We have been playing this for years but not much anymore. We like the events but although there are new elves, there is nothing new in the events. They are all a repeat of past events. Nothing new or challenging.
We love to see the pets get cooler and cooler! We also love the events.
The game is stuck at the beginning. It is not allowing us to put the coins into the coin-bank in order to buy eggs, houses, and storages. It worked before, now for some reason it is not letting us. We also am having trouble contacting the game support.
The game is really great and fun but lately keeps crashing and freezing in the middle of elves secret realms or mission. Please fix this issue and thanks. Keep the good work.
We love the game but can u make events longer also where did the little girl go.

So we have had this game for a year or more and its a good game but the elves sleep forever . Anyone one time we got a new up date and that house with the little girl the house is still there but, the GIRL. Whats up with that.
Im very disappointed in this game is to be one of our favorites, and when the game was logged in on our new phone we logged into our account and it saved over as a new account instead of loading process. We lost more then half of our in game purchases and all game progress aside from the elves we had. Im very disappointed with the way that Support handled it, because nobody ever got back to us when we explain the situation. Do not download unless you dont mind starting over. We hope this saves someone from the headache.
We loaded the ship completely. Then the game reset. We lost all of the things we earned, but the ship says complete now. Ugh, so ticked off.
Loading is slow or crashes. Events wont load and seem to think Im offline.
We have been playing this game for a while now. Really didnt have no problems until recently. Was playing the event and all of a sudden it reset and now we are unable to play as it shows a lock on the screen. Other than that we enjoy playing this game.
You took a really fun app and ruined it. It is no fun anymore.

This game is by far our favorite merge game. We have come in 1st place in many many many events. Oct 12th event keeps telling us we have 8 more bits of land to heal, wrong answer, there is nothing more to heal. Im very frustrated over this because we have never had any issues with this game. We also spend money if needed. Not happy, also there is a Ad that freezes the entire game called zagg.com. So since you have to reboot, you dont get your 2 free jewels.
Recently found this jewel and we are enjoying new merges; however it crashes constantly. If we do several merges back to back crash, if we try to watch a video it crashes and when we say crash, game freezes and must be force closed. We like the game but we are increasingly annoyed and frustrated with the crash interruptions not to mention we are uncomfortable using any more real world money on the game while in this unstable state. Im using a new iPad and we play a couple different merge games and this is the only 1 with this behavior. Please let us know if there are settings we can adjust to mitigate this issue. Its a nice game that we are unable to fully enjoy. Event is virtually unplayable due to the freezing.
It wont let us play theEvent that lasts two days.
Since the update we havent been able to get any chests. Ive gotten the daily rewards, but not the chests. The platform is still there but the chest doesnt even show up.
We were really enjoying this game, but it no longer works properly. The tournament games no longer show up.
Need 143 more elves to clear a 4,000 land now Im down to 141 elves ? What happen to all our points? Our game interest has us Wondering why play this game when a glitch occurs and gone. Reminds us of our zoo game we built up and now its gone..money,time,spent wasted.
There is a complete lack of attention to this game-used to be quite challenging but a lack of new challenges and tracts is turning very very dull.

Ever since the last update, we have nothing but crashes! Also, every single time we go back in after a crash, the diamonds we earned or our coins or ore that was accumulated is taken away from us. Very frustrating.
On the 20th of December we wanted to buy Gems. It would take our money but we did not receive what we paid for. Ive spent over $500 on Gems and yet did not receive what we paid for. Ive involved Apple involved but was denied. We would have given them a 5 star until this happened. Needless we are not a happy camper.
Game always messes up when we tried to load our cloud save. Gives us 42 stars with ZERO dragon power. Needs to be fixed.
The artist who illustrates most of the designs are stolen from merge magic, they are working with GRAM games so all is their product. Stealing music from other games as well! This is infringing on copyright.
These games are our entertainment vice. All good when it works. We were buying gem packs and the game had a glitch. It was crediting us with the purchase. We did not realize the charge was going through. An update was put out specifically to correct the purchase issue. So Ive paid for something that we did NOT receive. Apple says too bad no refund. Game developers refuse refund. And now also wont credit us with the purchased items. So apparently when you agree to terms of service youre giving them rights to charge you and NOT deliver the purchased items.
Tried to purchase, successfully charged us, but didnt give us our purchases. Dont get sucked in.
We paid for season 12 gold pass and didnt receive anything of the rewards that came with it. If we could give no stars we would have.
We tried to buy the $99.99 7500 package nothing was put in our merge elves we tried a few more times money was taken out of our account nothing credited to our merge elves.
On December 19 we paid four gems multiple times thinking that it was just a hiccup and it didnt work well yall took our money, but never gave us the gems that we paid for. Now we do you see that yall updated the game and fix the payment issue, but it doesnt fix the fact that we have lost money to you. So we guess in writing this review Im hoping that the developers will see this and do something about it and Im not just saying give us the gems that we paid for no Im saying give us our money back.
We had trouble the last couple of days buying gems. We looked on our account today and was charged for them but never received them. Been trying to find an email account to ask about it but all we can find is a survey when we click contact us. Someone please get back with us before we delete this game.
Yesterday we made two purchases and we still have not gotten our stuff can you please advise whats going on with the app.
We have tried to purchase gems and eggs today to the tune of $30 plus and didnt receive anything. This needs to be changed and updated immediately.
We dont like paying for something and not getting it. Twice we paid for gems and did NOT get any of them. Then the game gets wonky and glitches. So we deleted it. Warning to others looking to play. Be aware they like to take your money and not give you what you purchased.
There is no way to contact the people for the app because when you press contact us it just takes you to a survey. We have tried to purchase the daily pack with meats as well as a premium 3 day pack since yesterday. Our account has about $30 pending for these purchases and we have not received ANY of the items.
Very glitchy game. A lot of items dont show up. Example would be when you watch an ad you dont receive the prize. Ive bought two gem bundles and received neither of them. Would be a decent merge game if it wasnt for that.
We bought 2 6.99 and couldnt open the plots of land even though it said it was succsessful ! Fix this.
This is the best merge game, better then merge magic and merge dragons for ME. Why? First of all you only need 25 magic power to enter event and you can also get 10 mins to let the Elve have infinite harvest and magic, and dragon dont have that. We only play for like 1 day and Im already like it. Keep it the hard work! And love the game :) TIP: hold on anything you want wait for it to make it bubble. Edit: we are a real player these what we say is real we love the game we dont think this game copied magic and dragon because those games have the same thing just different and this one is also like that you can also customize the girl so we dont understand why people say this game copied.
The game is awesome but the cloud saves messed up the experience, we had a glitch so we had to delete the game but didnt know about cloud save, we tried 2 times but it seems like our save is just gone. If you could fix this and somehow get us our save back that would be awesome but we just want others to be safe from this happening. We spent money on this game after all.
We were playing and doing really well, we were at level 138 or something like that. But the game kept glitching and kicking us out of the app. Eventually we just deleted it, all that work gone.
We love this game but lately its been messing up, we are on a fixed income and its asking us to update it, well we cant because it asks for a payment and we do not have anything to set up for a payment.
We have already deleted the game 2 times because while im in the game, the game would freeze, then Id close the app and when we reopen it, itd be stuck on the loading page. The first time we re-downloaded the game, our process was loss, the cloud save was there but it didnt load. We had to start the game all over again, and the second time, thankfully, cloud save did work. But now the game is stuck on the loading page again, and if we have loss our process again, then Im ready to give up on the hame. We really loved everything else about the game but this issue needs to be fix.
Since the last update we have not been able to play. When we stop playing the game and close it out we cant get back on. Its like the loading screen is stuck. We wish yall would fix this. We were at level 247. We would give 5 stars but because of not being able to play it anymore Im giving it one star.

While this game is similar to other merge games, the extras make it better! You can always earn gems, coins, plants, etc by watching ads (which are only 30 seconds so well worth the time). We would definitely recommend this game to anyone who likes merge style games.
When we tap on the app to open it its a blank screen so Im getting mad when it crashes we redown load it.
