We love this game! It was a little hard to figure out in the beginning they kind of just throw you into it. But we got the jist if it pretty quick. We think its very creative and enjoyable. We cant wait to know what the next level will bring. We really hope they keep this game going with new updates and new fun things to do!
Game glitch with Saundi shop after the update.
Seems unlikely that we will get any more updates, but the game has a problem with tracking launcher distance. It can do cumulative distance but never registers farthest launch (always 0). This means that (1) the level 1 500m launch achievement will always register 0 and cannot be collected and (2) more importantly, once pets hit a distance related multiplier, they will get stuck at that multiple forever (eg egghog will get stuck at x2 forever because one can never claim the 288m launch multiplier achievement).
Do not waste your time. The game is full of bugs and has been abandoned since last year.
Our game has been frozen for 11 months now rendering all our past in-app purchases useless as there is no way to continue advancing. Multiple messages to the developer have gone unanswered and theres been no update for 10 months now while in the past the updates came almost monthly.
Bought over 50$ worth of in game items, bought a new phone, cant restore purchases at all!

Paid the $4.99, on the infinity screen, to get what we were shown, 99.1t Infinity Points, but we only received around 67t. Prior to, we had already collected around 5.6t Infinity Points and after paying we had 72.4t. Little upset as we paid because we would of had 102t+, 30t in difference. Update: Level 23 is impossible to get past, keep getting Mind Focus that are useless until 26, which we will never get to from what its looking. Also, never got the missing Infinity points from our purchase. Removing a star.
Not really sure what the hype about this game is or supposed to be. All it does is the same thing over and over & it doesn’t go any different. The claw never reaches the prize, it’s blocked every time. The pet never makes it to the goal when jumping. Only gets to 1.41 no matter how many times we try. What’s up with that?

Cute little game. Its fun to click and easy to navigate. Unfortunately, there arent many explanations. Ex 1. The tickets are paid currency that u can earn, but the game says your box is permanently full even after u spend all of ur tix, so u stop collecting them. Theres no way to see how many tix u have until ya need em and dont have em, so u miss out on a lot of prizes the alien randomly brings for u to choose from cause ur tix box is full with less than ten tix. Ex 2. The shooter doesnt signal which items will end distance vs what u should click to continue distance, so u miss out on prizes until u accidentally click one and the shooter continues. Its a cute little game, a fun way to pass time when u wanna be on ur phone mindlessly, but its not for strategy because they offer very little directions as to how the game itself is played. Its still fun though. It aint that serious, just a game.
Start each day with a golden map but the map park is empty and we cannot there is nothing to grab so Im in a perpetual loop and cant play. Will update rating if this gets fixed soon! It was fun up until this point!
We actually love this game and have been playing daily for weeks. But now we have something from a box that cant be collected and we cant continue launching. We maybe could continue play if we do Infinity but it isnt ready for Infinity. We’ve lost out after watching ads recently because the ads will sometimes freeze and we can only get back to playing if we close the game and restart. Not sure why the game has become glitchy Update: did an infinity reset. Everything was ok again until we just got another item that cant be collected. Ill stop playing now until theres an update that fixes the glitches.

We love this game but when we tried to play today it started us at the beginning and after we lvl up first pet for first time it wont let you do anything.

The game is fun and very cute. We enjoyed the collection process of all the pets and seeing all the different upgrades as time went on. Bubble Frenzy is probably our favorite aspect, but thats cause we enjoy the tapping. One issue we have that is immensely frustrating is if we come back to the game from a break, the money earned while we were gone will disappear if we try to hit the double it and the video loads. We lose even just the regular earnings for being afk. Which is part of the purpose of the game. Otherwise its a fun time filler.
It started off weird and a little hard to understand how to get started and what to do at first. Then we became addicted and really loved this game a lot! Then all of the sudden it glitches or something and now it has us starting back all the way at beginning. We lost all our progress and not only that but it keeps freezing as soon as we get our first pet and wont even let us begin again.
We like the game so far but we just wish your pets would permanently stay and also we feel like there is not much to do and is very slow moving we mean like the first floor of the tree house is 20k and the second floor is 1trillion! Come on.
As soon as we did an infinity reset, it COMPLETELY reset. Very beginning, no pets, doing tutorial. So we tried again. Now it keeps locking up and restarting. This game had such promise, too.
We dont know why we downloaded this game… Or how to play… Or why its so much fun… Or why Im utterly addicted to the repetitive gameplay… Or why Im such a huge fan of everything this developer does. Equal parts inexplicable and absorbing. At the cost of $0 everyone should give this one a try… And if you havent yet, give his other apps a spin as well. One can only hope that with continued support this developer will continue creating gems like these!
Im hoping in an update you will include a catalog of the items and show what youve found already. Then a list of item combos would be nice. It would bring up the play value and make players feel accomplished.
We don’t even know why we like this game so much, but it’s super addictive. It’s only been out a week and we’ve already lost hours of sleep playing it. The little guys dancing around also amuses us.
This is another rewarding, hard-to-put-down experience from EightyEight Games: it’s definitely a different mechanical approach than 10000000 or You Must Build a Boat, but it has the same consistently fulfilling item collection and ongoing growth that made those games so much fun. Infinity Island is a perfectly looped incremental game, with a focus on leveling up your pets, island, and claw-grabber in order to increase your income so you can level up your pets, island, and so on. Like many incremental games, it has a reset function built in in the form of "infinity points," which give permanent bonuses in exchange for resetting some of your stats — but a lot of elements carry over, so it doesn’t feel quite as hefty of a sacrifice as in some games. We’re personally not a huge incremental game fan, but Infinity Island has us "hooked" — for one, the pets are adorable and making them happy has tangible benefits beyond their cute smiles. The claw-grabber fishing mechanic — which is how you will earn most of your money, items, and bonuses — is both fun to play and almost always available. While the claw only has 5 charges at a time, it refills extremely quickly, can often be fully refilled while using it, and just a few taps will refill it even if you actually run out. This almost always-available mini-game — combined with leveling up pets, buying permanent upgrades, grabbing items that float past the island, and fulfilling quests — means there’s always something worthwhile to do and you never have to sit around waiting for something to be ready. The game is also extremely generous — we haven’t felt like we needed to watch an ad (used only for bonus rewards) or buy an in-app purchase, and we’ve still been making consistent, noticeable progress on our island. This is an easy, definite recommendation for anyone who likes EightyEight Games’ other titles, incremental games in general, adorable pets, item collection, leveling up, expansion, or all of the above.
We cant recommend this dang game or the other ones enough. Serious material for bus subway or plane commutes.
We literally can not find a way to get to the shop unless we pull the $ sign with the hook.. And when that happens it forces you to spend all the money you have available with is very angering.
The game UI needs improvements. Like the shop, unless you catch it with the hook theres no way to access it. Including it wastes one use and you cant grab two things at once when the shop is overlapping Eg the snowflake. It just opens the shop and you gain nothing. Second, stop making all these messages appear left and right when Im collecting box items. Since we accidentally press something by mistake as the message appears out of the blue. When it comes to missions and you tap on them, we wish to see what the mission needs. Not press later and accept a smaller reward. Once you tap on it, you cant exit. Change it. Some upgrades are confusing and misleading. You better adjust what they say so its more understandable. Lastly, theres no way to prestige whenever you want. We have to sit and wait until the message finally appears. Which can take forever. The game is fun but nowhere near perfect.
We thought Id give this a shot after loving the match 3 games by this developer. We thought there might be an we were wonder if there might be some interesting payoff on the idle genre, but instead it feels like a cheap knockoff of an already scummy genre. We realized we needed to to delete after the ticket machine filled and the game refused all input until you triggered a potential purchase. Shocked this got past app review with predatory actions like that, and it has now soured us on YMBAB and 10M too.
Unfortunately this is just your typical whale hunting cash grab. Things on cool down, random ads, and premium currency. Stay away. Stay far far away. Take everything you know about You Must Build a Boat and throw it in the trash along with this game. We had so many hours of fun with Boat and now to see such great developers down this route? Its really a shame.
We got this game because we love collection gamessomething about checking all the boxes makes our soul cry for joy and our heart skip beatsthis game is total trash we couldnt even get past the tutorialI kept shooting the harpoon to get the boxes and it would go 177m every shotno matter if we shot on time too early or too late it was always 177m way past the targetI even deleted and re downloaded the app and there was still the same issuedevelopers need to get their priorities straightcant play a game you cant pass the tutorial.
We liked it at first, bought the fist IAP to show support, even watched ads without being annoyed since they werent crammed down our throat. But then the next IAP popped up – upgrading the ticket machine. If you play until you get to that point, youll see how its powered by FOMO – the way you watch tickets bounce off the full ticket machine, the way its priced only $5 when getting 5k tickets otherwise would cost close to $60. It is of course their game and they can monetize however they want. We just wont play it any more.
