Dont get us wrong, this is a great game, the only problem is that whenever we try to play the game, after we find he diamond in the dirt, it kicks us out. Its an annoying bug, but it hasnt been going on forever, and Im not sure if it happens to everyone, or if its just us. Besides that, great job! (Btw that is also why we rated it 3 stars, besides that bug, it probably would have been 5).
So to start this off this game is really good but whenever we play the game, it just kicks us out for doing nothing. When we were starting the level it just kicks us out. We dont know what is happening to this game. Can you please fix this Thank you.
So we downloaded this Game we like the game but there are a lot of ad's.
We played for ten minutes in the beginning with a lot of adds and then suddenly it kept kicking us out to our main screen. We left it for awhile before trying again, which then it did the same thing. Not thrilled, but fun in the ten minutes.
We love this game and the fun things you can do with the VIP customers, and not too many ads. But when we play it plays a little and then crashes every time! It happens every 30 seconds or about that amount of time, and it isnt fun! We also had the same experiences on our old iPad and iPhone, which are old, and then we get the app, without transferring, on our BRAND NEW IPAD and it does the same thing. If this can be fixed, Id give a 5 review. Its the crashing thats killing us. We dont want to pressure you, but is there any possible way to fix this bug.
Repetitive and too many ads. No thanks.
Its decently fun for a while but once youve unlocked everything its no fun.
When we got this game, it was fun! Ads would pop up a lot but we just thought that it would pass over time. But that was not the case. We gave this game 2 stars because it was a fun game. But there is WAY to many ads!!!!!!! Every 2 steps there were, an ad would pop up. Then, after you watch a video for an reward, ANOTHER ad pops up when you go onto the next level!! Listen to this review because we not lying. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time on this game.
There are soooooooo many ads and its really annoying because in between each step there is an ad and you have to wait like 20 seconds to skip it and there are like 10 steps for each thing SO ANNOYING pls make less ads.
Im only giving 1 star because the game keeps kicking us out for no darn reason and there were useless ads popping up and it wouldnt let us skip it that we had to slap our device to stop it and its really annoying so Im not playing this till its fixed and if your not reading this then what is going on.
We played this game for around 5 minutes. And the first round, we couldnt even get past finding the gem before it crashed, Im on an iPhone 11 (not old at all) and it crashed before we could even find it. On round two, we got past the finding of a gem, however we got to the cutting gem point, got one cut in and it crashed. Round 3 we got three cuts in and it immediately crashed once again. Round four is when we quit.
We were thinking this is gonna be great right? Wrong. The app kept shutting down and restarting when we first downloaded it.
Way way way way way to many adds to play a game.
Youll spend 75% of the time watching unskipable ads and only 25% trying to play the game.
Whenever we press watch an ad to get our reward, it froze also it could use some bug fixes and other improvements.
Ok, Ill admit this game is really good! But there are some changes to be made. Number one. You need more VIP customers other then the block and Arianna petite (clever names though) another thing, why is the silver metal blue???? Its S-we-l-v-e-r the name is literally the name of the color!!!! Other then that this game is great.

This game is awesome sometimes it can be hard to stop playing. It is so fun because you can earn new colors, new shapes, and decorate your office and so much more we would totally recommend this game for anyone.
This game, Jewelry Maker, is very fun. You make different jewelry. But, there are ads. Lots of ads. If this game would give less ads, or, even better, no ads, we may give it a better rating. There is another problem: When we get VIP customers, it makes us sit through ads. Lots of ads. Then, you also get more ads during the VIP. At least, for us. You may be asking, arnt ads the same problem as the first one? Well, the other problem is that you have to find a jewel. Sure, maybe for you its fun, but if you dont mean to get a certain jewel, and you get the wrong one, it gives you an X. Sure, you get paid. But only for nothing. We havent seen one thing on the whole game where you can buy things. Whats the point of the game? Well, what is the point of the game if you cannot buy stuff? Okay, okay. You still get to do jewels, but the ads, and having to find jewels, is pretty annoying. We hope this review helped you, have a blessed day.
1st the good news : we really like the game its very satisfying and the gems are well made. We like that theres VIP costumer and you have to fill up the rank to get them, the gem that you make for the VIP its very pretty! Then the bad news : Whenever we complete a task of a costumers assignment theres an add. Also we cant even press close or the x at the top, its for every task! Would give 5 stars but we maxed out our game and need more content to beat. We think most other players would agree that we are due for an update.
This game can be addicting, but there are a few tweaks that we believe can be made. #1 When you get the clients order and start shaping the gem, you cut the sides of the gem. And after your done, the game automatically changes the way you cut the gem, into a square shape.#2 For the V.we.P rounds, if you have Billie Eilish for a client, it changes the name to Billie Polish. And it annoys us a lot.#3 Too many adds! Other than these fixable bugs, the game is great, and totally addicting!! We recommend it to people who get bored easily.
We absolutely love this game!! It is so much fun and addictive. We play it ALL the time. The only thing wrong with it is the jewel picking. Sometimes Ill accidentally find the wrong jewel and it messes our score up. There needs to be a different way to find stones. Other than that its an amazing game.

Its nothing special but we think its okay, but the ads in this game are crazy. If you want to serve a vip person, you have to watch an ad even if you watched an ad for the extra 25% its just annoying at this point.
This game has very realistic features! We would love to give a higher rating but we cannot. There are a lot of adds. We sometimes get random ads in the middle of a making session. And all the ads are really laggy and overall the game has not really good quality. And there are lots of bug, like when Im cutting the shape of the gem and it finishes it for us and changes the shape. Also when Im polishing it the app finishes it for us when Im halfway through it.
We personally dont like the new update with the store we appreciated looking for gems and the fun of the game without a point to it now there is a point and we think that the update was unnecessary because the app was already perfect the way it was.
We would have given this app 5 stars, but it was WAY TO SLOW!!! We were kicked out 5 times in 30 minutes of playing. It was also just slow in the actual app. We love the idea of the app, but its too slow and we deleted it.

Its a fun game; dont get us wrong… There are just a lot of problems: For starters, the adds. Im pretty sure that we never once got an add in between levels, only during levels. And not just one, two or three! Ever since we got the game, its been giving us two or three adds during levels: right before polishing the gem, right when Im attaching the gem to the necklace/ring, and sometimes a random spot in the middle. It was still fun, but it was getting very annoying, so we purchased no adds, which gives you golden tools! It was fine, although it still made us watch videos to do VIP clients, but that wasnt too often. But our iPad was becoming older, and working less and less. Eventually, we had to get a new one. When all the information was set up, and our account had been transferred, we clicked on the app, and then there was a problem: we still had golden tools, which you only get when you payed for no adds, but it was giving us adds again! We looked all over, went to the help section, settings, everywhere we could see, but never found a button to restore purchases! We figured maybe it would work if we gave it some time, so we stopped playing for a while, and its been a few months now. We just opened the app back up, and sure enough, we still have adds! Its a fun game, and unless you dont like adds, you should download it! But if you get it and dont like adds, you can pay for no adds, just dont get a new device.
Its a very good game, but the app has some errors and the app closes every time all by itself. Also, we cant watch the ads to complete the quests. Please fix it.

Its a decent game overall,but heres some constructive criticism: 1. Im a bit of a perfectionist, and it annoys us to NO END that even if we mess up the jewel crazily,it still cleans it up for us and that annoys us and takes away all the challenge 2. When cleaning the gem, it always cleans it for us before we can finish, we have ocd and this kills us inside 3. Theres no variety! When finding the gems, theres only one color and you cant mess it up by finding the wrong gem. Likewise,theres only a single metal choice,and a single gem shape choice. Why? Why? Thank you for reading, we doubt anybody will see this because the AppStore only puts good reviews on the front page to make themselves look good. Ugh. Have a nice day.
