Lethe Reviews

We love playing this game its fun and we love the music its very soothing, relaxing, and mystical , to the developers we had paid to get the next chapter two years and never got it if there is anyway to make the next chapter available that would be lovely.

We love this game and fell in love immediately granted there were problems in the beginning but it has grown. However we payed 3 bucks for the new edition Wither and it still hasnt come out yet hope we didnt waste money on something that wont be coming out anytime soon.

Updates: downloaded the latest version. The new song they added is beautiful! Totally love it! We’re a bit disappointed that the mistakes we found in the previous version are still not fixed though. ————- we love the music and the picture. The story line is attracting too! There are quite some mistakes in the achievements. They say one thing but mean another, and sometimes they call a song a different name so it was confusing. One achievement requires you to have Bs on chapter II challenge songs while you actually get the achievement by completing chapter II normal difficulty. Then for the achievement asking you to have Bs on chapter II normal level, they really mean chapter we hard level. The achievement icon even has the word "hard" on it, it just doesn’t correspond to the description of the achievements. For the name of the song. In the achievements they call a song "Departure" but there’s no song called departure. We thought they were referring to a song called leaving, but it turned out to be the song "Broken." we were pretty confused when we tried to get that achievement. Hope they fix those word mistakes in the future update.

Beware! We bought because it looks very pretty and even mentions 4K. Its very tiny on the iPhone X with huge black borders :( kind of ruins the point of a beautiful 4K music game.

Love the game and mechanics. The artwork is stunningly beautiful and the music is heavenly. Our only complaint was it ended so soon. We were left wanting more. Keep up the great work.

Don’t let this review fool you. This game has the potential to be one of the greatest mobile rhythm games of all time and beat out the likes of Cytus, Deemo, and Voez. But where it falls short is the lack of a manual calibration setting. Players who find their maps completely offsync with the music currently have no way to fix it on their own, which renders the game completely unplayable to players who have experience and talent in rhythm gaming. Developers: Please prioritize the addition of a manual offset option so that the true rhythm gamers can enjoy this game too.

If you love to play a music game, this game is worth for 1.99$ for many reasons. First of all, the music is fantastic and it can deeply express the emotions of the characters (esp. "Leaving" and "Broken"). Also, the scenes are well-made art and sometimes correspond with your play (ex. "Cheerful Banquet"). However, the music is a bit in Chinese way and can be unfamiliar sometimes. Gameplay is also hard sometimes when you want perfect for all notes because the sliding note and normal note have to be pressed in a little different rhythm for perfect score. In general, this game is a great music game. And we hope the next story line is in updated sooner :)).

The music in this game is simply fantastic and the artwork is beautiful. We love how the taps, holds, and slides of our finger in time with the music actually creates the scenery and art.

Very much enjoying this title so far, but the pace even on easy setting could use a lot of work. Beautiful cinemas and artwork all around. Just slow it down a bit for people who don’t drink that many espressos.

This is a really fun rhythm game, with great music and beautiful art. The difficulty is well done and it poses some challenge to progress to the end of the game, so you don’t have to artificially challenge yourself with higher levels. It does have some minor flaws in the gameplay, though: there are a few cases where the note timing doesn’t match the music by enough time to throw you off, some stages have poor note placement where the next note will be covered by your hand, and sometimes the movement and coloring of the background art draws your attention away from notes (Cheerful Banquet is really bad for this). Still a great game, though.

Nice game, easy stuff. Now for the scenario achievements and then we’ll have 100%, so add more soon!

It’s a beautifully designed game, however, it lags. On some songs the buttons pause for two seconds then tries to catch up while on others it seems to forget to work missing the beats entirely. This seems to happen during a back to back slide indicator. The whole game slows down while the music stays in tune. While we do enjoy this game we wished it wasn’t so buggy.

The music and art are absolutely beautiful. The concept for the game is very promising. But on the third level, even on "easy" mode, we have to get 66,000 points, which basically means a perfect score. This means, if we make just one mistake, we’re unable to move any farther in the game. There’s a place for frustrating difficulty, but it should be optional for people who just want to explore the game. If you fix the balance, I’d love to try again and give a higher review.
