We play this game if Im feeling a little keno action because we enjoy keno. However, in this application we havent won on it in 7 years. The game application is super hard to land any winning patterns apparently. We know the game is hard, so is a live casino right? We mean youd think so we started playing this before a casino visit or something. Why? Because the casino was never as hard as this app! Lost all of our credits! We had over 20,000 credits and we open the app today to find it at 0. Shameful.
Ive downloaded several times and we have no credits to begin with.
Most recent update changed the game so you can no longer delete/reinstall for free credits. We will never purchase your overpriced credits. Change the game back to how it was or youre going to lose your most valuable players.

Why am we not receiving our free coins after playing for a period of time? So far we were entitled to 400 coins and we didnt receive any.
We had over 15 million credits. Right after a bonus round our credits turned into a negative. It was fun until then. Spent a-lot if hours to gain those and now we just wasted our time. Ill play again if the developer can return our credits. Until then 1 star and wont be playing again. Worse of the worse feeling.
