Im frustrated with this game. It takes million+ coins to just get a duo Tsum Tsum and its not even guaranteed. We dont think there are any pity in this either. Dont spend your money on this game. Also lucky time is a scam. Still terrible pull rates.
We noticed that sometimes the timer wont count down so that our hearts wont refill or it will stop halfway through and wont give us a heart until several hours later, even then its just 1 heart.
Plays a ridiculously long ad, usually the one with the fake hair in the middle, then tells us that our wifi can't be detected.
We usually love this game, but today the counts freeze and you dont get credit for all the tsutsums you catch.
We actually have little Tsum Tsum Plushys when we were little and we love them so much but then, they got removed away and we also love this game how it looks too! There were no glitches in our iPad and we did get some rare Tsum Tsums.
This game is a simple, fun game to pass time. It isnt terribly though intensive and great for multitasking. We love the Disney characters.
Im so curious to see the lower review ratings lately and wanted to leave our thoughts on the game! Ive loved Tsum Tsum since working at the Disney parks in 2014. Thats also when we got the app and started playing. We definitely play on and off again but thats normal for us with all games. Its fun to play and improve your tsums skills! If you like collecting this is a great game to play too. They frequently update the app and roll out monthly refreshes and updates with new tsums each month too, after 11 years! We recommend joining an online fan community for tsum tsum if you want to exchange hearts because we know thats something we struggled with early on.
Why does the game keep having network connection issues. It only happens when we do well in a game or we have spent lots of coins on it! We lose our coins, dont get awarded the ones we just earned and it happens too often! Please fix this! We have been playing for years and it has never been this bad. :(.
We have been playing Tsum Tsum since the beginning and love it! Its a good distraction and lots of fun.
Please put this Tsum in the pickup capsule or in the select box,he is our favorite character ever.Please make sure that we get him. Please do that ASAP.
Its a fun game. You can get extra turns by sending messages to your friend, but since we switched phones and re-downloaded the game, our game wont sync up with the old account. All our friends that we would get bonuses from are on our own account. Customer service is nonexistent so we cant get access to our friends list to get them and we cant get help to fix it.
Ive had multiple glitches especially this year and any time we submit a report, we get an automated message saying they cant confirm it. Even when we send photos proving our concerns. Most recently, we opened the app on July 1 and all of our medals (new bonus for the store) were gone so Im not able to buy the special tsum or tickets from the latest update. The hearts and clock glitch all the time for years now and dont auto populate correctly but any time Ive reached out for support they cant confirm that either. The only thing they suggest is playing on stronger WiFi but we have extremely strong WiFi so we know thats not the issue (it happens everywhere we play btw). Getting tired of the bugs but this is our favorite game If they were helpful in our latest inquiries, we wasnt going to post a bad review but again they arent helpful and claim not know about these bugs and dont seem to care that the app is not working correctly.
Edited: just changed to one star. Tried logging in after update and it tells us we dont have a stored game. Ive been playing this game with the same account since its inception!!! No Im not starting a new game. We guess we may to send this one to the app archive. Love the various TsumTsum TsumTsum characters. Would like to have them in a mini figure version. The frustration we have is with the login issues or sometimes you start a game and it freezes. Makes us not want to play any more.
We used to love this gamenow its so glitchy!! Tried twice to beat a level and we know we did but the counter stopped counting our combos! We keep the game because Ive spent money on playing for years, but we wont spend any more. Its too bad because we really used to enjoy it.

We literally only got it because of the twisted wonderland event that came up. At first this game is very enjoyable but then once you play jt more and more, it gets really repetitive. Also one of its problem is getting the coins which is very difficult for some reason. Anyways we got an Idia Shroud and Azul Ashengrotto and theyre our babies. We will love and cherish them forever.
Addictive but also not all consuming, we can binge our shows while Tsuming for hours. The game had been around for a decade so Im not shocked its not the most popular game anymore, but Ill never quit playing.
The Starwars theme for May is the best!! The different tsum tsum Starwars characters you get are a lot of fun to use!! The second best theme behind Starwars is Kingdom Hearts followed by Twisted Wonderland!! Keep up the great work guys.
Its a very very very fun game, but the gacha system hates us and we spent over $50 just to not get the new Star Wars set character and only get 1 jabba the hut.
Im not sure when this game was released but we have been playing since 3/17 with just a few extended breaks. Its absolutely our favorite and the one we keep coming back to.
We got a new phone the same week that they removed the Facebook login so our whole account was deleted because we made a new apple and a new line for our new phone so when the Facebook login was removed our whole account was lost and there is no chat for us to message them correctly and also its requesting several pictures just to fix it.
This game gets us distracted a lot so we lose track of time. If ur looking for a game to keep u occupied this is the best game for u. But it is hard to get rubys and . Every month there is always something new and its very exciting.
Every time we open the app it tell us new game data is available and we need to download it. It never finishes even downloading. Would rate 5 stars if this didnt happen every single time we open the app. Very disappointing.
We have waited a long time and we were wondering if maybe you guys could do a kingdom hearts 4 event when it releases or maybe just a kingdom hearts event? We love this game and have been playing it for years ! Thanks we hope you guys consider doing this.
This game is ok. We really love how they added Twisted Wonderland tsums, but it is soooo hard to get coins. Its literally such a chore. Ive been playing for like 2 years and we only have 12,000 and premium boxes cost 30,000. Like we get premium is supposed to cost more but at least make coins easier to get if thats the case. Its so annoying because of how expensive the boxes are and how rare getting coins are. We get a new tsum like every 2 months. Which is CRAZY. All in all, the only reason we keep playing is because we have an Idia Shroud tsum that we got out of pure luck and hes our pride and joy. Overall game is meh.
Every time we try to link our account to Facebook, it gives this error: App not active: This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated. Please fix as Im sure we have lots of good tsums on there.

You have to be a certain age to be able to watch ads to get things but the game is great! Highly suggest downloading this.
At least 2 times a week, this game says network unstable , try again later. This never happens to any of our other games! Please get this fixed.

If theres any ads about this game it probably exactly as shown. Its a little older of a game so it wasnt made as a quick cash grab.
We love this gamemost days! But when you have to spend thousands of coins to get a Tsum you need to play a certain mission and it never comes, its a bit frustrating! Someone needs to rethink this.
We wanted to download this game bc nostalgia for the show and the game in general but when we opened it up it gave us a error message wish we could play.

Played when the game first released, but eventually lost interest. Restarted last month because of the Duffy and Friends. Now that all the Duffy friends are pulled from the game we will stopping playing again. Why not leave the basic friends in the Premium box and only remove the special Mickey & Minnie one's to keep the people you attracted for Duffy characters.

Why does it take so long to get coins an then when you go to buy a box it gives you a TsumTsum you already had?! Why cant we get new TsumTsums that we didnt have already?! If we wanted to level them up we can spend the coins on it. When we spend weeks trying to save up coins for a box an get something we already have makes us not wanna play anymore. An really pisses us off. We want TsumTsum we dont already have when we buy a box. Do better! Makes us not want to play when it happens! Fix it.
Its stupid how expensive it is for a premium box compared to happiness box and gain characters just to play good.

This game is incredibly cute and always has something for you to do/work on. The characters are all made so cute! It is fun for the whole family/friend group. Fun to play when bored or just looking for something to do.
Been playing for 8-9 years, and for the dissatisfied players out there, once you get a good coin farmer like Jedi Luke or Namine, the grinding gets so much easier.
It a great game but the thing is that all the reviews are terrible.
This is such a fun game and we enjoy playing, but the app has so many issues. Ive lost our data more than once, and Ive paid a good amount of money with the in-app purchases. Ive spent well over $100 and have lost it all more than once because of the glitchy app. Youd think with all the money they make with those in-app purchases theyd be able to develop a good app. Unfortunately, its connected to the Line app, which is the worst app Ive ever come across. We assume theyre using the same developers for both.
