Finally a good game! Really enjoyed this one, it was a long one, and not too easy. Recommend this one if you want to be entertained.

This is a great game. The storyline is interesting. The puzzles are challenging. The graphics are terrific.

Beautiful graphics and music. The puzzles weren’t as impossible as a lot of the other games.
Good story, challenging but fun puzzles, interactive map is available (even at difficult level of play) allows you to jump from place to place and shows where action’s needed. A little scarecrow helper can help get some objects from difficult places. Has multiple levels of difficulty of play offered – game is very customizable – which can be changed in the middle of the game; fairly long game comes with a moderate length bonus game which continues the story and resolves the big and little scarecrows’ story. We really liked this one.
It’s very easy, but we like MariaGlorum games.
We are being forced to write this review. If we don’t write a review, we won’t be allowed to keep playing. We feel like a kidnap victim. Something is very wrong here.
I’d give the game 5 stars if not forced to give a review for the game.
We bought this game last year, came back to play it again… Only to find we can’t move forward! When we try and resume the game, it says something along the lines of "request could not be completed please try again later" but we can access the collectors addition extras just fine? Fix this and we’ll give 5 stars.
Bought and downloaded the game got 17 min into it and it won’t let us continue.
We paid $6.00 for this game and the app is broke or something. It won’t let us play it!!!!!!
Tried to play and twenty minutes into the game a note flashed up saying it was sorry and kicked us out. We tried using a different log in but that didn’t work either. Why do we have to pay for this game? Maybe when we get the bill we will send it back with the words SORRY.
Had the same problem as everyone else where you play the game for ten minutes and you cant play anymore. Contacted big fish and naturally they blamed apple and vice versa. So we will never and we urge everybody else to never purchase another game from big fish.
"We’re sorry, this request could not be completed. Please try again later." The game stops as soon as the player attempts to wander past the gate and into the city. We liked it up to that point. We uninstalled and reinstalled and met the same fate. This has never happened to us before. Thinking it was our iPad we noticed that others had the same problem. I’d like a refund since this seems to be a tech problem.
Were sorry the request could not be completed error – will be requesting a refund – we thought Id give big fish one more try after having a large amount of our previous big fish games pulled from the App Store but this game breaks as soon as you get into town with the above error – the shear amount of abandonware from big fish is full on insulting – its over for us big fish.
Dang game has halted with stupid message it cant proceed! We paid full price for this cheat too.
Would not let us move on it read that we needed to download updates then when we did it said sorry cannot download. Frustrating and we lost our $6.99. They dont give refunds.
But then the game got blocked by Big Fish demanding we download another game before we may continue! We’re so mad. We downloaded the game, which is over 1 gig, and it took forever since we downloaded a bunch of new games today (of our own choosing) and space on our device is low. We don’t even feel like playing this now. Good going Big Fish. You have become too greedy. Did you get a new CEO or something? You were not like this before.
Get through the town gates and get this message: Were sorry that cant be done at this time. Try again later. Pity.
We want our money back! We were enjoying the game until we tried to go through the gate into the city. It has a message saying to try again later; request cannot be…. We’ve reinstalled it many times, and as soon as we get to the same part of the game, we get same message and cannot continue! What are you guys going to do about it! We want a refund!

We usually do not buy before we get a chance to play a bit before buying. This time we did and it was more than worth it. $2.99. Wow. Great game. Variety, graphics, length, story were all great!!

We all had to buy this game without a free trial but for this game we think it was worth taking that risk. What we like a lot about it is that it’s very modifiable to one’s personal wants and needs as pertains to difficulty, pacing and such. We loved the storyline, it was nice and long with an extra story and it was very easy to navigate. We used the guide a few times when we got stuck and it helped us move along. The graphics are beautiful and the background music is nice but doesn’t distract from the game. We had many enjoyable hours playing this game and it was definitely worth the cost for us.
This game was offered without a free trial. We did not expect much due to the low price, but was very happy with the game. We have played into chapter 3 and have had no problems. Great map, graphics are very good, hint works well, and story is well thought out. Thanks!

Big Fish has gotten this genre down: the combination of adventure interspersed with a few mini-games. Often, hidden object games are boring to us but these were fun because many of the objects found were then used to help find or create other objects. So it made sense that we have to find them. Good characters, interesting story. Our one criticism: too bad the idea of "witch" continues to be negative.
We rarely write reviews, mainly cause we never see them put up… Lol. Anywho…. This is a must have! GREAT game, lots of different kinds of puzzles…a couple we had to use the skip. If HOG’s are going this route, then we will be a fan of them again. We miss all the long, non-linear, adventure games Big Fish use to have. This one was long, great graphics! You will not be disappointed!
We loved this game. Loved being able to set difficulty level. Loved the animation and story. The puzzles were great too.
So, at the $2.99 price with no demo, we must say we wasn’t expecting much. But while it has a very Autumnal theme, we’re liking this game…a lot! Map is available a few scenes in. It is teleporting and provides action areas. Hint button, voice overs, cutscenes, etc, are all very good. Beautiful graphics and plenty of variety in HOPs and minigames. You have to locate the kidnapped children. A mean ol’ scarecrow has taken them. A sweet baby scarecrow sidekick helps out, though (all scarecrows aren’t bad), along with a gypsy. It’s fun. It’s definitely a buy… Especially at this great price. We recommend—but for now we have to get back and save those kids. Hi and hoping all the reviewers are well, and that life is being kind to you and yours…

Good Price so we’re taking a chance on this game with no trial to play hope we’re not sorry will update and change our rating after playing awhile. Update still not finished but wanted to change our rating to 5 excellent game with great storyline beautiful graphics transporting map good voice overs with moving lips no problems/glitches no scene delays inventory items labeled good puzzles nice mix of HOS achievements and collectible Owls to find. You have a cute scarecrow helper Have not seen any rats so far. Well worth the 2.99 price Thanks BF for a great game and great price hope to see more at this price.
We liked both the game and price. Has map good voice overs and a good fight about good and evil. Collecting owls in this one. Got so interested didn’t notice mice or Rats if we missed them they couldn’t have been that bad. There was a snake per usual. Big shout out to all lol and prayers to all. Back to company have to beat them to the BR we have 2 but with 6 extra people that take long baths and showers we need 6. Catch you later. Snooper-158.
