Love this game. But why does it freeze up so much.
The gane is very addictive. The only snag so far is that we bought the pack that gave us 24 hour clock plus loads more. But about 4 hours in, the clock disappeared! Who do we need to contact to it back.
The connection to the ads to get extra lives or jewels will not connect, thus losing hearts. Game is enjoyable regardless.
We play this game a LOT. We had reached an level we could not surpass and moved on to other games a year or so ago. But recently we started it again and love it. Except the mystery of where our money goes because on the occasion where we wanted to continue playing after our 5 free moves and watching an ad, we purchase crystals and it charges our account but our crystal or jewel counter stays exactly the same. If this was solved we would most def give it a 5 star.
We like the game we dont like fraud. We paid the $4.99 offer and did not receive the 500 faded pink gems, nor 5 stars and not the 6 hours of infinity life. This is the reason we rated you 1 Star. We are going to cancel your game today.
This game takes our money but does not deliver what we have purchased. Says purchase complete but does not add what we bought to the. Game. Very disappointed.
Im usually a ftp player. Ill admit, we got tired of the ads after every level. We purchased a pack to get rid of the ads. We didnt get the rewards. We thought we messed up and purchased again, still nothing A really fun game, ruined by bad support. No way, in game, to report problems.
We spent 20$ trying to get more coins and tools and it accepted our money and didnt give us anything.
First Super Gift Purchase for $4.99 we paid twice for this, and did not receive it either time. Fix this and refund our money. Thank you. We like your game, we dont like paying for things we dont get. Sent from our iPad.
Yes we made two purchases and they charged our account and did not give us our moves so be careful.
