We dont mind when a game has ads; they provide a recurring revenue for the developer. These ads, however, are exceptionally obnoxious, and play the volume at the highest level. Everyone of them has sound. The silent toggle is reset every time an ad is played. The game itself? Its fine. Hard to tell when every time you play you get blasted.
Useless. You can do one puzzle, then you must log in to Game Center. Piece of crap.
This doesnt have sums for each row and column, and as a result is confusingly arbitrary which numbers you use. We dont think thats true Kakuro.
Great game for keeping the brain sharp. Our arithmetic has improved greatly. We don't care how weird the scoring can be or whether we're timed or not. We can always go back under stats and re-do a puzzle. A few had multiple answers but we don't expect perfection. It was only a few of them. We thought they were endless so we were disappointed to hit the end. Fortunately new puzzles are being created in a timely manner.
We love this puzzle because it usually challenges us. Only one draw back is that the numbers are so small. Even with our glasses on, its hard to read numbers.
Couldnt figure out how to turn off the timer.
So we play this at any spare moment everyday, but since the new IOS update we cant progress through the levels!! Im sad :( pls fix before we have to find a new app :/.
We can NOT figure out how to access different sizes and difficulties (to quote your blurb). Also, we have solved the first 12 puzzles scoring system makes no sense all have been 230, 330, 430 or 530 why are there no scores of 361, for instance? If you can fix these issues, we will be GLAD to give you a higher rating.
Whenever we complete a puzzle Ill get an ad that causes our music to shut off any time we open the app up after that. Its solvable by completely closing the app but its a hassle.
Played it about every day. Completed all 620 games. They get progressively more difficult which helps you develop your skill at the game. Enjoyed the game immediately before going to sleep at night. Found that when we began to have difficulty with a puzzle it was time to go to sleep, then could easily solve later the next day.
Tried several Kakuro games, and this is the best in our opinion. Been playing it for a few years. This version is easy to use. Visually clear. Well defined buttons. Have found no problems with it. LOVE that you continue to add puzzles.
So much for a quite game to play, the unexpected video blasted through the house and work everyone up. :(.
Used to love this app, but with the update we get so many ads in the middle of our game. App deleted.
This used to be an excellent Kakuro game. New puzzles are added regularly. Now there are ads every minute and its basically unplayable.
These puzzles are timed and the latest update changed the way ads are displayed so they now interrupt play. Previously they would appear between puzzles or other times you were not actively solving a puzzle. After the 4th interruption during a single game we gave up and deleted the App.
We love this app. We love that it's free and we love that they keep adding puzzles. The only problem we have is that the bottom of the screen, where the "notes" buttons are, is being reclaimed by iOS. The 1 and 9 are cut off by the rounded edges, the 9 is taken over by a new pop up thing, the 4-5-6 have the new "swipe up to close" bar. It's getting harder and harder to use those.
Perfect combination of logic and arithmetic. Wish it had a dark mode though, the white background is too harsh sometimes.
Love this, although its addictive.
The game is fun and challenging, but the annoying flashing ads at the top of the screen were too distracting, so Im deleting the app and looking to play it elsewhere.
We love this game's interface. It is easy to use, and the puzzles are challenging. Great fun.
