Before taking our information and wasting our time be transparent that the app is overpriced!
Our son absolutely loves this app, and we’ve seen so much improvement in every area of learning in him, we just wish it was harder for kids to get into the parent section.
Our daughter loved popping bubbles at the end of an activity and now its gone. Should atleast have bubble popping activity.
Im highly upset we got the monthly subscription and we put for our son to play on his tablet and its not letting us use the subscription we paid for im also unable to log in..
This Company is indeed A SCAM !!! Please be conscious! They will come up with excuses on why they cant send the Amazon Gift card . To get your information. Its no one physically that you can talk to with or phone number ! We had to cancel our card. We started to get unexplained transactions at places we have never shopped at ! DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR PUT YOUR CARD INFO INTO THE APP !! It is A SCAM !!!!
It would be great if it was stated that its an app that needs paid during the ad on instagram and before allowing users to install and answer all the questions for a custom plan before wasting our time.
Renewal date said November 8th so we canceled on November 4th but was then charged on November 5th.
We absolutely love this app our daughter seen an ad for it and asked us to download it and ever since weve been hooked very educational and so easy to navigate definitely 10/10.
The app looked very useful, so we downloaded it for our grandson. Wish there was one with nO fee.
They say its a free app that is ad free, yet once you try to use the app for the first time they expect you to create an account. Its only a free trial.
Cost entirely way too much for the little it offers. Our son is four and is so bored he wont even use the app. It doesnt challenge him or teach him anything he doesnt already know. The learning activities that would teach him something are an additional charge even though we have the premium subscription which is $10 a week! We feel it should already include everything for that price. This was a complete waste of time and money. 10 out of 10 do not recommend!
Im a teacher and believe in having a strong foundation before kinder begins! Keiki does just that. If you are looking for an educational game this is perfect for getting your kiddo ready for school. We highly recommend it! Love the worksheets that come with it as well.
We got this app with our 3 year old in mind. We do home schooling at home and its a simple stress free way to incorporate fun activities into learning! With progress reports on how the learning plan it is a great way to make sure what we are talking about and learning connects through the app as well! This app also helps reduce the mom guilt of handing your child a screen when you need to! You can ease your mind that they are learning and being engaged into beneficial games, videos and activities VS what some of the other apps you find for kids have!
Our daughter loves getting on this app. Shes 4 and its easy for her to use she does most of the things on the app on her own. We love that for her.
Very disappointed was expecting this to be used on our sons tablet and its only for Apple wasted money cause he doesnt have any Apple electronics.
Attempted to get on a few different times today, every time we did the upgrade screen comes on and no way to get out of it unless you pay or just exit the app. Disappointed.
Our 2 yo has learned how to count, trace letters, shapes and numbers, as well as, recognize the letters of the alphabet. She is always excited to play with the app and sing along with the videos.

We were interested in the 7 day free trial soon we as we subscribed to the trial we were charged $40 subscription instead not to mention you cant log into multiple devices for the same account, ABC mouse is way better.

Everyday Im having to delete and reapply on our daughters iPhone 7. We have an account and it automatically tries to get our child to subscribe everyday which is extremely aggravating! Then it wont let us bypass to login. Please fix this or Im going to have to cancel our subscription.

It claims u get 1 day free we exit the app to check messages before completing giving toddler our phone reopen the app and its asking for credit card info smh . Our child is very picky when it comes to certain games so wasting money isnt a option!
Our child started to say this app is all she wants to do is learn we really glad someone came out with this app.
Our 2 year old loves the app, but it doesnt work. We were immediately charged $40/6 months even though we were signing up for the free trial. It worked for a little while but now when we open the app in any device, it wants us to pay to continue, even though we have an ACTIVE subscription until January 2024. Even when we select to renew in January, it still does this. We’ve reached out to the company, but we believe this is truly a SCAM! We want our 6 months that we paid for, but now Im going to cancel and delete. We dont trust it!
We see ads on Facebook or insta and it will show lists on how calm ur child down or what tasks to do with ur child of a certain age. But when we enter the actual app we dont see NONE OF THE tasks on the actual app . Why is that ! ?
A research team for the app tried to MAKE us pay the free trial for the app despite the all horrible reviews we viewed on cards being charged after they canceled. We told them no and they canceled our zoom out ! Like not even a goodbye. DONT DOWNLOAD ITS A SCAM.
So we found this app from our instagram and we have been looking for education worksheets, activities, etc. And on the advertisement it said free? We dont understand how its free when you have to purchase a membership. Thats not free when you have to buy something. If it costs money just say so for gods sake, dont advertise as free. We cant even see any type of preview before we spend the money as well? Pictures in the google play or iOS stores are normally different from whats actually inside the app so we need to spend money before we get to see anything?
The ONLY game our 2 year old wants to play is fishy game and the free games have been cycled now that games locked!! You can lock literally every other game for all o care, please just bring back the marine life game.
Level 3 of hide and seek is broken, the animals appear and then when the level starts you cant find them. You can click everything on the level but cant find the animals hiding.
We’ve sent multiple emails and still no resolution to our issue. We paid for a years subscription but when we went to the app it wasnt showing as paid. We signed out and signed back in and it didnt fix our issue. We tried logging into the app on a different device and not only did it not appeared as paid but the account we had set up for our kid was also gone and we were back at step 1 in the second device. We emailed support and they asked for a screenshot or video of our issue. We sent both! The video showing we were signed in and still didnt have access to our paid account. We just received back a generic email giving us instructions on how to sign in. We emailed back saying that we were signed in and if we wasnt going to be able to access our paid subscription then we wanted a refund and to cancel everything. After that we NEVER received any reply. We sent a separate email to support as well as a follow up on the original email thread with no reply. At this point we just was a refund and to cancel reoccurring payment as well as cancel the account. Horrible customer service/support. We shouldve listen to the negative reviews on here.

Just purchased the app for our son. We clicked on the 6month plan for $39.99 and we charged $50 for 6 monthsannoyed is not the word Not sure where the other fees came from because that is not all tax. We cant even go back into the app to see the plan we purchased.
This app is so simple its not worth the $40 . To get the sheets you have to pay $15 additional. Its sooooo simple our child got bored after 5 min .
We really liked the app the first time using it but was really upset when they charged us after we cancelled our subscription! We have yet to hear back from anyone on the team and have no way to stop payments as we try to unsubscribe and there is no options on the app and it says we cant end our account because Im apparently a subscriber but Im actually not??? Do not recommend at all. We would give this experience 0 stars if we could.
Scam app. We have deactivated our subscription. Even after deactivating it again got activated for a week and deducted amount from our account. This is final warn. We have deactivated. No meed of your subscription. Deactivated our account and stop deducting amount.
We paid 7.99 for this and the worksheets werent opening .. They open only two for each subject This made us angry because it is not a small amount of money.

The games are great and age appropriate. $70 is a bit high for the app. Especially when you realize that they call shrimp hamsters and starfish hedgehogs! Great idea. Poorly executed.

We downloaded the app on our phone it kept freezing on our daughter then we tried it on the tablet and same thing.
When we downloaded the game first when we first tryed to play a game we had to go to settings after it was so fun playing!
