Was good until we went one star and now It freezes in under a minute and we have to kill and reload and lose progress.
This game is really fun. Im sick so it gives us a fun way to get better. But when ever we go to the investment button we press it then everything goes gray. But not all the time. Also we feel like there Should be an easier way to get coins. Also we think there should be a way to speed it up. Its been 2 hours and our first hotel is barely on 2 stars.
Theres a bug issue with going into other districts and Once yu max out thats it.
In app purchases are not working.
So we love this game a lot but time to time it glitches out when your randomly playing the game sometimes it gets out of the game or glitches out of the game whatever you like to call it so play it but it has some glitches so play it.
Can we get a 50x or even a 100x for each room upgrade. Makes it easier then clicking 10 all the time.
We played for almost an hour just to get one star. We think you should get one star just for having two full floors. Other than that, the game is great.
The grammar is definitely not the best. Especially during the tutorial. It seems that it was most likely written by someone who speaks English as a second language. We think thats something that could be easily fixed though. Maybe hire a proofreader whos fluent in English.
We love this game but would love to see better buy quantity buttons like buy x100 or buy to next upgrade for hotel rooms. That would make the 4 jump to a 5.
So there has been this glitch ( for like 3 years what ) where, if u try to enter the london hotel, it just loads for like 10 years. Could u fix that? Also we think u gave up on this game ur last update was 3 years ago other than that glitch its pretty good.
We were looking for a theme hotel type game and this seemed like a great option. Its really fun and doesnt take too long to make money and get upgrades. Unfortunately, we kept getting kicked out of the app (to our phones home screen), and when we come back in, Im set back quite a bit. We have way less money, less rooms, and essentially got set back about 5 minutes, which doesnt seem like a lot, but is if youre grinding it out. Maybe its just our phone, which is why Im giving three stars, but its a really bad flaw if it isnt just our phone. Keep this in mind and dont put your heart and soul and faith into the game.
This is an okay game. Not really hands on. Graphic are good. Could use improvements.
Our 7 year old son likes this game, but has found that after unlocking the hotel in Paris, the game does not allow you to advance to London or the other locations (Sydney). Would love to see a fix for this bug.
Im ready to move to our 3rd hotel and it never loads. Might as well delete the game now that Ive maxed everything out in our two previous levels.
This game is pretty good considering the quality and creativity but, there is one thing. The grammar is horrible, most of the words are correct, but the others are horrible… Whoever made this please fix the grammar because some of the words we cant even understand. Other than that everything is good. And for the glitch we dont have a problem.
We have now beat Paris and went to start London but it just keeps loading. For hours. Until we quit. Is this a glitch.
We loved this game, it was great, until we unlocked and tried to load the 3rd hotel. When we click on the new level it continuously shows the loading screen with the suitcases moving through the hotel, however, the level never loads. Its a major bummer, we love the game, but we might as well delete it if theres nothing else for us to do. Very unsatisfactory.
Like the game, but the 3rd hotel will not load. Is it not yet available?? Im getting bored since Ive nearly fully upgraded the first 2.
We were reading the reviews playing the game think the glitch with the third hotel would be fixed. Fell in love with the game but now we cant go any further because you still cant get the third hotel to be opened. Very frustrating and therefore will be giving this a 3 star review. Dont know how long we will wait. You may want to address this before you lose to many people and stars.
Lets start by saying this is a great idle game. Its fun for hours if thats your type of game. However, the fact that it ads crash it. Launching the game may crash it. 3/10 times so far. Trying to upgrade, add floors, add anything, and/or upgrading the hotel crashes the game. Its very consistent. If the crashing stops. We would give this game a 5/5 easily.
Great game, but the London location doesnt load, so after building two hotels youre basically done until they fix that. We also wish when you maxed out the rooms that it changed the room like when you level up, a simple thing but if Im upgrading the room to max there should be a way to see just by looking at it that its maxed.
Latest update shows 3rd city is available, but when you select it the game just gets stuck in a loading loop and hangs there until you force close it. After restarts it still doesnt load. We do like the game and would definitely recommend, but have removed 2 stars because of this.
Most of the time we dont like listening to music when we play our games, but we do like the sound effects. Where is it? No cash sounds or elevator, no people chattering, its just quiet with all this busy stuff going on.
When we play it its good; crashes too much. We guess its fun.
We finished New York and Paris, but the game will not load London at all. We even deleted and re uploaded the game, which made us start all over again. We want to keep playing, but it just wont work.

This game wouldve gotten 5 stars since we were really enjoying it then the last update happened. We cant get into our next city because it claims we dont have 5 stars in London. We did last time we played it but now we cant even load the London hotel to check. Its been far too long now too. Youd think theyd have fixed that issue by now. If its not fixed in the next week then not only will we not spend another dime on this or any of their games but Ill be deleting this one.
Ive bought two $0.99 packets of diamonds and neither delivered. So thats a bummer. Otherwise a good game to kill some empty time.
Crashes over and over. Unplayable.
This game is fun and enjoyable but it crashes a lot! We understand as a engineer everything will have a problem occasionally but the crashes are at times within 3 minutes. Fix the crashing and it would be great.
When we get 2 star on our hotel, the game would freeze, the screen would not move, take us back to our home screen, and its only been two days since we got the game. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME.
We cant even play this game for 30 seconds with out it crashing and it makes you restart all of your progress.

Everything is translated poorly and the game feels extremely amateurish as a result. Game moves too slowly, and the graphics are cut off by the iPhone Xr, so its hard to look at too. Just avoid, its not like youre missing out on anything unique with this facsimile game.
Loved this app and used it as competition in our family. The third hotel still wont open so were all deleting. Bummer.
We purchased diamonds to upgrade the managers twice and it has not updated our diamond count. We want our money back. Will be emailing support hopefully they respond. Will update this review later on outcome.
Purchased diamonds twice. One for 2.99 and .99 cents and neither gave us diamonds and we were charged. We want a refund.
