We haven’t given a game 5 stars in a long time. Everything about this game was spot on. All the League of Light series are our go to’s for casual game play and we spend a lot of our down time playing these! Kudos to the development team and all involved. This is what we like to see in a game- well thought out from start to finish. Again you guys great job!!!

Really enjoyed this game. The puzzles were fun and the story line was interesting. We especially loved the mazes!
Nothing new here – but a good storyline and terrific artwork. Games were fairly easy. We like that there weren’t a ton of hidden object scenes – the ones there were were interesting and a little different from the run of the mill. We encountered a few bugs near the end of the game and had to skip a scene to be able to move forward but that isn’t a deal breaker.
Great teleport map, hints, games, storyline, and graphics. A must have for any gamer.
League of Light has been a great series (each plays as a stand alone) and this one is truly outstanding. The first thing you notice is the game asks you to choose the gender of your character- male, female or none. The voice not only reflects your choice but the other characters reference your chosen gender (he, his, she, hers). If you choose none the dialogue is gender neutral and you have no running dialogue in your head. Very nice to choose! You are chasing a supposed rogue agent from your own agency and run into monsters that can turn anything to stone! They are also after the missing agent. Who will get there first? Collect figurines in some scenes, hidden owls in all scenes. Transporting indicated map, labeled inventory, custom difficulty and adjustable brightness. No noticeable vermin so far. Verdict: buy and enjoy!
Very enjoyable hidden object game.
Graphics are nice and flow easily. Games are not frustrating and make sense. Narration does not completely take over the game, just enough to explain what’s going on. Have only made it through the first 5 scenes, but expect the rest to be just as good.
We rarely write reviews, but this game deserves all the support we can give it. Developed by Mariaglorum, this HOG hit all the right spots. It not only had all the features one would expect in a modern hog, such as an informative map, a hint system that directed to location, and great voice overs, but additionally had an interesting story, fantastic incredibly interactive scenes. It seemed like every location and many things to manipulate, and then scenes within locations, and scenes within scenes! And we enjoyed the collectibles in this game more than any other. If you’re missed one, you could hit a button and it would take you to the location that you missed. Even the fresco one builds by getting achievements was great! You should definitely check out the other Mariaglorum games, but this one is their best! We hope you all enjoy this one as much as we did!
The story line is typical but the presentation and execution of the puzzles and hidden objects are fresh and imaginative. Really enjoy this game.
It’s gotten to the point where we just automatically buy anything made by these developers! League of Light is one of our all time favorite series. It offers custom settings, which is always great. It also has a good map – no teleporting, but if you hit the "hint" it’ll take you right to the spot that you need. The games are just difficult enough to be entertaining, (although a few of them are super easy, but that’s not the norm is this game) difficult enough to offer a challenge, but not so hard that you pull your hair out until you finally hit the skip button. Fun collectables, owls in every scene. A small group (5) of statues. (I don’t think there any others, but we could be wrong.) Plus if you wait until the credits are finished you’re given another "reward" in the achievement section. We highly recommend this game, & ANY other of the League of Light series!

Nice game, not too challenging but fun. Makes you think and solving it at your own pace, also at the same time, you’re finding extra items for the collections.
Probably one of their better games. Lots of mini games (they’re pretty easy but fun nonetheless) & HOS with great artwork. We can’t stand HOG where you can’t even tell what the objects are due to crappy artwork-this is NOT a problem here. The story is interesting but nothing over the top. We do like the fact that you, the hero, can assign a woman’s voice or a man’s voice. There are female gamers & it’s a good idea to tell a young girl SHE can also be a hero for a change. The Mom in us thanks you for that one!

We usually spend quite a bit of cash each month for games, but lately because most of the games haven’t been blessed with "try before you buy", it’s been a crap shoot when spending $4 on a game and then finding out its not our cup of tea. However, Darcyy’s review prompted us to take a leap of faith, and we’re so glad we did, this game is AWESOME! The puzzles take a bit of thinking about but are not unreasonably hard, the HO’S are varied which makes for a nice change, the choice to be a gal or a guy is a nice change and the storyline rocks. BTW we don’t have a problem with vermin but we suppose somewhere down the road we’re going to come across BF’s obligatory snake, yuck! Thanks again BF you scored.

This game was a great time for us. Great puzzles and problems to solve. Rich colors and great graphics. We played this game each night for a week and enjoyed every minute.

Agree with all the great reviews. Excellent fundamentals–cut scenes, voice overs, back button, decent but not giveaway hints, teleporting map, labeled inventory, but oh… Reviewers, the varied minigames were challenging and unique and just plain fun. There were collectibles, and if you missed one, you could go back to a scene to find it. We like that, because then you can follow the story and not always be thinking about where the owl is. Also, cheers to the dev team and QA folks who tested this game so that it was seamless and glitch-free. So many of the games crash or take time to load but this was just so smooth… We really was fully engaged in the game and storyline. And the bonus game was fun, too. Highly recommend, at sale or non sale price. Thanks for the great reviews that helped us to decide to purchase this game. Hope all are well. Xo.
Very well done! We enjoy all of the League of Light series. We only wish there were a little helper like in the other editions.
The graphics aren’t super great but the puzzles and the unique way they do their hidden objects is very cool and creative. It’s super interactive and the puzzles are even better. We love the story line and it made us want to stay up late to play it. There was always the question of what would happen next that popped in our head. Hope they come out with a part 2.
UPDATE: Today is Thanksgiving, 2018. By now you know BigFish has discontinued this beloved genre. We have heard from 4 Friends, Mariaglorum, GrandMA Studios, Mad Head, and Domini Games. Per their contract with BigFish they cannot use another distributor , such as Artifex Mundi. They can only self-release games for iOS. But they are asking us questions! Wouldn’t it be nice if they all talked to each other and formed their own distributorship? Please gamers , if you love and want new games, start contacting the developers. We can’t do this myself! We will update you in the re-releases when there’s anymore to tell, so just check the re-releases to see if we have news. For example, if a game is new and released, you bet we are going to tell you! BigFish destroyed our genre but we can’t let them break our spirit. It is apparent that the developers are quite upset as well. What a nice bunch of folks they are. Please try and reach out to them! Lynxie sends wishes! Kudos,BigFish! We are finally able to rate a full 5 stars. This gem from Mariaglorum was fabulous. You could customize settings. The graphics were terrific and the cut-scenes were electrifying. You collect owls and figurines. Loading was instantaneous between locations. There was a marked, if so desired, fantastic teleport map. All inventory was labeled and there were plus items to assemble. The HO scenes were not overly numerous and they were interesting and varied. The puzzles and mini-games were a lot of fun and not just boring rotational stuff. There was plenty to do at each location, and the game flowed well and ran perfectly, glitch-free. It was a decent length and had a bonus adventure. There were NO RATS, to add to our pleasure, just a couple of mice and one was a toy! BigFish, lately you have been stepping up to the plate and giving us blockbusters! Please keep it up, and could we have a new Empress? Lynxie sends lots of to the Dream Team Elite, especially Dracyy, who always has our back and also the wonderful KimT! We really enjoyed this game. It was thought provoking without being too hard. It was just right for us. Im not a fan of games where we have to YouTube the answers or too easy that its boring, this one was just right. It had an interesting story too. Looking forward to the next one.

What a great fantasy-action game where we battle evil forces and menacing stone giants while we track down a "not so fragile" damsel in distress. The graphics are simply stunning, crisp, and clear – one of the best in a while. The artwork is defined by highly detailed and intricately hand drawn scenes to create an exceptionally realistic portrayal of the environment. We like the twist of choosing your gender role; we chose a female since the man’s voice sounded a little monotone. There is the option to customize your settings. The inventory is labeled, interactive, and puzzle-like; items require assembly. The map is perfect and beneficial. You acquire it by performing an action in a scene. In custom mode, the fast teleport map will indicate available actions; and it has smooth transition and labels the locations. There is a back button for smooth transition between scenes. There is no journal; rather you acquire different reading materials as you progress. There is also a task function that regularly updates. This game is packed; you will make potions and put together objects, such as a weapon, at times. There are some innovative aspects, such as adhering labeled notes to related areas on a wall map to gain parts of the story. The HOS are not shy of innovation and variation as well. Different types are "find and use", word lists with interaction, and one type where you find objects on a knight’s armor to light up symbols on his sword. Quite unique! The puzzles are varied as well. One type is to arrange 24-hour blocks (with a twist) on a clock in order; then you arrange the moon phases in order. We loved the one where you put numbered squares with back or forward arrows in order so you move back and forth accordingly to reach the end of the path. You collect owls in most locations and a few character figurines in some. The extras are nothing special. Overall, this is a very interactive game with smooth and glitch free mechanics. The only con is that the gameplay is very linear and does not present any real challenges. But we will not deduct any stars because we really love this game. Attention Reviewers: There is an awesome game out for only $2.99 called Paranormal State: Poison Spring. It contains a great storyline, all-in-one journal, beautiful graphics, interaction with many characters, HOS, and a variety of puzzles. It also has a map. You also use some innovative devices to detect supernatural entities, sometimes in conjunction with a puzzle.
