Bought video poker credits on Feb. 25. Got a new iPad on March 28. The credits we purchased did not transfer from our old iPad to the new iPad. We Would like to know how to retrieve these credits if anyone knows.
This game used to be so fun, but we cant get the support link to work. We lost our $23,000 balance when we switched to our new phone and we would have appreciated help recovering it after spending years accumulating it.

Just go a RF no 2s been almost a year but finally got it. We use the free chips to supplement. We would normall cash out and bring in change. This game brings back so many cool memories and fun moments from learning this game on the video games in Vegas. Casinos that arent even here anymore. Later the store casinos that replacedstand up video game cabinets. Great game Open game today and all our winning was gone. Still have not gotten answer. We had a lot of money.
Our husband and we play under the same account. When he needs money in it, we are the one who puts the money in. And yet he wins all the time and we can't get anything. It is obvious that the winnings are rigged as they same combinations are so often repeated. That is fine, if it just was a little more fair. We would be better off to get up and go to the casino.
You said you couldn't transfer it to our husbands iPad, so between both devices we've spent hundreds. So now we have a new iPad to see better and even had all info transferred from our iPhone to our iPad and was so excited to finally use our money, as it's the exact same account, user name and it's not there. We don't get it. Do you not want our business? Plus when we contacted you before you said you would give us a promo to make up the difference and we wrote back and said that would be great, but never heard from you again. What is fair in poker right? Well this is the deal!! When you go to double up, more times than not, the dealer will turn over an ace. We mean it has happened to us 4 & 5 times in a row. Or the dealer has, say a five and all of your cards are lower than a five, so that takes all opportunitys of winning right off the table. Once in a while is one thing, but this is the standard for this app. FRUSTRATING.

The more you win the less friendly the games become especially when doubling up.
Well put together game that plays much like a poker machine in a real casino. The difference is that in a real casino sometimes you actually win. At one time it was a great game to play but theyve gotten so greedy its not so fun anymore. You havent been ripped off until you pay to play this game. Good luck.
Lost all our money for no reason.
If the video poker machines pay offs in Las Vegas video poker machine were this stingy, Las Vegas would be closed.
You need to loosen up a little, its not like Im going to ash out real money. It would be more enjoyable if a person could win every so often.
We were on a winning streak and had over $43,000 in the game and we upgraded our phone and all of our money was gone! We did a full phone backup to our Mac computer, then restored the full backup to our new phone and everything else came back on our phone, except this game which went from $43,000 to $22 Also theres no where to report the problem.
This a great game plays well and it is a lot of fun. The problem is that when you upgrade your device the credits that you have bought and won do not transfer to the new device. We feel that this is dishonest by the owners. To have such a good app with such a glaring flaw is unbelievable. We contacted the app people and have never received a response. We will no longer play nor refer anyone else.
We have played & played and enjoyed we cannot tell you the last time we had a royal flush or 4 deuces. It isnt even fun to play anymore because we cant look forward to the joy of winning big. Please update the settings so we can enjoy playing again.

We would like to say to all who buy coins on here have a serious problem because there are plenty casino to go to to play cents to dollars and play your luck to win but on here if you put in you get nothing absolutely nothing out of here win or lose you get nothing we think everybody that play this game that buy coins need their head examined they are crazy.
