We like this game a lot but lately it doesnt give us our rewards. For instance the x2 800coins or evening getting to the next board. It gets done with the ad but then the screen goes black…except for the ad at the top of the screen sometimes. More often than not Im having to get out of the game completely and get back in……its very frustrating to do that and get the same issue again…kinda makes us want to not bother. Ads are one thing but you should get the gameplay once theyre done. Please see to this issue . We thought it was a specific ad but thats not the case.

Love the game, which builds in difficulty, however, the ads build along with it, becoming longer to watch, as well as sometimes failing to return player to the game. We have had to shut down our device and restart it to get out of a blank screen more than once.
Our dad has had a few strokes and playing these games help a whole lot with his motor skills, we actually have to take it away from him or he wont eat or sleep, he keeps telling others about it.
If you got a lot of time to spare. Its fun time waster.

1st… Don't know where the "by: poor poor poor app" name came from… Weird. As for the game we agree with the other reviewer about the ads & lack of rewards. We're only in the very early stages of this game and am owed probably 2000 coins & countless boosters. We like there match 3 games but the lack of rewards after wasting our batter power on ads to get rewards and not getting them… This game is more than likely to get deleted before we reach stage 100. Update… 9Tap… You OWE everyone who has played your games a load of coins and boosters.
The sound and music buttons will not turn off when pressed.
There are to many adds for this game after every two or three levels there is adds.
We Gave a few days to see if it would kick in. PayPal verified that they did receive our money. And we are still getting 30 second ads every couple of plays. So essentially they got their money but Im still seeing all the ads. Paid and verified payment of The $3.99 for the no ads game. Despite verification of payment we still get ads with this game. We uninstalled and reinstalled and continue to get the ads despite paying the $3.99. Its very frustrating especially Im beginning to enjoy this game so we dont know what else to do.
We like the game, but when the ads are longer than the game its just too annoying. Also, there is no way to mute the ads so no playing this in a quiet place. They also sometimes run 2 different ads in between games. Deleted this.

We actually like this game a lot but we are going to have to get rid of it because the ads are so annoying. We have NEVER played a game with so many long ads. Shame. We can understand an ad now and then but these are very long and repetitious.
We were enjoying this game got up to level 38 when during advertisement screen went blank could not clear it out get out, ended up deleting the app then redownload lost everything had to start over.

Theres too many ads, Id gladly pay to upgrade or something to avoid the ads, there are so many and its annoying. The game itself is great, but not worth it to sit through allllll the ads. Id gladly pay to be rid of them.
Game is fun and could be enjoyable if you stopped ads after every play and lessened the amount time. We dont want to spend more time watching stupid ads than playing game. Plus the App Store shows ad all the time at bottom of screen. We know our friends wont play this game and we just deleted it.
We love the games, all of the jewel games we have down loaded. However they freeze up after you achieve a certain limit. We have down loaded several sister games, but they all do the same. Very disappointed.
The ads are just relentless and take away all the fun. Made us delete the app.

Well we have been trying to get back n here but the game crashed two days ago. It opens go to start and then all we get is a black screen. This has been ne of our favorite games and really have enjoyed it but we are at the 209 level with over 200,00 in coins. This time we are not going to start over. The fun has gone and we no longer want to play any of your games because this seems like its set up for you to lose everything and you must start all over again. Thanks but n thanks.
Signing-In Issues. We were in the hundreds. We had to start all over from the beginning. Takes awhile to hear back. No support to find account.
We are enjoying this game but the ads are very annoying. We decided to pay for no -ads (which we have never done). Problem is that the charge went through our Apple account but we are still getting annoying ads. This is going to cause us to not want to play this game anymore.
We really like the game but the ads are like a vicious circle. Wont offer an x and when it finally does, it doesnt close the ad.

Ads…..Ads……Ads…. It's ridiculous.
When we get to play the game, it is fun, but all the ads are taking the fun out of it! We have watched three ads in a row several times! It is ridiculous! Plus even when you score over the line for 2 stars or 3 stars, most of the time it does not give you those stars.
We have done a number of levels and am appalled by the ad to game play ratio. Then, mid-level, the play locks up entirely, unable to respond to restarts. It's pretty, but unfortunately not fun at all.

Please dont tell us to delete and re-enter the program. Ive spent a lot of time and money to get to the high level that Im at. Please do an update, your last one was a year ago. We liked the first 5 levels, but had longggg ads after each level starting at level 3. This makes playing unenjoyable and timing consuming. These are the types of games we like, too bad and cant and wont be playing it.

Well, we guess the practice of this company will be sent to the oversight games commission for extortion. Do NOT send in any money to remove ads in this game. Because the ads are still theresometimes three in a row. We even had one pop up in the middle of gameplay! So they take your money and laugh, apparently. Well Im tired of being ripped off by these supposed no ads if you pay scams.
