You cant really progress in the game because when you complete the HOP for the elephant medicine. The screen freezes and you cant do anything to fix it. We’ve tried restarting the game as well as deleting the game and re-downloading it. Nothing seems to work, please fix this.
Youll never get past the elephant! After healing her, the strategy guide says Go Right, but there is nowhere to go and nothing you can do. We’ve removed the game and reinstalled several times. Save your money.
Wont let us get past giving medicine to the elephant in the first couple scenes of the game. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times.
If your not going to fix it give us a refund!
Do not buy this game! It will not work with newer IOS versions. After you cure the elephant, the game gets stuck.
So we have been trying to play this game. It looks great. That being said it will only allow us to play up to healing the elephant and then it glitches. We have tried restarting the game and deleting it and re installing it. Same thing every time. We will solve the puzzle for the healing solution and then apply it to the elephant and then nothing. We will leave the elephant and go back and its gone. We see others have had or are still having this issue. For the developer please fix this or refund the money used to buy the game.
There is a glitch at the elephant scene that halts all progress (mine is the third complaint in the most recent feedback). You guys do realize that updates to iOS can cause issues with some apps unless they are also updated to account for that? Saying, we tried it and cant duplicate the issue only means you havent duplicated the same circumstances described in these reviews, it does not invalidate our results with your app. It is insulting to tell an experienced user to Try restarting the game. Have a nice day, as if we couldnt think of that ourselves. Duplicate the scenarios precisely and address the glitch, or refund everyone who has paid for the app and cant run it. Reply to response: we DID report the issue and was told the above. From what we can see here, it does no good whatsoever to report a problem, since nothing is done about it.
Cant progress past giving the elephant medicine,Ive reset the game and checked the strategy guide. Im disappointed we purchased the game and cant play it.
We never write reviews, but felt we had to write to say how much we enjoyed this game. The graphics were beautiful, brightly colored and easy on old eyes. The story was interesting and held our attention. Although money is tight right now, we had to buy this after playing the trial. The game along with the bonus chapter was a decent length for the price. We did find a few sensitivity issues when trying to find objects…a few were too close to bottom and would act like a back button, taking us out of hog scene. Other than that we did not have any issues. Our true rating is 4 1/2 stars. Thank you to lynxminx and your cohorts for all you do. We hope you are staying safe, we think about you often.
The game is gorgeous, as always, wonderful plot, etc. But just like Drosietwo, we cant get past the lighted fish puzzle, even after restarting our iPad several times. Please fix, thanks Revised review: thank you Domini Games for fixing the glitches and creating another awesome game. Loved it!
Update July 2: Domini released Secret City: Chalk of Fate today for IOS! Hopefully good quality assurance? UPDATE: After a frantic email to Oleg late last night, a third in-game update has been issued, which will now allow you to access the bonus adventure. There is no need to get your money back, as you can now complete the entire game. We expect gratitude! If not for our intervention, we would still be waiting for a fix. Anyone who said the game had no glitches is delusional. However, now you have to keep on unlocking the game (just hit restore purchase). In addition, the bonus adventure was achingly beautiful and ran smoothly. This adventure focused on Princess Manu and her relationships with the animals. However, Domini still managed to detract from a gorgeous, magnificent game with absolutely horrendous quality assurance! The storyline was interesting, because it was told from the vantage points of animals imbued with human characteristics, including lust for power, greed, evil and jealousy. The graphics were exquisite, the general gameplay was enjoyable and the HOP and mini-games were entertaining. All of this was outweighed by a huge host of technical issues. You can now exit the strategy guide as well as the credits. You can complete the main game. You may now access the bonus adventure. The zoom feature does not function properly in the HOP! The entire map is not visible, leaving you to wonder where there are available actions. Some of the games had such bad touchscreen sensitivity they were unplayable. In the sandbag game, we had the correct solution and the game would not register it as such. The game was on the brief side, inclusive of the bonus adventure. We enjoyed the game but not all the technical glitches. Our true rating will be 3.5 stars. Oleg and Domini need to improve quality assurance in a major way. If not, its a total waste of money! As far as EIPIX goes, we were given the very general answer that these games would be released this year. So, in other words, no answer at all. Happy gaming to all! This game was worth playing just for the incredible and colorful Indian graphics.
Bonus chapter doesnt work. In same room we started it in and tells us there is nothing to do there.
Bonus game takes you back to original game. Not cool for a full price game Edited June 27th: Still cant play the bonus game. It will open but no actions available, even the hint button says no actions available. Just down graded to two stars …. Only the second bad review we’ve ever had to leave.
We downloaded this game and have had nothing but issues. We are now stuck at the Sandbags and no matter how we solve it nothing happens. We also have emailed your support team with no answer. We understand Covid is going on now, but we know you IT, Programmers can work from home. So we dont find that as an excuse. Not to mention this has been going on with your games having glitches since the beginning of the game. We work a lot of hours with issues all day long. So these games are supposed to be our relaxation at the end of a long day. It has not been relaxing, just frustrating and stressful. First, you need to add an exit to the strategy guide. Once you are in there, there is no way out that we could find. Second, the pinch and zoom does not work on the HOPs. You can zoom, but not move around. Finally, there is no exit from the credits, you have to exit the game and come back in from the main menu. All of these should be easy to fix an are not that big of a deal. Like all of your games, the art is colorful and fanciful. The story was sweet. The characters were really fun. HOPs were detailed and clear. Mini games were fun.
Thoroughly enjoyed this release. Yes there were a couple of glitches. The fish game was one. You just need to exit the game and come back in. No you can not skip it but you can figure it out easily if you look at what the game completed for you. Any other glitches are fixed the same way. Just close the game and reopen. We really think that there was one other problem and that was exiting when the game ended. This was one of the better releases in the last few months. Thank you for this one.
Was such a beautiful plot full of color and scenery. The games and hidden object games were interesting. We absolutely loved the animals. After update and starting over we were able to play up to bonus game which would never load. As stated earlier map had problems too. We did not remember any touch issues this time. Im giving 3 for what we did peacefully play but want to see bonus. Your games are so magnificent but are having issues, hope you can work through this.
We wish just once we can play a game with no problems. If you open the strategy guide you cant get back to game there is no exit out. Please fix Wednesday, tried again with the guide and still have same problem because there is no new update for this game. We paid for this game so please fix Friday still no update. It seems like every game has a problem, get your stuff together because this is nuts and we for one is tired of it. Were is epixs games to because they were due in January. Saturday Bonus chapter does not work. We give up.
Update review: Bonus game again sends you back to the original game even if credits roll all the way… Had to skip at least 5 puzzles because they wouldnt work.. REFUND!?!? $6 for a game that didnt work correctly again.. Let us repeat AGAIN…. YOU OBVIOUSLY DONT READ REVIEWS JUST ADD A GENERIC REPLY…. Made the potion and the game skipped back to make the potion again… But now the ingredients are gone….. Yall have been slipping on every game that has come out….
When we tried to access the bonus chapter it just took us back to the start of the main game. App Store wont refund our $7 either. Way too many glitchy games being released lately. Do not buy.
Im also at the lighted fish puzzle and NO WAY OUT! You cannot skip, it freezes and you cant get out. Second time we’ve had to start over and Im incredibly disappointed! The game was beautiful up to that point and the match 3 was achingly gorgeous however we cannot continue and play a game we spent good money on. What a waste.
Hello! When trying to give the potion to Nanda, the potion leaves our inventory but Nanda is unchanged. We’re going to try and replay to that point and see if we can bypass it, but we thought yall should be aware.
Everything was going okay until we reached the lighted fish game. It locks up and there is no way to exit or skip the game. We have restarted twice with no help. Also, there is no update available as yet.
We are currently stuck in the game. We healed the elephant but now we are stuck with no where to go! Just keeps saying that there is nothing to be done in each area! Plus the tutorial is not up to DG standards. Did not ask if we wanted a tutorial and the tutorial was piece meal. Did not always identify items needed to be done or what items were hidden in the scene. We think that instead of trying to rush games to the market that DG needs to focus on quality control!
Piece of crap first would not open said it was not available in USA had to try five times before it open in app. Then got all the stuff for healing potion but after we applied Potion it was like we did not but all the potion was gone!! So we were STUCK! Don’t put a game out that is flawed. All we can say is we are sooooo disapointed!
Nothing but problems – Domini read your reviews, since your support team does not respond to e-mails. While we were glad to see this New Release, now we have No assurance from you that you will actually fix anything. We have written your support team so many times now, that its ridiculous! Still No answer yet on those EIPIX games that were promised to us the first of the year?? No Stars ( which is sad because it could have been a good game) Just another Glitched game just like your previous release Fatal Evidence. Sure am glad that we never took out a subscription. KdBoots.

Trial was great!!! When will it be available to be fully unlocked? We click the button to Unlock but nothing happens. It wont bring up the option to purchase and input password. UPDATE… By clicking Already Purchase? Option it asked us if we wanted to purchase it… So, until an update fixes the normal purchase method everyone can click on the Already Purchase option to make the purchase… Hope this helps…
After the trial is over, we couldnt purchase the game. Unfortunately another glitch!
