Excellent. Satisfied with gameplay, BUT-the jewel situation is just to greedy. We know you dont develop your games just for fun but for those of us who cant afford to splurge on them, you could be a little more flexible on getting them, we might play more and watch your ads. J the J.
We bought a 50$ jewel pack and never received the gems. We also reached out to the support line via email about the issue and havent heard back.
Ive played this game for a while. Its a fun time killer, but Ive never seen any of the mini games, there is no sailing mechanic and it gets rather boring.

Love this game the garrison cap bug really limits what you can do if you have played a lot five stars once a few bugs get fixed especially the garrison cap one. Also we cant finish a quest because there are no flippers and its been like that for months.
We enjoy the game and the updates have been good. However on two occasions Ive decided to spend a few dollars to get up bonuses (usually dont) and we did not receive the items we purchased. Apple refunded the first one. Hoping to get the second one.
We picked this up based on a ChatGPT request for a game that matched the marketing for whiteout survival. This game is close to that and very satisfying until you get a forced ad every time you turn around, do we thought Ill give the dev a couple of bucks. 10 dollars to turn off forced ads or 30 for all ads. We decided to go big and turn off all ads. Not worth it since you still get 3-4 ads for gens every time you start the game and about half the chests or unlocks are behind a gem paywall including waiting for all your supplies to go into an action to unblock a brew timer that has a new cost to complete the upgrade. You can earn the gems but its very slow and you really have to have them to continue upgrading armor and weapons. Very disappointed. And last night we were forced to watch an ad to get our loot when we died in battle even though we turned off all ads. Talk about bait and switch.
Once you hit level 100 there is nothing else. No new worlds. We still had 4 items to find to get Zephyrs quest, but no new artifacts have come up to be found for a month now. Whats the point of building up the king if there is nothing else to battle. We hope you dont spend money for upgrades.
Fun but Everytime the ads runs theres a squak sound then the game audio is off. Cant enable it until you exit the game. The War Robots ad does it 100% of the time.
We have no respect for these types of game companies, its one thing to offer ads with rewards but its another to force ads.
Fun little game. Ads are slightly too frequent, but are quickly fast forwarded. ***** Too hard to get new workersalmost always requires diamonds. Diamonds are near impossible to get, and everything important requires diamonds (gear upgrades, king upgrades, workers, horse upgrades). Too baddevs greed left no choice but to delete.
Since purchasing the royal no ads 3/11/25, Im no longer able to participate in Zephyrs Quest. Ive emailed support 2x and no answer. Its irritating, we would like access to the entire game.

This is a fun game with a few ads but a fun idle play game. This is not the game you play in the ad however.
Its a great game good time consumer and fun.
Ive been playing for a bit, but the battles often have moments where they cheat you out of a win. This includes killing you even as you get the heart, or recently we paid 50 gems and still was kicked out of the battle.
Another game with mandatory ads. But with AMAZING gameplay haha. Atleast we like it. We should make a game just like this but more earn gameplay vs ads gameplay. Fun game tho! Would be 5/5 but Ill give it a 3 because of ads.
We downloaded this after Christmas. Been playing daily and now at a level that just go stupidly boring. About to delete it. To advance the main hall you need to have 13 max level citizens. Ive been playing for two whole months and spent $100 in in game add ons (cant believe we spent that much but those $5 at a time add up). And we have one citizen thats maybe halfway So how long do we need to play or pay to get 13 maxed. The siege levels are taking 24 hours to mature to play. So all you do is run around and collect materials. BORING. Regret downloading this one and wasting so much time and money. Feel like an idiot.
We enjoy it at the beginning but it has way to many add and even forced adds it gets really annoying after a day.
The game is fun to play and when we bought a pack we did not receive the packs at all but the money is deducted from the game . So ya fix this issue for us . Everytime we write a complain to apple the keep sending us the receipt and the pack is bought and money deducted but in game we didnt receive the pack we bought since last.
We actually like playing this app. We like playing it so much we have purchased several itemsincluding the forever no ads. We had an issue with a purchase that did not get credited to us but we were charged, so we purchased it again. We made a request for the first purchase that was not credited and was refunded by Apple. We then had an issue when purchasing the Golden Tree again where the purchase went through but we did not receive the tree so we purchased it again and it went through. We went to dispute the charge and Apple has denied the refund. Although it was only $5 now you and Apple have stolen money from us when it was not our fault. The Tree has a timer on it and we argued with Apple that we would not be able to purchase it within minutes of each other because there was a timer and they still denied the refund. Buyer beware there are bugs when purchases are made and you might not get your money back.
We were enjoying this game, but then the ability to get our Army to have more than the current limit went away. Now we cant investigate any new areas. Really took the wind out of our sails.
Cant even poay with so many adds to wait to advance anything. Also stuff is too expensive.
Ive played for a week or so and have been bombarded by offers to buy things like all mobile games. However, the offers to watch an ad for troops/items/etc dont work. You watch an ad but never get the reward. We bet purchasing a pack would end the same way. Even if you bought something, you cant use it. In this game, progress just stops. Ive laid siege to the first boss and successfully completed the attack at least 3 times. Each time the game starts the siege over again like we never started. And you cant report a problem because theres no Support tab or contact info. They just want you to make a purchase for things you cant use. It was fun until it stopped though.
We spent so much time grinding to get to the final boss and it requires a full set of kings armor to fight. How am we supposed to get all the armor when its guaranteed after 3 of those special chest. That is 4500 gems for a chance at the last two pieces we need. Ridiculous. This game is turned into a money grab, please stop ruining it for the people have enjoyed your game.
Good game but we made 2 in app purchases and didnt get our gems. We paid for add free also and got that but no gems. Low rating only because of that.
Multiple attempts for in app purchases do not go through. Funds are accepted paid, but items are not credited in game. This seems like a rip off.
We were thoroughly enjoying this game until we paid $20 for 1500 diamonds and never got them. If this is not rectified soon we will be deleting the app and disputing the charge with our card company.

We like (so far) that there isnt any forced ads when you play, just ads that you want when you want to get extra resources. Fun game! :-).
Ive been playing this game throughout a few updates and it gets better all the time. A perfect little idle game which dose t force us to watch ads unless we want to. However with the newest update Ive leveled up our keep several times, which is supposed to give us more soldiers, but our garrison cap hasnt increased at all even though it told us it would. Due to this its getting harder and more frustrating to continue with the game. Get this bug fixed and it will be a solid 5.
We wanted to give it five stars, but the advertisement that led us to downloading this game said that there were no ads and Wi-Fi was unnecessary. There, in fact, are forced ads and you have to pay five dollars to get rid of them. Other than the minor deception, the game is great.

Got into this little game over xmas break and loving it so far. Ive decide to buy the ads free forever upgrade (ads are cancer) and apart from a few exceptions we havent seen ads anywhere which is great. Only remaning annoyance: every once in a while, we tap on the wrong option, which would have us spending gems without confirmation. Given gems are such a rare resource, It would be nice to add a confirmation step. Anyway, thanks for the amazing game.
We have bought a few times the purple gym packages & we have not received the last 2 times we bought them, when we had gotten them before. Now Im not getting anything. Dont understand why.
We've had this game a few days and at first it was fun leveling up buildings fighting the lil zombie intruders and expanding our land. Then we got our troops, new lands etc… And by the second day there was nothing to really do….random things seem to cost gems and gems don't come by easy… No way to get new weapons. The dungeons seem too difficult, however no matter how much you level up you're still too weak to swing your sword at them so you just run around and try to hit them with power-ups. We haven't even merged any weapons because we don't have enough identical ones. At times it's even unclear what your next objective is? The other lands aren't very big. They have less resources and don't have villagers… We're not sure why you're supposed to merge villagers for "higher rarity" because really it just leaves you down a villager??? We won't spend any money on this game because it doesn't seem to have longevity and we doubt it goes beyond the third island which barely has anything on it. We still open the app to play it and then we run around a bit and remember there is nothing to do and close it again. We've had it 3 days.

This game has changed a lot through it updates. We think its getting better, but they are obviously not done making changes and the balance is a bit off. Some of the activities and missions that used to exist – have just outright disappeared. Some of the improvements in your satellite castles one day just Disappear. We dont believe gameplay has suffered from it, but these types of things come without warning or explanation. After playing this game on an offer for about a year, we like where they are going with it. So, despite any complaints on making, Im not saying that the game isnt worth playing. We just am resolved not to spend anymore money on it until we get the sense that they have a plan. Also, there is no tech-support. Theres no one to email, and no message system or notices from developers. Im sure that will change in the future, but until then.

We have been playing the game for a while but with the new update a lot of time and gems we spent just became meaningless. Its like roulette, you never know what the next update will change and which part of what you have done will disappear. This time all our villagers we already opened in the small island just vanished, even though we had spent gems or watched videos for them. Isnt that just theft? We are pretty confused about it all.
We love playing Kingsland. This is a great game. We love the graphics and its relaxing to play. Today is December 30 and we made a purchase to receive 700 gems. Our phone told us the purchase went through but Ive yet to receive our gems. We love this game please help us with this issue we would hate to stop playing the game because we really love playing Kingsland it has great graphics, game play and the dialogue of the king and Buddy are so enjoyable. Ok game but wish it was like the ad shows. The ad shows you going out into the dark areas around your castle and actually rescue people (skeletons) and bring them back to your land to make your land bigger and they help you gather resources. Once we play more we may give more stars, but so far its just ok since we cant to what the ad shows.
We like that you changed the cost of some of the building and everything that you added to to map, but when you changed how the gathering worked in the other villages the game deleted all the villagers we had working their, if you can fix this than that would be grateful.
The game isn't too terribly bad BUT the reason for only two stars is because they do so many "forced" ads so you'll have to spend money if you want to enjoy the game. Trash.
We really enjoy the game, and we dont mind watching ads to get rewards- but any time that stupid double ad pops up it freezes everything and the only way out of it is to close the game. We lost diamonds, rare worker scrolls, and our access to the tower we were working on. As well as our progress in a couple of battles. Please fix these issues.
We purchased Royal No Ads. But still required to watch ads in endless tower. We email support. It has been a week and still no response.
