Community Insight:

Not getting the discount. Says 30% off but still shows $6.99.

We bought this game when it first came out and download it to play again and it will not go past the first page. It keeps asking us to purchase. We click already purchased it says OK but then keeps reverting back to purchase it and not let us play the game.

We just start playing, and we got to pay and now it just keep going back to purchase/play. $6.99 down the drain.

Unable to get past the opening screen.

Multiple reviews that game wants you to purchase game when already purchase. Still not fixed. Same issue. Restored game, uninstalled and reinstalled still wants us to purchase the game which we already bought. This is a 5 when you can play it. And yes, we have notified Domini, as everyone else has . Crickets.

Bought this game awhile back, and this is the third time we have tried to play it. This time, it acknowledged that we have already purchased the game, but wont let us proceed.

We paid for this game and it will not allow us to play. This is the 2nd time this has happened with these games. Please refund our 2 lost games.

We paid for the game and it wont let us play.. It keeps crashing.

We are a huge fan of Domini games. We have bought just about all of them. After purchasing this game, it does not work. May we please have a refund? Or have problem solved? We have troubleshot every possible thing. Please help us! Thanks.

During game play it returns to Home Screen and does not allow to play.

Domini Games support is not responding. We cannot contact anyone in regards to our purchase of this game. We have usually had good luck with your games but for LoW:Island it has been a very unsettling experience. The one time we didnt read the reviews and we get unsavory results. We purchased this game and we couldnt even play 1 minute of the game. Major problem. We tried to contact support by using the appropriate help button. Nothing happens. 2nd major problem. Tried to contact the Domini Games on website. Nothing happens. 3rd major problem. 3 strikes. We want a refund. You are doing a disservice to the gaming industry. Montana Nightingale.

This game crashes in the first few clicks when playing. Unfortunately after spending the 6.99 and contacting domini app support. It is very unlikely they will respond let alone refund you! Dont purchase.

Cant finish the game. Would love to give this one a higher rating. (iPad mini 6, iOS 15).

DEVELOPER! We have had nothing but problems with this game we have many games on our iPad with no issues. We have reached out to your support team and its still unplayable. Three times now it has flashed off. Every time it happens we have to start all over. This is not acceptable. We dont want a game with this many problems BUT, what we expect is a full refund. If you dont refund this we will contact Apple. This is the last time we contact you or support! Taking a shot of our request for Apple to view. Glenda.

We get part way through the game and we even get to pay for it and then when we have to turn it off for any reason It does not come back and we have to start all over again This is our third time and it is also our last Please fix it.

App keeps crashing. A fun game but please fix.

We purchased Endless Hints and Skips for $9.99 in their app. Well, apparently, according to their Support gurus, endless does not mean endless. It worked for less than an hour and then stopped working. We are livid at this type of false advertising. The only reason it gets 2 stars is that the game itself is halfway decent.

We paid for the extended game, and it crashes every time when it gets to the city of horses. Either fix it or give us our money back.

We started playing this game, bought it and now it wont open. Im maybe halfway through it. We liked it and planned on getting the rest in the series but wont after this problem happened. There are lots of other games to play (and Ive played a lot of them) and Ive never had this problem before. You say this problem has been fixed (a year ago), but thats simply not true since it just happened to us this morning. Why not fix the bugs THEN release it. We see multiple complaints about this bug that are old. You got our money, obviously thats all thats important to you. This game is a bummer.

We just purchase this on Saturday and now the game wont even open. Crappy deal.

Doesnt open up. We have addressed this problem with you before. How come MOST of your games have problems? 6.99 for junk.

We purchased this game on 5/28/20, but after we paid, it wont unlock. What can we do.

The Domini Games series from Big Fish gives the player an amazing journey without any barriers. We are a huge fan of hidden object games but other designers will require constant energy refills which is a major deterrent! Thank you, Domini Games and Big Fish.

Another wonderful game from DominiApp. Love the 0 second skip and hint times, but this is another domini game that doesnt show the direction arrows. Very frustrating.

Two games in a row that have serious glitches. This one doesnt know what to do when you push the hint button. Happens about half the time. Real testing prior to release would probably solve this problem. If get one more like this Ill cancel our membership.

Why do you release so many games with bugs or simply do not open? We paid for this game and now it doesn't even open after your "update". It leaves a black window with the app icon visible in the upper left corner. There was a glitch with the hint arrow & touch sensitivity issues, but it did play, which we described to you in our email. Yes, we received your recent reply stating you fixed all the problems but this one was not fixed and we paid for this game. Please fix and we will be happy to edit our review. Thank you.

Thank you for another great game! Please keep them coming.

We buy first then play…DoMini keep them coming.

Once again we have an unoriginal storyline that managed to unfold in a unique and novel way! Leave it to Domini! This game had beautiful graphics, and they were not saturated with any one overly pervasive color. The graphics were more realistic and refined, and the worlds appeared differently from each other. We enjoyed length, a plethora of tasks at each location, and unusual and unexpected inventory usage, which could lead to any number of magical events: an HO scene, a mini-game, or the appearance of a much needed inventory item. These developers listen, and once again we had our glowing collectibles circles. The HO scenes had an interesting variety, as did the puzzles/games. Labyrinths, mazes, potions, and sausage preparation. We were thrilled that we werent faced with only games of the boring rotational genre. The gameplay was intrinsically enjoyable; however the game was frustrating to play due to touch screen sensitivity issues. Those of you who mentioned nothing are not doing Domini any favors! Quality assurance is extremely important, and the game should have had a more sensitive interface. After a while, we were annoyed by the hard and repetitive tapping to acquire an inventory item, and some of the mini-games were extremely difficult to manipulate. Due to this issue, we felt like we were second-guessing ourselves because necessary items were nearly impossible to add to our inventory. We intend to discuss this situation with Domini. In any event, this was still a terrific game. Our rating however will be left at 4 stars due to the lack of quality assurance. The interface must be adjusted. Let us fill you in on some other news. Next up from Domini will be another installment in the Dark Romance Series: The Hunchback of Notre Dame. It will hopefully be released the first week of September unless the App Store holds it up. Some great news is that Domini celebrated their 10th anniversary and is in the planning stages for 2020. Gamers, if you want more games, keep supporting Domini by not only buying their games but reviewing them. We and our Dream Team Elite cannot do everything! Thank you to KimTwilight for an amazing review, and yes we were being naughty, but what we said was true! For those of you who dont know, Mariaglorum (League of Light) has just ported a game to iOS independently of BigFish. It is called League of Light: The Game, and has been receiving great reviews. It is a bit pricey but look what we pay for Elephant. This game is way longer than Elephants last one, so for us an extra dollar is worth it. Really this is a victory for us, because we worked very hard to involve more developers. We hope there are still other developers breaking ties with BigFish and want to distribute independently. You would think they could see the niche market. On August 29, Artifex Mundi will release a new game called Uncharted Tides. It is available for pre-order on the App Store. UPDATE: For those gamers still upset about BigFish: We dont usually see karma in action, but here it is. Jeff Karp ruined our genre; he discontinued it and devastated us. Now he is being sued for illegal gambling. You know what payback is! Happy gaming everyone.

The games were challenging enough to challenge our wits. Great graphics and story line. Had to play all the way through once it started. Massive Thanks.

If you were expecting a redundant game with a humdrum storyline, typical gameplay, and lifeless characters, then this game should quash those predictions. Even though the cliched "find a missing person and save the world" theme has been worn out like a pair of your favorite sneakers, the appealing fusion of science fiction and fantasy as well as the nicely paced storyline captured and maintained our attention to the end. This developer very often demonstrates adeptness at conjuring up extraordinary, fantasy-themed games that sometimes take our breath away. They have a knack for depicting well-detailed, highly inventive worlds that are embellished with depictions of kooky-looking contraptions/devices, surreally portrayed landscapes, and otherworldly characters with unique appearances all of which are clearly exhibited here. We are particularly impressed by the aerial world, with the irregular-shaped, jagged-edged floating islands, supporting castles and buildings, surrounded by colossal-sized wooden ships held up in the air by steam punk-like balloons; and a majestic talking horse with wings, the Imperial Pegasus. Some of the scenes surprised us, as they exhibited pretty, bright colors as opposed to the typical neon green or purple colorations that normally saturate the background. There are plenty of objects within the environments that spring to life upon touch, providing extra entertainment. The characters add more to the storyline than just their interesting appearances; more importantly, they have depth and complement the storyline. Inventory usage is unusual at times, giving a refreshing feel to solving tasks. The artistic designs of the varied HOSs are impressive, as they are accentuated by clever interactions that stimulate our imagination. Some are story-driven and multi-layered. We like the one in which you pull three ropes to bring down various stained-glass panels to form complete items. The puzzles are just as admirable as the HOSs, comprising assorted varieties with configurable difficulties. They are well integrated into the storyline and can be multilayered and objective-driven. The standout puzzle for us is the one in which you move sign language-themed discs into animal-themed silhouettes to form a complete animal head. This developer's collectibles are always fun to interact with; you know by now what this means. This game is exemplary of the outstanding features we look forward to in every HOA. Playtime is lengthy and worth the introductory price. As expected, we rate this game five stars. Catalina: we hope you have a speedy, successful recovery. Lynx minx: hunky Valentin?" Behave yourself.

Thank you so much for continuing to produce these games for those of us who love them. We will buy all you can release for iOS. This is entertaining and unique in many ways. We simply cannot say enough about your mini games, especially those with the mazes. We are sure that we will replay this game often.
