnt work or why it doesnt want to go through? We dont mind spending money but since we cant purchase anything with our Apple gift card we give it 3 stars instead of 5 stars.
Pretty buggy, we frequently lose trained troops and have issues with building merging. Frustrating because the game is quite fun.
Feels like im playing a game inside an ad and also way to easy to progress feels like the game isnt really developed and more like a cash grab. Rush royale is good though.
This game is awesome keep up the great work. The only things thats wrong there is a few things the ad shows fighting as in going on to the island and you fight but you go into a the point is its nothing like the ad with the fighting thats it so the game Is Great love it keep on developing.
The game is great but it definitely isnt like the advertisements we see on Facebook, instagram and in the photos posted on the App Store. Definitely needs some upgrades, like it be nice that if you turn on auto rally, it stays on. It would also be useful to turn off the timers for upgrades like the expansion upgrades and things like that. If you have the money to be able to donate to the upgrades, we should be able to use them.
It would be a fun game to play if we didnt have to uninstall and reinstall every time we wanna play. Every time we play when Im finished for the moment and close the game it wont load again and we have to reinstall. Stupid.
Loved this game for how easy it was to level up and how fun it was to play Unfortunately, there are numerous constant glitches and coming soon features that never get resolved, and customer care does not respond to any attempts to resolve them. WORST OF ALL: There is no system for reporting players and no limits or Balance whatsoever. This game is overrun by clans of players who make new accounts on every new server, bully the new players into submission or quitting the game, and prepare for war by constantly destroying anyone new. There are no restrictions or reporting options in place to stop them and again, customer care does not respond to any attempts to reach them.
Game crashes frequently and not able to play after latest up, rewards not given for multiple events , 2 weeks to get a reply from support, the new update with fixes is even worse than before. Multiple players cheating and taking advantage of exploits.
You cant even get out of the damned tutorial. First battle locks it up. Restarting the game doesnt do anything either.
Game looked fun, but after a point, it was pay to win. The game was a lie, it started out like the ad, but then became a PvP only game. Lame.
This game was developed to scam you. The servers are manipulated by the developers to get you to spend. Watch your cc# they will try and befriend you and get you to join WhatsApp. Now they have your phone # Play smart with this game. Dont play it at all It should be banned from Apple.
Don’t bother wasting your time with the few weeks that the game is fun it is a pay to win game it is another garbage game like lords mobile clash of clans and the rest of them if you don’t have a bunch of money to drop you’re not gonna get anywhere and it’s nothing like the preview you saw so don’t waste your time.
Servers die quickly because you have to spend big money to grow. If you dont you wont be able to compete. Im in server 25 and its basically dead. If youre looking for a fun game that will last more than a month, download something else.
Saw it in an add and thought it was gonna be like all the other games that are filled with adds and is really annoying but its really not bad. Havent seen a single add either and the game is pretty fun and addicting.
Its fun but the training grounds take hours when u get to a high level.

We were swap from our position as leader and we had school which stop us from playing and we come back and SOME RANDOM GUY IS RUNNING MY CLAN/ our clan is call the sand creed and our name is test account and bro this is a dum feature for people who cant be on because of school/please fix this we wasted gems on this clan.
Ima just make a list of stuff good/bad : Pros: Constant updates to the game New content pushed out F2P Friendly (somewhat) Decent variety of events both pve/pvp Cons: The constant updates slowly make the game less F2P friendly They never fix bugs Game will constantly crash/freeze Game has become a massive grind fest with limited rewards for stuff Devs dont care about players and only want money Events are all unoriginal Events are never timed properly so they overlap with each other (example : 2 power boost events will never be on the same day even if its on multiple days in a row) Events give horrendous rewards TLDR: Game has more downsides to upsides Probly best to avoid this 1 unless u wanna waste money.
The ads about this game having fusing mechanics wasnt lying. But the ads showed that the fusing mechanics and exploration was the entire point of the game. But its just one of those pay-to-win grind games that makes you fight on a map with other players. Has more clash of clan mechanics than anything. Dont waste your time.
We founded an alliance for our kid and we and then made it open to anyone, since most were closed off. We get sidetracked by a medical issue for a couple weeks and we come back to someone else as an alliance leader and we’re so blocked in the alliance we can’t report anyone even. The new leader has made no one an officer and allows nothing to happen. We’d report it but there is no obvious customer service. We were inactive for less than 30 days, so still within the rules.
We really enjoy this game, but Im wondering when it will be updated/upgraded. Whats the timeline? Theres so much potential for this to be better. Starting out, we felt the gameplay was a little cheesy and hard to get into, mainly because we never played anything else like this game and was a challenge to understand how things operated. Work on the tutorial, make it more comprehensive, and maybe add a storyline that would help understand who the heroes are, showcasing their abilities. We also had an issue determining what server to choose. Some games will allow you to pick servers based on your region or time zone. This game is either not popular enough in the US, or retention is low. Either way there is way to many AFK players on our server. Finding an active clan that will have members in your time zone would be awesome. There should be a way to see how active the overall clan is, a easy to understand charts that shows each clan members average time play, contributions to the clan, number of rallies joined/started, etc. Also when it comes to attacks on other cities we should have options in pillaging, not just accumulating gold which has almost no purpose in accumulating due to the ease of access to it. We should be able to choose needed items that those cities have like ore, holy water, take captive soldiers/creatures, and decorations. Fighting in PVP needs more interactivity, we hate feeling like our outcomes are random and having no ability to control outcomes. We should be able to choose which characters our hero strikes/heals/enhances in the battle . Looking forward to customizing our city and heroes to, we could go on, but who has the time. Hope this gives you some good insight.
Ive been playing for awhile and spent quite a bit but customer service is piss poor and honestly not worth spending a dime on this game. Save your money and time and dont download. Devs just care about money and dont give a dam about its players.
