For a game that has a lot to do with competing for the highest points, they have glitches that wont add to the event and when you write a ticket about it, all they say is that you shouldnt work on the event on the last TWO HOURS in case it doesnt get tracked. They stay taking almost half a day to respond to a ticket and their customer service dont even read the whole ticket. Why ask for documentation of the issue when its not even being read? Your guys reading comprehension made one ticket take TWO WHOLE DAYS just to say the brews we bought are gone to waste because of an issue yall have on your end. Thats definitely the last time Im purchasing for this game.
Until it glitches on you and everything disappears and it wont let you do anything it wont let you talk to anyone to figure it out to fix it. We were doing it for crossover for a different game. And we were gonna be level 18 but then it glitched.
Granted most out of date reviews are still valid maybe koh needs to encourage current players to write a new review. Its still a decent game. We want more content that involves PvP and pve. And realm v realm does not address that. New dragons either need to stop or at very least research should be made to increase dragons per march. And they need a new stamp category or something because rare should not be the only dragons and for the love of koh we need new realms full of new players. Harassing all the people weve known for years is getting irritating lol. Fresh blood.
The chat is VERY adult, and theres is no moderation best we can tell. Its a cesspool of vulgar language and threats in a supposed lighthearted game. Some people take it very seriously, and it gets bad.
We played this game when it first came out and wow, it was so much fun and played it for over 3 years but got busy n had to quit, finally came back, started over and everything changed which isnt bad but we rated the game a 2 star due to people on the game having bots, its a cheating tool that people buy, we have reported the people using and nothing has been done to take these cheaters out of the game, seems like the developers only care about making a dollar then dealing with anything else.
Was starting to understand the game more and have more fun then got an error code where our id was lost so we restarted the game like it said didnt fix it waited an hour tried again the went to delete and restart the game guess we forgot to link our account so wasted a few weeks for nothing was an ok game one of the main things we didnt like was how zoomed in it always was could zoom out enough to get a good look around.
No reason for new people to start playing this game. Marches lag and get stuck constantly. The game devs do nothing to help or fix or offer any kind of solution. We suggest finding a better RPG where the creators actually help.
Once you learn the game, its fun. With the right clan and community its fun.
The game is, err, was awesome but very little effort has been put into the game the last however-many years. Its dying and if we were you we wouldnt bother getting invested.
Hands down best support team any issues Ive encountered weret with in a timely fade.
Please keep updating the game, we think it would be dope to get to witness the battles that are going on a little more in detail we feel as if that will add an extra edge to the game. But other than that we really enjoy playing and we hope you guys keep it up.
Love dragons! Been playing for years! Would give a 5 star but we disconnect every couple of minutes when playing. We contact support they said it was our device so, we download it on another device same thing we delete reinstall clear all trees nothing helps. We reset router and change internets nothing helps. Idk what to do now we love this game but its unplayable to the point we want to quit.
Im enjoying the game, however it seems impossible when you need a level 3 ward to upgrade to level four hospital, but to have a level 2 ward, you need a level 5 hospital.
Stupid game keeps pausing our music.
So been playing for 2 weeks, realm 145, and at first when we noticed someones power level of over a billion we thought, wow they must have been playing for awhile and be from another realm. A couple weeks go by and Im just below 30mil power. Here comes everyone and we mean everyone zeroing us in. We cant do anything other than shield. We can only tell our clan to do the same because were all lower level and joined at similar times. Its fair to say that there isnt actually much strategy in this game. Its fair to say that we were all put in a realm that has already had plenty of developments and people spending a lot of money to get ahead. This isnt strategic or fair. We will not revoke our rating either, at least until you make it fair and allow more than 8 realms to transfer to; ones where maybe when the people that are winning in a realm with over 100 times your power level, not let you in till youre a specific level, hit you constantly so growth isnt possible without spending money, etc. Our suggestion is clear, if the top power level is 1mil then no one over 1mil can join. Pretty easy right? Open all realms to everyone that wants to spend 5k rubies with your month cooldown and more people will spend money. Your handful of players will only last so long before theyre bored, Im sure you want your company to last longer than that.
This games music is amazing. Such a positive vibe too it. Its like the traditional castle builder but there is an equal focus on PvE like raids or PvP like player attacking. Find yourself a good community and it makes the game much better. Yes, it is pay to win. If spending isnt your thing, you can still have equal amounts of fun tbh. If you keep an eye out, the shop does have great values on occasion! Definitely try this out. We love it. 5/5.
You need wayyyyy too much ore that is almost impossible to get once you reach a certain level. You cant upgrade anything in your city or your dragons anything once you hit a certain never. Its ridiculous.
Besides new dragons, thats cool.. Getting new dragons is always cool but you guys really need to change up your events maybe do some server wars like a lot of players want! We sunk a lot of money in this game and we still love it but less theres some changes in the game some new stuff, our spending days are over except for the meta token..Heck we wouldnt mind if you made even more stars for the META! The game has gotten really stale! Customer service is quick to get back to you at least with us.. Unfortunately we think a lot of players have been quitting this game looking over the servers and the lack of players guys dont let this game die.. Lets fix all the glitchy stuff and get some much-needed new content! And that new game you have coming out? Blah! No interest whatsoever! Focus on your players that you have now! This game please! Its a good game very Much like every other kingdoms or clash of clans with subtle twist but thats expect.
Do yourself a favor and stay away. Pointless game mechanics, p2w. We played for a year and got bored.
An abomination of horrible programming and customer support. Filled with bugs from endless visual glitches to continual crashes and crippling lag. Unoriginal, repetitive gameplay with no new content other than some slightly altered avatars. No chance to be remotely competitive without spending $1000s and developers close their eyes as their cash cows use illegal bots to further screw the rest of us. Get covered in pox blisters and have a better time than playing this.
The game is ok at best be prepared to spend youre entire life on your phone with some great and some awful people in the community. Ata (A thinking ape) is the worst company Ive ever had to deal with extremely combative in the support chats. And if they arent being combative you get the most generic unhelpful responses. Its incredible this company still survives they have a 3.2 review on Google and rapidly declining showing their wonderful communication skills. They have another game called party in our dorm, we have never seen a game like this the chat is pure people trying to have phone sex the entire time Ata does nothing to stop this. They have even made a chat for 18+ where anything goes. This company is purely out for your pockets. If you dont spend money youll never be good enough to them.
This game has 0 mechanics. Players at any size can zero any player, even if 100x their size. The top clans in this game are absolute tyrants and the developers do nothing about it because these players spend money. Unless you are willing to spend a small fortune, this game will not be fun for you because you will not be able to catch up to the current tyrants that play. They threaten and bully smaller players. There are NO moderators in this game to monitor whats being sad or done and when reported, 0 action is taken. The big players get bigger and small players stay small. This game is not fun anymore and from what we can see, there is nothing in motion to make it any better. We would not recommend this game to anyone.
Overall great game w/ an active dev team. Whether youre F2P or P2W, theres something for everyone. Enjoy.
Ive been playing this game since the beta and its always been enjoyable. We have met a bunch of good people while playing so we would highly recommend trying it.
Game starts off fine and fun. You quickly find out when talking to people that its the same 100 people playing with multiple alt accounts. Youll need to subscribe to a discord bot for notifications for $20+/month if you want to be competitive. This game had the potential to be a track star and all ATA did was feed their kid fair food and now it replicating someone on life support. Milking as much money out of the game before the plug is pulled.
Ive been playing this game for well over 4 years, basically since release. But now, the game is ruined by a handful of things, but most notably P2W players On top of that, the rich folks who play run bots and AI software to track your position, shield timer, Allies you have hired so that when youre vulnerable, they know instantaneously. ATA youre better than this.. Fix the problem, and you might maintain more active servers. Also, fix lethality. The young realms are getting bullied by it. Ive tried customer support but they never answer. If youre not paying your dues, youre not important.
Do not waste your time and please do not waste your money. You can spend hours building up your kingdom and training troops, only to it wiped out in mere minutes by someone far more advanced in the game for some reason. Its ridiculous. Hundreds of thousands of troops wiped out. After you advance to higher levels it takes so long to advance. Unless you spend money. You can spend 10 bucks a month to double your construction speed. Also a lot of packages are available for $19.99 all the way up to $99.99. Its pay to bully. We saw one person who was far more powerful than groups of people just destroy troops that took days to train. Days to upgrade. But dont worry you can buy shields when you run out of shields. You do get free stuff on regular basis. But make sure you play all the time or you will forget to shooed your kingdom and it will basically be destroyed and it will take a long time to rebuild. Dont start.
The live paid servers are now alpha/beta builds. Updates are constantly pushed and broken 98%+ of the time. More and more of the GUI is being consumed by useless things that cant be removed.
Its been the same issues for years, but instead of fixing anything they just release new dragons or TH levels so they can make more money.
We started playing this game because it was a goal on another app, but we are so addicted to this game! We play it all the time.

Updating our review to warn people – Do no download this game if you think you will ever have to spend more then 7 days away from phone service. There is no way to shield for more then 7 days. If you go off grid longer you will get zeroed and stripped and Support has no way to help you prevent that. Even with advance notice of your absence. We can not get support to answer our help ticket. It has been open for weeks and we keep posting to the open ticket with no response. There is no other way to get support other then opening a ticket and once one is open there is no way to close it or open another one until they respond.
The game is fun and the system is also fun, but the game itself is totally p2w. You can buy anything and be the king of a realm in a matter of minutes. Is it worth for players? Not our type of players. Is it worth for the Devs? OMG heck yeah! Keep the money flowing baby!!!! If you dont plan to spend money on it, just skip it.
Ive been a long time player from beginning. Yesterday they announce a pop up event for one realm only to test things. Some people could not get on in time and had their game zeroed, people who have paid money playing this game. If you want to play dont pay. So unfair.
There are some pretty aggressive players and with an open chat and requirements to join discord severs, be careful if your kids are playing this game. We wouldnt recommend it. There have been suicidal people who have been openly mocked, called harsh disgusting names, etc. The developers wont monitor it or create any policies to cover this issue, so Id advise going elsewhere. Also, it glitches a ton. Just being honest.

The game is pure garbage. So today one of the help desk folks actually used a racist term, claimed we were lynch mobbing. Not sure about the folks in Canada but in the USA that is considered very racist. The game is Very unbalanced and ata does not follow their own terms of service. It allows accounts to be bought and sold and they wont block the accounts. They also allow bots to be used the data scrape information from the game and uploads to a bit on discord. The information is then used to basically cheat the game and give the bot users a upper hand. The game allows for cyber bullying to go on and on as well as sexual harassment. When confronted about issues they silence you on discord and their game site. SMH from ata. Save yourself some time and download a better game. We have opened multiple tickets about being silenced yet Im told once a Decision made they wont change it. The help system is a joke. We were silenced simply for asking when they were going to address the massive lag issues. Especially during ffa The lag can easily cause you to get zeroed out in a matter of minutes. You put months and months of work in and the lag and inability to log in causes you to lose everything you worked for. When you inform ata of the issue they just silence you so you cant post anymore. The help system is also very rude when responding. Reached out trough the online help to get access to discord back and the help system says no because of The seriousness of the situation, we asked a question they did not like. Only thing we did was ask when the heck the lag issues would be fixed. You see thats how easy it is for ata to silence you. Ask a question they dont like and BAM you get a permanent ban. Smh. Save time dont download this game. Again the devs tell you that you can get access back but when you put in a help ticket they deny it. This game and the help is s joke.

This game is awesome the graphics are perfect and almost everything is cheap.
Allows adults to prey on children. The type of behavior this game supports and developers openly allows is disgusting. If you have children we highly recommend finding another game for them to play. The clan SAV are child predators, and this isnt the first game from this company that condones this to happen within. 10/10 would not recommend.

The game is very fun and addictive. We find ourselves logging in several times a day especially since Ive met with and joined a great clan.The support team does a great job addressing the rare in-game issues and have been more responsive than just about any other game Ive played.
This game is fun and is good for passing time.
Straightforward and great for casual players and competitive players alike. There is a P2W(pay-to-win) aspect, but for FTP (free-to-play) people there are alternative strategies, plus the usual option of just being patient. Plenty of rewards makes it so that whenever you cant/dont spend a lot of time in game, you can still easily accumulate tons of resources for when youre more active. The clan system is probably our favorite part of the game as it allows for community building and support (assuming you find a fun clan, ha). This is what has kept us coming back to the game for quite a while. The discord channel is extremely helpful, and the support team is amazing. We dont think Ive waited any longer than 24 hours for a reply, and the replies are always helpful and to the point. The fantastic in-game support is actually the reason we took the time to write this review.
