Great game. Its be much better with controller support.
The story of this game seems to be super important to future events in the series, but the app itself is no longer the best way to experience the story. There are short recaps of the entire game, or even a fan dub of all the relevant cutscenes. Fan dub is long, but very well done!
Please bring this back we want to play with our brother and sister this was the only way we connected please bring it back.
We cant play the game no more wath happend such a good game wen they will bring something like this again such a pain say good bye.
Incredible fun. We cant believe they’ve crammed this much kingdom hearts into a mobile game. Is it like the console versions? No. Is it a great mobile game? DEFINITELY! All your favorite Disney characters, all your favorite final fantasy references. Great community. Check it out!
Every KH title gives us joy. We played this with our family when we had one. We miss the game and our family.
We absolutely ADORE this game. The gameplay, the characters, the storyline, etc. Everything is so cute and entertaining and we have been playing this game for over 6 years. However, we were destroyed when we saw the announcement of the game being offline. We wanted to reinstall KHU on our new phone, but it didn’t allow us to actually play KHU anymore. We could only play KHDR. Is there a reason to why the service ended? We would love to play KHU and experience our childhood game again instead of skimming through cutscenes and not being able to genuinely play the game.
So we played through kh1 and kh2 and 2 thirds of khbbs and the tutorial of ddd hd and then we played this game and we thought it was good it is like kingdom hearts re:com but so much better.
Hey, we like the game we can play since we were a little and still playing it but now we cant really play it because the server is down and we were wondering maybe we could get back to server fix the bugs more Disney characters, new ones, and play it, how it used to be with more events more evolution to key blades and the metals.
Im sad you cant play this game like you use to. We loved it. But now its boring we wish we were back to the old way again.
The game seems good but we cant even rlly play all we can do is watch and thats bout it So thats why its 3 star.
We really loved playing this game. We use to play it a couple years ago. And then deleted it cause we didnt play much games. But wanted to start playing it again. Im a little upset to see they changed it soo much! Like we hate the fact they are using cards. It was never like that! So Im a little upset. We wish it went back to the old version where we could be on a team with people and battle bosses and go through a storyline. And trying to get 3 stars on a quest.
We love kingdom hearts games but the game isn’t what it used to be. Before we actually enjoyed playing the union cross but now we can only look at the theatre instead of playing the actually old game and dark roads fighting style is good but the old game was a lot more fun and easy to understand and allowed you to collect new key blades and unlock medals to use in battle. Even after the update we like the way you did the game but was thinking you split both games separate and have one as the old game and the other as dark road so union cross could be fun to play again.
We used to like this app when medals featuring Disney and kingdom hearts characters were used by a character you designed to attack the enemies. Now it seems the game devs have decided to make it like every other idle rpg only this one follows xehanorts turning to darkness. Ngl if we’ve considered trying to get our money back for all the gems we bought for the costumes and medals in game since they are free/dont exist nowkinda sad really.
What happened when we first got this app its use to be fun to play and now after the update you cant barely play the game anymore!
Honestly,this game fell off. We really had fun with the old version were we can have fun playing with other people and playing a part in the story with our own character,but now it just doesnt feel like a good game anymore. Unless they bring back severs,this game isnt our kingdom hearts that we remembered : (
When we first got this game, we were a static to see how much we could do so long as we leveled up and collected lux. The avatar suits and outfits made our day after a long day at school but after they made their update and completely stopped you from choosing a union and playing as your own character aint got disappointing. We wish we could go back to the way it was but overall kingdom hearts will alwaysremain as our favorite game series.
The story progresses slowly and the process of leveling up and getting abilities takes way too long. The only way we’ve found to effectively progress is to set it to auto on World Battle and then set your phone down and walk away for a few hours. Do that about a dozen times a youll finally be ready to actually start enjoying the game. Disappointing considering how long we’ve been a fan of the franchise.
It used to be good. Now its kind of a waste or time and pretty boring. Its nice they keep the cutscenes from the previous installment available. Talk about putting hundreds of hours just for them to remove it. The new game is very average at best. We’ve kind of lost our interest with KH after the lackluster third installment. Guess Ill wait until they do another game and name change.
This game was so fun a couple years ago, we loved how we were able to play online and battle but now its a sucky offline with cards. Yall ruined a perfectly amazing game..
With the newest update, Ill go through on auto and get thousands of points, then when we go to the store they all go away or are reduced. Recently got almost 9000 then went to use them and dropped to 1200. Ridiculous.
It was good but now its bad, offline version is terrible u only can enjoy online version plz bring back online version. Soooo best year was 2020. We cant live without online version!!

We get that you cant support a game like this forever, but this was one where more effort could have been taken to keep it functional. Weve been promised an update and nothing has come. This game was by far our favorite mobile game, it was fun, addictive, and really did not require any purchases to get ahead. It was a rarity among todays generation of mobile games. Im very disappointed that the developers have given up on making this game functional for at least a true offline story version. It soured us to the point of not considering other games by this developer. Judging by other comments, our disappointment is shared among many.
We know you cant soupurt a game forever but please add the Ux story campaign back in. Im not asking for any of the multiplayer stuff just the offline story campaign. We missed it all and a lot of people are going to as well. We love Dark Road but we don see why you cant put the ofline story gameplay for Ux back in. Heck you could make it dlc we would buy it and so would everyone else. People are missing out on what seems like an amazing game that allows you to be the main character! Thank you for your time and we hope you consider this. We will continue to buy your JRPGs. -Pokemaster.
Please make this a console game like a Hd remake or even an Hd cinematic movie like you did for 358/2 days and Re: Coded. People really need this story and some people cant play or watch it due to storage or not having a device to play and watch it on. But other than that we love this game and content keep up the amazing work and may all are hearts be are guiding key.
If you have been feeling a bit down and out on KHs story please pray Dark Road. We would even say play UX because if these are precursors to the stories that we will be getting in Missing Link and KH4 Im very excited. We wont spoil or say anything but these games are what we needed before 3 especially Dark Road. We wish Nomura had gotten to release it beforehand but Square Enix wasnt feeling it. Please enjoy these games and be excited for the future with us.
You guys sure got us. We didnt even care about the beach trip friends but when we saw them be reborn as dream eaters we cried. Im so excited for the future.
This was such a fun game. Was here since the day it released. Played it on and off but we miss it so much now:( wish it wasnt offline.
No one really logs on anymore in our union and we havent played in forever we wasnt aware that this game is shutting down until yesterday but Ill miss it Rip update, now the game is truly over, it was nice while it lasted.
We played this game when we were younger, we loved climbing the ranks and playing with others, we found screenshots on our phone yesterday and reinstalled, not seeing that service ended over a year ago and that we could no longer play the game like we used to. We are DEVASTATED we loved every aspect of this game but the storage it took stopped us from having it for long, we miss out dearly on this and wish we could go back to playing the old game, the offline version lacks the fun we had of unlocking things and getting stronger so we wont keep it installed any longer.
We try to check on our old record in our kingdom hearts Mobile app we checked the notice and they say by deleting this app youll lose all of your data why didnt they tell us this way back we would never delete the app if we were informed about this sooner. Now we feel like all the years in time and money was for nothing all that hard work.
You guys ruined a perfectly amazing game. You guys are just money hungry and lazy to continue a great series.

Square is this going to be another delay? Like a lot of people have been waiting for the offline version of kingdom hearts union x dark roads and you confirmed it releases in august, well where is it we need the day and time it releases now. We mean you guys already said it releases this month so confirm a day -_- but dont rush we just need the day and time and thats all.

Ugh! We want this game back so bad. We need the online version. We want our childhood back!
We downloaded this game the game it was released, and put hours into it playing it. The cutscenes were well worth the repetitiveness of the gameplay.
This has been an amazing game! We truly loved it. We got it as soon as it came out. Its truly sad to see it go. We met so many people and got to experience so many happy and sad moment in this game. Im going to miss it. Not going to lie: we miss our pet in the game. We honestly completely forgot the service for this game was ending and when we went into it, everything was gone. Yeah you know have every outfit in the game but we dont have all that titles we had collected over the years and our pet is gone . Im going to miss playing the game. Yeah they have the theater mode and such but it isnt the same. But as the saying goes: all good things must come to an end. We hope they do another MMO (possibly an RPG) kingdom hearts games. So long old friend. You will be missed.
We remember when we first played this game Upon its release date it hurts us breaks us to see this game die but our heart told us it was time as we cry with tears of sadness this game will forever be in our heart And thanks for the wonderful memories over the years.

We’ve been playing for about 4 years, we didnt know much about KH at the time but, the storyline peaked our interest and we fell in love with it. Not only that, but its the first rpg we enjoyed and loved. Its such a shame that its out of service because of this game, we want to play all the KH games. You did well Union X!
