We enjoy playing the game, however, the game stops periodically blocking entrance to the next level; a Coming Soon notification is in its place. It will only allow us entrance when the game updates. There are no current updates available. What needs to happen for the game to continue.
So far its great but we notice good games dont stay that way.
Ive completed all the levels and witch and snowman challenges but still cant launch level 901. Its grayed out. HELP.

Fun game! Each level is a bit more challenging, but not too tough. Suggestion to developers to have a key for what is needed. Took us two weeks to pass a level since we didnt have any idea what was needed.
We love this game and really enjoying it. Occasionally, it will freeze and Ill have to reboot our iPad to unfreeze it after every game. But when it plays, its a lot of fun. Doesnt require a lot of purchases, either. Not too difficult.just fun.
We like a challenge, but other games put too many hard games together. Its great when you can win games after trying so hard on the tuff ones.

This is a good game to play to pass time. We are on level 600. The hardest level was 423. You will need to spend your coins sometimes to keep the game going. We use this game to help pass time.
We really like this game but Im not sure how to avoid it crashing when lower levels even come up enjoy playing. What is the problem and can you fix this? This game is easier than the newer version and we can play forever without having to give in to said rules. We love this game version.
What a colossal ripoff. Its nearly impossible to win without spending money and what you get for your $ is a joke. We played one game for two straight hours without spending money and could not win. Our guess is we played the game a couple hundred times. We could not win but when we sprang for a measly little $3.99 combo we won on the very next try. At only level 200+ we dont expect the level of difficulty to be at the 3,000 level and we have played to the 3000 level with Bitmango. Take your freakin greed and shove it. No one needs to be as greedy as whomever is running this show now. Stick it.
We have enjoyed playing this game.Some levels are are definitely more challenging than others. The Smoke is one thing, but indecipherable goals like the brown bomb or two rocks with white stripes is unfair; especially when you get one and have no idea what you did to get it. It is unfortunate that there is no place to research this issue.
Fun game. Sadly way to much ads even for a free game. Timing is bad for player. Doesnt allow longer play time. It cuts the player off just when he/She gets into the game. And after playing for a period of time. It doesnt go to the next game. A person has to kinda reboot the game system. Or, delete the game app. Then start all over again and again. Theres still some work to be done with the game. Cause, either it freezes. Stops in going black. Then you have to restart the game all over again and again. And again and again. Starting to get very frustrated.

No where can we find instructions. When Im on certain levels, there is no rhyme or reason as to how to solve them. We replay over and over with no clue what Im doing when suddenly we solve the puzzle. How? Why? Its extremely frustrating. We wish we could get the old jewel game back that we played and enjoyed for many years.
Downloaded today and once we arrived at level 42 it freezes up at each level and closes app. Have shut down iPad and rebooted, twice, and it continues. We have been playing the regular Jewels Magic, currently at level 1450 and never had this issue.
It has been months since we have reached the top level and it keeps saying coming soon.
We really like playing this game but the game doesnt want to be played!! It freezes and you have to shut it down. It goes for days and wont open to the point of being able to play. When it does open & you play & win one round when the window opens for the next round there is NO NEXT button to enter the next round. You close out of the game completely & open it again and repeat UNTIL it freezes and/or stops loading to the point of play again & it can be days before it lets you all the way in again. Ill probably end up deleting this game & find something else to play.
Been playing this game for a long time but now having problems. After a game cant advance. So annoying.

Completed all the levels. Waiting a long time for new levels.
Waited at least 4 months for updated games. Even went back and played games over to get a perfect three stars for every game. Admit it, game has been abandoned. It was fun while it lasted.
Removing this app. Constantly crashes and it is supposed to be supported on our iPhone.
Last two weeks game gets to certain level then will not load. At the beginning of game not way into it. Its getting frustrating to say the least. We have to delete. Download & still it does it.
