We played on one save for months and when we downloaded the most recent update it reset our months of progress. Im so miffed that we are now on the search for a new game. Ridiculous that they dont earn you of this.
We have been playing Lexigan for years with no complaints. It's challenging and fun. A recent change appeared which drives us and our pets crazy. You used to be able to turn off the sound effects and they would stay off even when you turned off your phone and turned it back on and came back to the game. Now you can't turn off the sound effect until you have opened up the game so a loud chime sounds whoever you open the game or resume playing before you can turn off the sound effects. Our cats and dogs always startle & run from the room when they hear it. VERY ANNOYING.
There are two many valid words that this app denies as usable. Frustrating, ultimately kills it.
Fun, but some basic words are missing, like baste, which is weird. Also, there are full 30+ second ads every two games and no option to get rid of them.
There are legitimate scrabble words that the game doesnt accept even when letters match the fit. Ive played game for years but, now, much less for that reason and ads.
Chugging along, having a fine time, when – BOOM! The app just quits. When we restart, it does NOT pick up where we left off. Very, very annoying.
