Gave this app a low score because more times then not the puzzles just stop and do not allow you to complete it.
Prefer to put all the pieces out there and make our own decisions. Would like the opportunity to build all the frame and then put other pieces where they belon. Deleting this app. There is no challenge for us.
We loved it for a few days. Horrible now! Everyday there are missing pieces on the free puzzles. Its worse than if you finish a puzzle and that last piece is lost. With this you start and there tons of missing pieces on the edge.
They changed the set up for the worst.
We finished a couple of puzzles already. Very relaxing but having to watch two ads after finishing them for hints because it wasnt saying it was finished was slightly annoying. Other than that, great app.
There are very few group puzzles being entered under the Special Offer section.
We loved this game until recently. We have had so many issues with pieces saying they are missing but the whole puzzle is completed.
Love the set up and choice of puzzles but it freezes up and shuts down almost every time we try to do a puzzle.

If using Holiday themes, update more often. It is July, and your app is still on Easter. There are bugs that need fixed too. We stopped playing because it isnt storing progress accurately. Please fix. Your description asks for feedback.
This app is super frustrating. While working on a puzzle quadrant, it wont move to next quadrant until we use a hint. We stopped using quadrant feature for this reason and now we have about 20 puzzles that show status as 99% complete but are actually 100% complete. For some reason, puzzle thinks we have missing pieces into 1-2 quadrants, but if you click on those tabs, no pieces show up and puzzle is complete.
The only thing we dont like is the shadowing of pieces – couldnt get rid of them But we do love the challenge.
Ive tried finishing a single puzzle without being interrupted by an alert that we need to watch a commercial which makes us lose interest. Im ok with having limited FREE puzzles as long as you watch a video, thats understandable.
Just downloaded this app. After trying to complete a puzzle, pices go missing and sometimes move out of their locked position. Attempted to move from quadrant view to full view and lost our entire puzzle. We enjoy the ability to work on quadrants.
Love this puzzle game we can play for hours.
Needs where you can start from the beginning and events with a clocks showing how long is left.
Jigsaw puzzles makes us happy cause we love puzzles.! We made a puzzle with our uncle and we finish it in literally 20 minutes max. Puzzles make us feel like we found our happy place a lot we got on and it has 1,000 peaces and it is almost finished and we did it with our little sis she is autistic and we also did it with our mom.
This game is a great mind sharper and shaper for the minds of young adults and teenagers.
Freezes up after completing quadrants and have to use a hint to unfreeze. Other than that great.
Id love to give this app five stars, as the puzzle images are truly beautiful, and the mechanics for organizing the puzzle pieces are helpful. Even the ads are unintrusive (which we see often because we refuse to pay a subscription fee for puzzlesitd be nice to have a one time payment option). However, we have to point out the HORRIBLE issues this app has with saving puzzle progress that have emerged with recent updates. Too many times, Ive made EXTENSIVE progress on a puzzle, switched to another app to do something or locked our phone, and when we go back to the app, all our progress is GONE. Its incredibly difficult to enjoy the puzzles knowing that at any point, youll have to redo all your hard work.
Why cant we move the board and whats up with the ugly funcky Puzzle pieces. We cant zoom in 8 would not recommend.

At 80 years, we finally have some time to enjoy our Golden years! Thank you for offering free jigsaw puzzles!!!! Im loving working them.they help to keep us sharp!!! Needs more cute animals and cute puzzles.
Paid for annual subscription to eliminate ads but still getting jigsaw ads. Bought app for a special needs individual who cant navigate through ads. Disappointed.
The puzzle pieces are a little too sensitive, meaning you have to make sure theyre right at the notches in order for it to accept the puzzle piece. Other than that pretty good.
There is not enough room for the puzzle pieces on the board. We were there was an arrow to get rid of the quads and edges icons.
Ok so this is a fun game and we love all the puzzles on there. Theyre really cool once your done, but the only thing is there are SO MANY ADS. We were about to delete this app because of that! It has so many for you even get to start the puzzle and before you choose a puzzle and then sometimes when youre in a middle of a puzzle and then also after each time it has about five add Im not joking.
It helps with our ADHD and helps keep us focused.

Im thinking that this is the perfect puzzle app! So many great features. You have the option of only viewing/working on 1/4 of the puzzle pieces at a time and the part of the puzzle that you are working on is zoomed in. Thats very nice if you have sight issues. However, if you would prefer zooming out and having the entire puzzle available at the same time, thats also an option! We do like how you can see the picture of the puzzle on the board if you choose. Its also nice how the pieces will lock into place if you figure out where it belongs in the puzzle but the other surrounding pieces for it to join with havent been identified yet. We love that there is screen space so that you can put pieces together and then move them off the board until you figure out where they go so that they arent in the way. Our only complaint is that the puzzle pieces are a little too weirdly shaped. Maybe mellow it out a bit.

This puzzle game lacks fluidity! Too hard to move the pieces into place. It has to be just right or the computer doesnt accept it. Frustrating.
It glitches a lot when we create puzzles & use created puzzles.
Ni free puzzles but an advert after solved and another before the next one loads and then one more before the next one begins. We DO NOT WANT TO PLAY ROYAL MATCH.
The amount of ads is excessive, to the point it diminishes the enjoyment of the game. Also, the puzzle will not move on to the next segment if all pieces are not clicked in place but it is hard to figure out the one piece that you thought was perfectly in place.
We purchased and paid for several puzzles; when we go to our Puzzles, it says no data. When we try to restore puzzles, it says restore failed . And now it looks like you must subscribe, which is the first we have heard of this. We feel this site and game is a scam.
We have loved this game but its gone haywire. We may get to 99 percent complete, and then it might set it back say to 44 percent, or zero. This last time it showed about a fifth of the image clear across the bottom, and the pieces in the queue were just multiple pictures of an entirely different puzzle. Also, it will hiccup when we scroll down a picture gallery, going part way down and then flipping back to the top. We deleted it and downloaded again. The hiccups are there but we havent yet tried another puzzle. If the other problem appears l will have to permanently delete it. Nothing worse after putting in an hour or two solving a 400 piece puzzle for it to self destruct.
We have a lot of fun with this; however, several bugs have been occurring frequently: When we play using quadrants and complete a section, the game is supposed to shunt over to the next section – except it doesnt always. The only way around this has been to sweep the board (even though all pieces are together in their proper places). Sweeping then removes several pieces out of the puzzle that you then have to put back in. Sometimes this doesnt work, though. The only other solution is to exit the game, sit through another ad, go back to the puzzle, and try again. This also doesnt always work. Sometimes we just have to not play for a few days until it begins working properly again. A similar issue happens with completed puzzles. We will complete it, go into our Puzzles, and see it in there with only a percentage completed. Sometimes when we go back into it, there are no pieces to add in and the puzzle just sits there incomplete. Sometimes we can sweep out pieces and put them back in, but it still doesnt get marked complete and we cant do anything with it. These arent game-breaking issues, but they are annoying.
Need to fix it so then when you do the higher count pieces it moves automatically to the next quadrant instead of having to use hints to get it to move forward or when you complete the puzzle it doesnt do anything until you use a hint.
Im not able to scroll through the puzzles we might like to do. Instead it lets us scroll one page before resetting to the very top.
Ever since the recent update it seems the puzzles have a glitch. Pieces never go to their spot. Before if we would put it relatively close to the spot it would just go. Takes more work and acts as if the piece doesnt go in the spot its supposed to. Also if Im done with a section of the puzzle, most of the time it will not move on to it the next section. So now we have to find what pieces arent clicked in all the way to log on. Doesnt always work and someones have to exit out the app. Lastly, if we chose to review the puzzle while working on a section it shows us the whole puzzle now. Before it would show the section you were working on which was super helpful for 400 pieces. Its honestly annoying for an app we enjoy and use everyday. Would be getting 5 starts if it wasnt for these inconveniences.
We used to do these puzzles a the time, but recently it isnt working correctly. We complete a quadrant and it will not go on to the next quadrant….very frustrating. We will be finding a new puzzle app.
