HATE the ADS with assault rifles. Please get rid of them. Our kids are too young to see that horrible stuff.
Been playing for sometime now. We bought a weekend bundle and was charged for it but never received it. We contacted your support but no one has responded to us. So disappointed we have spent a lot of money on this game.
We must say we have been playing this game for quite some time. For the last several weeks it has been glitching pretty bad. We’ve been checking to see if it needed an update though nothing on the app. We’ve restarted, and nothing. It continuously freezes (Im on a pretty good phone with plenty of memory). All of a sudden our team shows then it doesnt, Ill be in the middle of a game and it shuts down. We even asked our teammates if they were having issues and the chat is gone. Something is wrong.
We are really feeling like the people reading these reviews are doubling down on making sure this game is giving us more trouble. Since we first made a complaint we have not been able to play any more than 5-10 minutes before it locks up. The worse of it, we were given 30 minutes of play time and it locked in under 5 minutes, which means we will not get the full time. We guess we will just delete it. We are 70 years old and dont need to be going through this. Thanks for the years of fun, but its time for us to move on to something that does not give us grief to have a little fun!
This game contains filthy ads and is extremly inappropriate for kids. We will tell every person we know about your ad choices. You are pure filth to present this to kids Making it so you cant close the ad only makes people mad. This is review #2/ the add we saw today that is sick is absolutely not for anyone. Cant you get a good decent ad or what? Louzy ads cant be good for business so why?
After many years of playing Jewel Match Classic 3, we have deleted this game app. The developers got too greedy – it became impossible to earn points without either slogging your way through 5 long ads or spending money to get more points. Half the time the daily free was nowhere to be found and if you happened to be close on a level – the ability to gain a few more moves by watching ads disappeared. Of course you could spend 60 points to get 3 more moves. Funny how that worked.
The game play is first class but the pop up sales offers exceed that of similar games. They come out so fast and furious that they actually overlay each other so when you close one, there are two or three more waiting underneath. This happens at the conclusion of every puzzle. Want to activate your golden ticket? $14.99. Want more power ups? $7.99. Want to empty your coin box? $4.99. Want 70 more coins? $1.99. If we play the game 30 minutes, then we can expect to have to close at least 40-50 of these offers. It really degrades the whole user experience.
The game is not large as it is in the advertisement.
This game should be enjoyable, but its programmed to make sure you lose unless you spend money. Then, if you click to buy a package, they charge you twice, and we guess hope you wont notice, then you have to jump through hoops to get a refund. Enough, we liked the game, but not that much.
While its a fun game, you will be hit with an ad after every game. So in one hour of play, you may have to sit through 20 or 30 ads. Ridiculous! But we figured out a workaround for this. Since we play on a tablet, we simply turned off Wi-Fi when we went to play so we could play uninterrupted for a while. Additionally, each stage gets progressively more difficult. And there comes a point that you just cant win that particular stage unless you have special jewels that you have either won or BOUGHT ! And sometimes you have to use every single special jewel you have in your bag to win one single stage. Even using a whole collection of special jewels we barely made it to win that one single stage. Which means that then you are back to square one with nothing special to help you out on the next incredibly difficult stage! So what do people do? Spend money to buy more jewels, which is the ultimate objective of the developer. Not worth the time and certainly not ANY OF YOUR MONEY!
Level 85 is impossible to beat no matter what we do. Its like it was programmed to be the level to have to spend money on to complete.
So you think you will get and extra turn or a bonus . But you dont. The ads just sit there!
GET RID OF THIS GAME IN ADS!!!! Get rid of royal match that freeze the game please. Second time we’ve reported this. Not only does it freeze the game on this It does it one game it pops up on PLEASE GET RID OF ROYAL MATCH love this game however that ad freezes the game.
We were enjoying the game until they started cheating on us. Its supposed to be fun we thought! We have completed level 352 and now the game wont give us credit and is trying to make us replay the level. We will be deleting the game from our phone.
Its fun to see what new arrangement of map youll get with each level, and they dripfeed new gimmicks and remixes at a steady rate. We appreciate that theres no real pressure to spend money (no streak that gets broken for example). Personally, we enjoy trying levels again and again until we get that one lucky setup. The one complaint we have are those levels where theyre so confined, you literally only have one option for multiple turns in a row, which is no fun seeing youre obviously going to lose from a bad setup. Animations could also use a bit of a glow up, as they can feel a little stiff especially compared to something like Royal Match (although we like this game more for being more chill and inventive).
We really like this game. It is better than Candy Crush. The secret here is to keep playing whatever level you are on until you pass it (watch the ads– they give you extra moves to help you win) without using your boosters, keep saving up your boosters and your daily rewards (hammers and big wand) because you will need them for the higher levels. The hardest levels are the ones involving the dynamite sticks and we really think they should eliminate those dynamite sticks altogether because once you add a timing device to your game, you have gone from fun and relaxing to frustrating, annoying and giving up. The graphics and sound fx are high level gorgeous kudos to the developers on that but seriously think about eliminating the dynamite and any other timing obstacles from this game because its a serious deal breaker for many many people just looking for a game where you can apply strategy without pressure. PS we rate this 4 stars but the star rating doesn’t seem to be working.
For the longest time we loved this game. Then itt started having random glitches. Currently, our game freezes and we have no choice other than close it out and log back in, causing us to lose our progress. They say after 5 seconds you can skip an ad. HA! The Royal King (whatever goes on and on and on It really just isnt worth the time anymore.
The actual game is fun. That being said, an ad after every level is overkill. If there was option to go ad free, Id play but its time to delete the app.
We love the game of jewels magic, But there is one problem we dont see the ad feature anymore when we run out of moves and which we’ve contacted the support team and they said that they deleted this feature but they can send our email to the developers and we were trying on here to see could the developers bring the ad feature on future updates.
It is addictive but, it steals coins from you when it shouldnt. When youve run out of moves you have the option of five more moves for some coins. We’ve clicked this numerous times when it takes 120 coins yet never gives us the extra five moves. Flawed program. We would give this a much higher rating if it didnt steal from you.
Really like this game but way too many ads, ads ads! What makes us mad is when you get a timed booster and you have to watch three ads and instead of stopping the clock while you watch them, your time runs down. Please fix this and we will play again. Also we m on level 112 and even using 3 boosters still cant get it. Need more moves.
Very scummy game where it inundates you with ads that take longer than the level just cleared. Dont bother, not worth your time or attention. Even worse, the unskippable video ad was for another, similar game which Id just deleted for scummy monetizing practices. Glad to see their all in bed with each other.
Was a fun game that has become less fun with the past updates and the last two updates very nearly taken away the fun completely! Now you have to watch 3 adds to get the 5 extra moves or use your points that are too hard to get. And to pile on the frustration the adds wont play, then you have to close everything out & stat over & over and repeat again & again!! This is nothing but frustration and that aint fun!!! So, Ill be removing this app you call a game & if we see PUZZLE ONE on a game Ill be sure to keep scrolling on past it! Thanks for screwing this one up!!
It is fun but can be aggravating when your butterfly zaps something not worth your winning. Also we earned four takes out all of a kind by watching ads, and when we looked at our total, we didnt even get the two we would have gotten if we hadnt watched the ad.

While the lower levels were okay, getting up into the higher ones means repeating a level several hundred times, like where Im at, level 4030, is literally impossible for the number (16) of moves youre allowed. A recent level, 4028, took us over 75 times before we finally got past it. The developers dont seem to understand that making levels so hard take all of the fun out of the game. These games are supposed to be fun. This one no longer is. Not that the developers care, of course.
Our mother has been playing this game for 3 years, and every time we see her playing it we just sigh. Shes on stage 5367. We dont even know how the levels work in this app, but we know that its a lot. We guess this game is good, we’ve never played myself but we highly recommended for your mothers. P.S. Our mother has watched so many ads for this game and she says that its just a thing she deals with. She knows that its just how things have to be, so yeah 5 stars!

New version has you watching an ad for free booster then you have to watch YET another ad before game can begin. Never was like this before. Dont enjoy the game now with so so many many 30 second ads.
We’ve been playing this for about a year. Its fun and colorful. There is one really annoying bug that has persisted this whole time: when you lose a game, theres a pop up that offers the chance to get more moves for 60 coins. Because of the placement it is easy to glance hit that button. The amount is immediately subtracted from the bank but the screen hasnt actually registered that youve purchased additional moves. Feels like its an intentional defect at this point, trying to get people to use them up so that they buy coins. $$
We sent a request to fix an error where we had played the game and when daily bonus came upit took us back to day one. Have played for 2 years. This has happened occasionally before, this time we had much to lose. We were a paying customer. Today we deleted the game from our screen after 2 weeks of waiting for a correction. Dont start unless you love looking at ads and have cash to play. There is no customer support.
Around $40 spent buying extra coins, dont get them, spend money on golden ticket, get nothing. Deleting con game.
We are enjoying playing Jewels Magic! Challenging AND relaxing at the same time! We do want to share a major glitch in game 1922 (I do love this game!)! Ill keep trying to work around it to advance; however, with the broken cells, Im not sure thats possible. Thanks for listening and thanks for the game!
We’ve been playing this for a very long time and really loved it. We’re on level 3,617. But over time, they’ve become more & more greedy. This is especially true since Puzzle One took over. They’ve removed almost every way a player can earn tools without using actual money. And now we can’t even watch an ad for extra moves. Disappointed.
How do we update the version to your latest without deleting current data?
Always annoying to have forced ads that Randomly appear during game play. When you lower the app then raise it. Plus you cant bypass it. Appear between levels. Not sure why so many five stars. Guess people like commercials every ten to thirty seconds or upon force clicking. If the ads were punchy ten second ads id keep this app. No theyre almost two min long.
We truly enjoy playing, Im in the game every day. We would have given 5 stars except we believe theres issues with the everyday rewards. Like we said Im in it every day, then we find myself having to go back to day 1 when its been day 5. Something is off on that part of the game.
Play is interrupted by random ads that cannot be skipped. Most games give you a choice to watch ads if you want bonuses but this game makes everyone view them. There are better match jewel games so dont bother downloading this one.
Whats going on? We havent deleted your game. We also havent played it in a while. We expected you to fix it. Im playing, have moves left & the game tells us Im out of moves. Something is screwed up.

We’ve been playing this game but dont believe them when they say they going to pay and that you can cash app and cash out anytime. We watch all the videos they they tell you to before you can cash out but it doesnt happen its very disappointing and discouraging. You look forward to be rewarded but they first say you will receive payment within 1-3 days but they put you in a queue tell you to wait so Im like over 5000 in queue they tell us to calm down and wait!!!
