We LOVE this game it just sometimes gets way to easy like the expert version isnt really hard.
Yeah some improvements can always be made, but this was just a really enjoyable game. Would recommend.
The sound didnt work at first but then we turned on our phone ringer and now the sounds works. Great app and helped walk thru the game. Definitely recommended.
Idk why people are saying it doesnt work and they give bad reviews we just donut get it it works good it didnt work for our brother at first but on our dads phone it did also it is nice and loud in a iOS and iPad air and tablets we suggest you donut give this a bad review if you have a tablet and know a relative really close who has a tablet or any of the above just download the app and boom it is really nice and clear . We also suggest you to get but a speaker and hear it it was meeting you guys bye – (we hope we can become friends ) YOUR FRIEND CHILLING WITH ME oh and also pls answer us if you have time company we are not being nai but also we are not begging you either but if you do have time and want to can you pls answer us pls and thank you for your time . Several reviews here are low because they say the sound doesnt work. We also had this issue at first before realizing that the ringer was silenced on the device. Turning this on will fix the issue. (Hopefully the devs will change this to fix the confusion, like many other apps.) The game is great! It takes a few runs to learn and get used to the pace but its worth it. Love the set time of 20 mins – great with kids. It being a coop format means not everyone really has to know all the things all the time (which means we can easily play with our 7YO). Great artwork, fun times.
Great family game night and the app is so simple/straightforward it doesnt distract from the tabletop game at all.
The people who said the sound doesnt work probably had their phones on silent.
Make sure your phone isnt in silent mode! App wont have audio if it is, even if you turn it up. We saw a lot of complaints about no sound on the app and had the same problem before troubleshooting.
Is love to play a round where all 5 monsters are on the map. Need a bit more challenge.
Its a game of speed, quick thinking, and resource management all scaled down to the bare minimum. Super fun to play. Some small hiccups with learning the rules, but you can pause the timer… And maybe youll beat the clock with 1 second left.
Had an issue with the sound not working but it was because our iPhone was on silent mode.
We think this app is great! We just feel like it needs a more challenging mode. Us and our girlfriend have started to tweak the rules to make it harder for ourselves, but would be great if it was implemented in the app, too, in some way. Beginner mode is super easy and a good way to get you started. Experienced mode is a bit more challenging and keeps you on your toes, but once you get into the rhythm of the game its basically impossible to lose. Weve finished every match with at least 2 minutes to spare. Againlove everything about the game. Just wish there was maybe a tougher mode. As someone mentioned before: maybe one where all 5 monsters are used could be great. Might also be nice to have the 5 second countdown tick or something to help raise tension. Or if you win, showing a cool cinematic. Same with if you lose, a cinematic of the monsters taking over. Theres a lot of potential with the use of the app.
Have enjoyed using this as a fun feature but went to play a game and there is no sound when reporter is introducing the game. Tried reinstalling but no luck.
The text overlap still hasnt been corrected. Its hard to know what the instructions say when you cant read it.
Weve played multiple times. The expert level is no different than the beginner level. Would love to play with 5 aliens to make the game more challenging.
Similar to other reviews it looks like this app needs an update. No sound.
Great game – wish we could keep playing it but the audio no longer plays from our iPhone speaker. It works with earbuds but that defeats the purpose playing with our kids.
The iPad is whats used at the board game table, not the iPhone.
Just bought for Christmas and downloaded to play with family only to find we can get past the second screen to start the game…all the text overlaps and we cant check the box for token stacks as its under the start time box…have an iPhone 8 Plus…please fix.
Bought the game a week ago and finally was able to sit down and play with our sister and the app would not work. Their was no audio, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, disabled and enabled the Bluetooth just incase it linked with our headphones and still nothing. Will return the board game.
Cant get it to work, so it makes the $25 game worthless. Disappointing.
Got the game today and our kids were really excited. Spent a bunch of time reading and listening to instructions on YouTube. Finally ready to play and discover the audio on the app is non-functional. The board game cannot be played without the app! Will be returning the board game ASAP.
Worked once and now the app audio no longer works.
This game was working, but tonight there is no sound on our phone and other devices.
Sound does not work do not know where to set the 5 tokens.
