We have used this jigsaw puzzle app for more than five years and we have been very pleased with it. It is easy to purchase puzzle sets and we really like being able to cut them in different numbers of pieces. Thanks great product.
Great selection of puzzles, however our only complaint is that every time we play a puzzle , we have to keep selecting the tray option, which is very annoying.
What has happened to this app? Ive already submitted two emails to customer support that this app crashes every time we look at a puzzle in the store. Ive restarted the app, restarted our device and we have more than enough room on our device to play. Ive received no response. We once received an immediate response when we contacted customer service. We may need to delete as it is unplayable now.

Was curious as to why the size of the puzzles have decreased from 252 pieces down to 208 pieces? We know ourselves and other players would like to see an increase in the size of the puzzles instead of a decrease! Please rectify this issue.
We have been using this app for a long time and we enjoyed it, but most recently we have a new iPad Air and the puzzle pieces moving up from the tray stick and wont move until you either close the app or move a piece from the tray over them to dislodge it. Very frustrating. We will still use it for our smaller travel iPad but not for the one we use daily. We have tried to work with the rep to have the problem corrected but she doesnt seem to be able to fix the problem.
Unfortunately, the charm of this App is diminished due to the price. Paying 99 cents and much more for any bumper packs as they are called is OTT. Most of the time at least 4 or more are not workable puzzles. Why are they so expensive. Such a shame.
Pretty sure the Christmas Advent calendar consists of (potentially unedited) AI images. There are too many oddities in the pictures, and the mansion puzzles have similar architecture. (The main difference being ones a regular building and the others the gingerbread version of the same building.) Have to admit we were so disappointed in the quality we couldnt even finish the December 1st puzzle.
We love being able to upload our own images to create puzzles but we wish puzzles could be split into more pieces. We usually finish a 252-piece puzzle in less than an hour. It was okay at first but its kind of annoying after having done so many. We would like to be able to sit and get cozy with one puzzle for longer an hour.
We have loved JigsawBox for years, but in the last few months the free monthly puzzles wouldnt download. We tried to buy some, and it took our money, but didnt download. We thought we had too many puzzles on our app, so we deleted a few and tried again to down.old new ones. NADA. So as a last resort, we deleted the app and lost all the puzzles Id collected over the years. Now we cant download the Jigsaw Box again. Hung up on a password and we got the message that is used too many tries. Help.
We sure hope the developers will try it out and get it fixed.
We like to write reviews for great apps, which is what this is. However, we also am a former language arts teacher, and it is in our nature to see mistakes. In your advertising of sales for April 15, 2024, you have printed Colorful Bumbers #3 on the cover photo. We find things like this a lot (everywhere). Just wanted to let you know in case you didnt already. Our old hometown newspaper used to advertise that they printed something for everyone, even the mistake finders. Sorry/not sorry. Thank you for your continued efforts to make great puzzles! We enjoy many aspects of this app, especially where we can make our own puzzles. A couple of things Id like to see: 1. Being able to select puzzles for a bundle of our own. We usually enjoy the bundles you have but Id like to see a place where we could buy puzzles for whatabout 10 apiece out of a selection that youve make available. Throw 100 or so puzzles out there and let us choose our own. Im pretty sure that we would spend more on those than looking for pictures of our own to make puzzles. 2. Have some puzzles available in portrait or square mode just for variety. 3. Have an option available for changes in the puzzle piece shape. For example, make all of the pieces resemble something or just in a different pattern. (our husband jokes that why do we care what the puzzles look like if all Im doing is arranging the memorized places for the pieces. Hope that makes sense). See paragraphs below. We havent seen or heard anything for a long time. We still think we would spend more money on puzzles (we really like puzzles) if we had a little more say in what goes into the bundle. We really like the colorful and holiday bundles puzzles. We just came up with an idea for you. How about a Make Your Own Bundle? We love the.

We personally think that this is a great app and we love it there is one thing that we would like to see improved on and that is making the monthly puzzle available all month long, and maybe in December rerun all of the monthly puzzles of that year so that people who missed downloading them can download them now and have the complete set of puzzles for the year.
We have had this app for years, and it is still our favorite. We thought we would see what new jigsaw apps are out there and downloaded several. None of them are as good as this one. Easy to navigate, no glitches, and it has options that we like such as being able to have the picture of the puzzle in the background and having the border pieces appear to start the puzzle. Theres a free puzzle each month, and the variety in the packs available is extensive.
Been using this app for several years and absolutely love it. From turning our pictures into puzzles to the free monthly puzzle pack Ive never had to spend money to enjoy the app and there are no ads to get in the way of our enjoyment. Our only suggestion for improvement is to make the tray location changeable. Id love to be able to put it on the top of the screen when Im looking down at our ipad on our lap.
Nice app except that too many pieces share very nearly the exact same shapes. Makes working an area with uniform color more like an exercise in luck rather than skill. Deleted app after one puzzle.
We don't know when we have enjoyed an app this much. Best game out there. Only improvement would be more information on purchased puzzle packs, deletion etc. One of the beat features is an internet connection is not needed to play.
Ive enjoyed this jigsaw puzzle app. Easy to use. Theres a variety of puzzles available to buy and a monthly free set. To the negative, a holiday set was usually offered free, such as Halloween or Valentines Day. That gift is now purchase only. At Christmas there is a daily free puzzle. Unfortunately, its the same puzzles for 2-3 or maybe 4 years.
We absolutely this app. Great for those of us who are retired and want to keep our mind active. For some reason though we have been experiencing some glitchy behavior on all our iPads. The pieces stall, freeze, become jerky and just stick on the board. Soooo annoying. Im not using this as much as we have.
This is one of the first apps we got on our first iPad, many years ago. We love that we can make the puzzles as simple or as challenging as we want by changing the number of pieces. Our favorite thing on this app is the ability to create puzzles of our own photos. Ive relived vacations and time with friends through puzzles from our photos. Ive used this puzzle app for years, and we love it. It has everything we want: great pictures, a choice of sizes, and the ability to make your own puzzles. Puzzle packs are cheap, but if you dont want to spend money, no problem. The developers release free packs every month. This app shines because of the developers, and their customer service. They are awesome. At the beginning of the pandemic, they offered a free pack every week. And the puzzles are good – pictures you actually like. Recently we asked if they would release a pack we hadnt bought when we had the chance. To our surprise, they put it into our library for free. (Thank you, Tracie!). We have a lot of other apps which make you watch a long ad to play one game, and offers new games on an expensive subscription model. Those developers could learn something from Sparkle Apps. Get this app. You wont regret it.
The only puzzle app Ive ever used, addicted from the start! This was the first app we bought at least 10 years until this moment! Why? We have gotten pics from different sewing apps. We like doing puzzles of fabrics, the harder the better, now Jig wont let us do it! Is there a walk around for them? Help us. Im 70 yo and this is our only intertainment. Help!!! Im almost 70 yo. We think this was our mistake. Im so. Sorry. We think we just went way too fast when down loading a puzzle from Pinterest that we loved, which made it very, very slow to down load. At our age, we do make plenty of mistakes, especially when it comes to computers. We spend most of our free time working on puzzles. We panic thinking of our battery going dead or our power going out not because of our food in our fridge or freezer going bad, but we cant do our puzzles! We get them on Pinterest. Our only complaint is that settings is per puzzle now, and we'd rather be able to set things like Preview to always show. If we wanna twist & turn puzzle pieces and be frustrated, we'll get a real puzzle. This puzzle is perfect to relax with. We've downloaded a variety of puzzle apps, but this is our fav! And it's the only one, now. When we first got this app, we did mid-range # of pieces and edges, then graduated to the max and no-show edges. We use preview, so it's relaxing for when we want to see a tv program (can't just zombie out on tv). And, we can add our own pics as puzzles. Fun! Great app.
Ive been playing this on our iPads for many years now, and we really really love it. We like it even more since we can make our own puzzles from photos, so we get to use our family favorites! Along with those, Ive bought dozens of beautiful puzzle packs. On the first of every month theres a FREE puzzle pack to download.

You'll not find another puzzle app that allows you to make your own puzzles as easily … We have copied 100's of puzzles, put them into photos then gone into this app and used it's "creat" feature and turned that photo into a puzzle.
This is one of our favorite apps. We have used it for years now. We especially like it on the plane, cause our puzzle pieces dont move around. We like the variety and appreciate the free packs each month.

We just came up with an idea for you. How about a Make Your Own Bundle? We love the puzzles you create, but we have to admit that we dont always enjoy the whole bundle. Maybe throw a bunch of summer puzzles out there, say 200 or so, and let us click on the ones we like for our bundle. Then the sale price for 100 puzzles Bumper Pack. Just a thought. Another thing, the review we wrote about a year ago is still there, we think, but one thing that we mentioned was the possible creation of portrait or square puzzles. Is that still in the works? The app crashed on us over the weekend. We had created a few puzzles; okay, more than a few, went to restore our purchases, and there is still nothing in our library. Rather disappointed as we had spent a while collecting and sorting our pictures for creating new puzzles. What would happen if we deleted the app and downloaded it again? Now that we think about it, our earlier reviews are also not appearing. Its like the whole app just zapped us. We had to start this one from scratch where we usually have just been able to add to the existing review. Any fixes in sight? The sooner the better as we are laid up for a while after some surgery, and we need something to do rather than binge Netflix movies and original series. Thanks.

We just updated 3/24/2020 and now it is not working. We have had this app for years. We love it, but right now we hate it because it is not working. It is working great now. Love this. Thanks.
This has been our favorite app on our iPad ever but just today it stopped working. We have deleted the app and reinstalled it. Shut down our iPad and even loaded a new app because YouTube said it may make this app start working. We are so sad because we can no longer work the puzzles we have in our library. Any suggestions on making our app work again would be so appreciated.
This is the best jigsaw puzzle app ever…..love it.
We've been using this app for years, and it's even better on our new 10.2" iPad, but we find a few things frustrating. One, sometimes it doesn't seem to recognise when we've put our finger on a piece to drag it. We'll tap and drag only to find we just moved our finger. When this happens, it will sometimes take a few taps to finally be able to move the piece. The other thing which frustrates us is when we try to create our own puzzles. The picture opens completely zoomed in, and we have to very carefully pinch to zoom out. Sometimes while we're doing this, the picture will rotate slightly, and we can almost never get it back in line. A reset rotation button would be useful. It would also help if the picture loaded at a size appropriate to the screen rather than at 100% zoom. Overall, we love the app. It's very relaxing, and it's nice to be able to work on a puzzle and know our cats won't knock all the pieces around. :).
Love this app but haven't received any free monthly puzzles for a very long time. What's up with that.

The site was updated today–and now it will not open on our iPad! We love this site and visit it daily. We have a large collection of puzzles, and we really want to work them. PLEASE fix this! We contacted the Sparkle apps site and got a prompt reply. The company did another update, and we can work puzzles again. Thanks to Tracie and the staff who fixed the problem. We're working puzzles again.
Since you did the latest update we cannot open the app. We have enjoyed so many puzzles (we have purchased at least 100 packs). We have an older iPad but have not had trouble before. Thanks. If we could open the app, it would totally be five stars. It's a great entertainment, especially when you have time on your hands.
Omg this game is so good sometimes Im addicted for like 8 days and sometimes weeks. We love that YOU can put in your own puzzles and then solve them! This is one of our absolute favorite game its amazing.
Got a new iPad, got all our apps restored from ICloud. No puzzles will load. We got a response within a few hours on how to fix our issue. We are a happy user.
Hey! Great app, but where are the Christmas puzzles? They were added like an advent calendar to the app each year . Really enjoyed them each Christmas. Hope theyre added soon, miss them:(.
We have an iPad Pro 11. It is our third iPad and for the last few months, the app is freezing when trying to place pieces. A piece will freeze in the puzzle area and wont move for some time. It is hugely annoying! We have a bazillion of your puzzles that we have purchased and really dont want to give up on this app or our investment in your puzzles. DEVELOPERS, HELP.
