We cant log in anymore it keeps saying Authenticator error and wont let us login. If we cant play anymore we want a refund seriously fix your game.
The game is a basically good and fun game. Ive been playing for 2 years and spend about $3-5 dollars a month to keep from feeling the constant grind (devs gotta eat too). We just had an in game glitch and we wanted to contact the devs and they have made it almost impossible now. We need to make an account with them just to report a glitch. We dont need an account to send them money though. More of the same trend of devs not caring about their customers. No more money from us. We probably dont spend enough for them to care.
Ive probably spent 200 dollars on this game over the last year. We are now at a point where it takes months just to upgrade one character. Poor design. Im a daily player but Im rapidly losing interest in this game. This game is ridiculously cheap with its core customers. Note to developers, we have spent 200.00 now on Disney heroes and Im getting our moneys worth. You need to rethink your strategy.
Only a few thousand players grind over 3 year old events once every week. Money heroes are OP and get nefted either when money quota is reached or new heroes debut. Stay away.
We thoroughly was enjoying this game. It had a lot of things to do, great graphics and we were starting to get into the story line. However, we have to uninstall it do to the frustration we feel with the lack of decency surrounding most of the female characters. Each character has a summons card and for the female characters they portray something different than the 3D model. The 3D models are semi-nude while the cards show fully clothed characters. We think this is extremely inappropriate for a game rated 9+.
The best game of its type. The art is familiar but not the same old thing. We played RAID: Shadow Legends until we found this one. Despite the fact that most idle RPGs have recognizable challenges, JW skins them in a way that feels fresh. It wont change your life but it is a really solid game phone-wise. Consistent quality and heart from our favorite phone game company.
Im trying to click on watch for the tutorial and the box is stuck where im clicking.
All the new characters are so overpowered that we can be sooo much higher than them but will lose. Very disappointing for long term players that have put in time grinding their characters. Cant see ourselves playing much longer if it isnt changed.
Everything that is normal for other games is VIP only. 1 xs speed VIP only. Lame. Loot chest – have to have face book friends to open. Exp and loot dreadfully slow. Upgrade your heros takes forever or you have to be VIP . Chat and maybe ask for help or ask for help like most games. Nope not here. Story …what story. Community? None. Updates/Events? None just sales for stuff that you normally earn on any other gotcha game.? They need to really overhaul this game it could be good but alas like 90% of gotcha games its all about how much money they can scam out of players. Dont even get us started on the energy system its one of the worst Ive seen in years. If you are looking for a fun team based rpg then dont look here there is no fun to be found only a boring not filled money pit with very greedy & lazy developers.
Not even finish 1mn game play. We started sleepy already:)this game totally watched life and wasted our space on our phone. 1 star is for your paper toilet.. We gave you for free ! You dont need to go to Walmart to get toilet Paper to wipe ur trash game off from this world. We cant believe you hire trash developers to create such as a terrible job.
Just cannot advance through the campaign without spending money… Really was enjoying this game up until that point. We will admit it is very disappointing.
This game has the most compelling story we have ever seen in all our years RPGing! Cant wait to see the next story-arch.
There is a bug where if we do a mission everytime we go to equip something it goes to the x to close like the tutorial and makes us close to then equip then if we move on it repeats the bug we will change to 5 star if it changes please help.
This game has a great overall rating so we figured we would give it a try. The tutorial isnt overly huge it looks like at first but at this point we cant even tell if we are still stuck in it or the game is this forceful with limiting what you can do. You dont have any instructions to do anything or go anywhere in particular but when we try and level our characters or add equipment it just points to exiting that screen and wont let you Choose anything. Our characters are too weak to get past the board and die but then when we go to heroes again we still cant equip anything or level them. Maybe they need to guide and not force you to stop doing anything but what they want.
We really like the game so we dont mind spending money to support the developers. We made a purchase that didnt give us everything that we paid for so we created a ticket and provided screenshots like they asked. This went back and forth for over a week. Im the end they said we got what we paid for even tho we still have proof that we didnt. Pretty much called us a liar and closed the ticket without resolving our situation. Its sad how one person can ruin it all for you.

The game called juggernaut revenge of sovering has been deleted somewhere between 2016-2017 and we dont know if it was you that created the game but we just say this to bring back the game pls.
The game is pretty fun and cool, been playing for a few days and Id recommend it. Wish there was more info or content creators on YouTube or the internet however. Also, the surveys for the purple gems/diamond things didnt work for us after completion :/ Despite this fact, we think the game is awesome and would for sure recommend.
We have been playing this for over a year now and had our own clan that we were basically leveling up on our own and putting our resources into, but we didnt mind because it was ours. Today we log in and Im not a part of a clan and when we search for it no such clan exists. Im a bit disappointed that we put so much time into something and now its gone. Im considering just deleting the game..its been slow since passing level 100 and we have been loosing interest when in the past we logged in daily, now we only do it to check in on the clan. We dont plan on starting over.
Probably the biggest money black hole we've ever played! Not sure what was lost in translation but as of the date of this review, we will not be playing ( spelled paying) the game anymore. No more half-hearted efforts…….bye now.
The catch is that you only get to play for free! After so long…it says you have to refresh and update the game to continue to play the game! Now they want our credit card number…thats not going to happen!!! We dont have any idea how much they want to charge our credit card.
Dont call it Roguelike unless it actually is.
Just started playing the game and getting into it, collecting heroes and gear and boom, we have been prevented from equipping any gear, upgrading any powers or doing much else other then being forced to play the campaign with under geared and under skilled heroes because the game is preventing us from doing so by forcing us to exit the screen. This has been going on from about level 3 through level 10 and continuing. We are going to assume this poor design decision is a sign of things to come and just delete the app. It had potential but locking all upgrades for no reason is moronic. The game play is so simplistic you learn it in 2 mins, the fun part is the gear and skills etc and its LOCKED.
We came to play this game because of the fake false ad in another game that said if we play this game, we will get a reward. We got nothing, and we found out that this game is totally a thief. Players have to spend to much dollars to progressing in the game. We are done.
When we open the app we get a message to get the update, when we go into the app store, we get the OPEN app and no update, this is keeping us on an infinite loop, and we can't play.
Wow this game just got better. We hope this last, we hear customer service is very poor (BTW. This game plays better on apple devices than on android).
Ive been playing this game for a while now but now it suddenly gets stuck at 90% and says starting underneath and doesnt change no matter how much time passes. Is there anything we can do to fix this.
We saw our boys play this and it looked like fun, but all 3 of us unlocked the same characters and we All got the same 3 then the same 5 characters to start with, 1st day so far we got 3 characters. Hope we now get different characters after this review,,, 2nd Review when we All opened the middle chest to collect a new character we All got the Bull that was reduced to soul stones instead. Not good.
The game has too much authorization errors though our connection is perfect this is games problem which starts getting on our tense. If it keeps appearing we will rate this game 1 star or zero.
We have purchased the 99 cent mongo pack an have not received it whats the issue.
As one reviewer put it, this was once a fun game. A recent update literally brought the game crashing to a halt for ALL players. The glitch allowed uncontrolled rewards for some and disadvantage for others. The corrective response was underwhelming. The players were blamed for the glitch and play turned chaotic. We wish the developers would take clear responsibility and shift the focus back to Fun to Play (FTP) instead of Pay to play (PTP). Until They do that, we are done.
Great game with lots to do. Very pay to win but you can play for a long time without spending much.
After downloading the gain the screen size did not support our iPhone 5s. We could barely see the arrow in the direction to go and couldnt tap on it. What a waste.
After update, cant start up. Keeps sitting at the load screen.
Zero matchmaking. Fight in a PvP arena with a strength level around 10k, all opponents are 30k+. Impossible to get new characters for your team. Zero control in game. Absolutely miserable game.
Dont label it as a moba if its not one, list of actual mobas for your phone (mobile legends) and (arena of valor 5v5). If its one thing we hate its false advertising, people expect a whole different type of game. Oh and mobas dont have a energy system as this game does.
Dont waste your time with these money hungry hacks! Total trash!! Find new careers people. Not IT for sure.
We uninstalled it after only 1 round. Please, if you have online, make it accessible to all players, and if you dont have online, ADD IT. Then we will consider giving some stars.
Every update has characters that are Uber powerful and only available via payment. We used to enjoy this game, but now constantly face the same few teams builds in pvp.
Great game but the tournament is a load of crap, as someone who has spent $100+ on this game we expect a bare minimum of having fair matchups. Fighting people 2-5 levels above our own with champs that are maxed out in every possible way is incredibly broken and nonsensible. Fix this matchmaking system and youre golden.
We actually like this game ! From reading past reviews , we feel as tho they are false about the having to spend our son and we play and enjoy our time.
Wanted to just say thanks guys. Its been some time since Ive enjoyed playing a game this much. Its super fun and totally addicting and really not one of those games where you have to spend thousands if you want to keep up with other players. The characters are fun and unique and no two are the same. Congrats on a fresh game. NOW IF ONLY we hadnt spent those gems to start our own clan.
