Dont bother with the game. One day an event is available and the next day its gone. All the effort made thinking you are reaching the goal and poof the event isnt available anymore. Really frustrated with it.
This is a legit copy of cookie run kingdom, they are the legit same. Dont play this. Use your money on crk instead.
This game is literally Hay Day but with a brown and friends skin.
Like someone mentioned below, the loading takes soooo long. By the time you get to the other farm, the items you want to buy is gone. It even takes couple seconds to buy the item so even if you click on it first, the other person can still grab it away. Second, the developer of this game is sooo greedy. They want you to buy gems because the money you get from selling is soo little thaf you cant afford to purchase new stands or decors. Whats the point of leveling up if you dont have enough of money to buy a new stand or decora for your farm? The only good thing about this game is cute characters, but they are far worse than Hayday. We can easily buy new standa and decors with the stuff that we sell in Hayday.
Their version of service is very poor we paid for a Warehouse Mini from their Gem Store. After confirmation from our account charge the Gem store disappeared. We restarted several times. It days . We tried 3 times to get help and they respond with the same form stating to restarted and gem store should have a confirmation. No confirmation since it was no longer offered.
The game is so cute and fun. Its not too hard to earn coins and the collecting parts of it are awesome! We love it, and it is easily becoming one of our favorite games.
How do we make the game un track us since we accidentally allowed it to track me.
The game we love to play but some bugs have no one to take care. Even we sent the email, the problem still havent solve. (The gacha doesnt work in the room issue) we hope they can improve it, because this game is so cute to play.

Absolutely love this game and the comics. Only thing we suggest is when you do the gacha and don’t like a new friend, to have the option to swap or sell. Not a fan of Moon or James. Just want Cony, brown, and sally. It would be fun to exchange out 2 James that we have.
It takes way to long to load… From one farm to another, from own farm to own room. And its almost impossible to purchase anything from the board. Need to spend a lot of money to be able to play comfortably. We spend money on games, but not gonna spend a ton in the first weeks. Only able to expand by purchasing gems… Wanted to love this game because its so cute, but we found myself playing it less and less, because storage always full and not enough farm space.
We cant see the new event and the video which can get the axe. We deleted the game and downloaded again but still have same problems. Dont know how to deal with it.
We cant even login to play the game. We dont like his at all. The terms wont load. So we cant agree to terms we cant see. We want to give this game zero stars. But you know we cant do that.

We like this game, its fun and we enjoy playing it. Our main problem is the loading screens take forever and the bulletin board is useless. You cant actually buy off it because by the time you click and arrive at the shop (after another loading screen) the item is gone almost everytime. Do you have a million people accessing one board or something?? So ultimately u cant buy items and cant progress the game very well. This really needs dealing with or im out…
The first time we’ve played this it would not kick us out.
We really like the game. Yes it almost copy of hay day but still it nice. And we really would give it 5 starts but am facing 2 things. Hope it will be fixed in future. First the loading is really long to move to another farm. Or even from ur farm to ur room. It takes so long. Which we have no idea why. Really guys u have to work on the loading time. Second. Buying from board. Why we cant just buy from board we have to go to the farm it self. Which with the nice loading time. 90% of the times. The items is just gone. And u will spend almost 1 min just to go there seeing it gone. And come back >.<
Terrible and almost non-existent.
We cant stop playing this game!! Its so much in this game. Im on 116 levels but still have so many things to enjoy with this game every day. We spent some money to buy the diamond in the beginning to build our farm but now we collected it a lot from each event without spend money to buy diamond at all. Enjoy your farm and all super cute stores!!!
Not surprised the game is like it is, we have similar complaints for all of Line games and apps. Very little care or thought is given to all of us outside of Asia. We dont get access to most of the good apps and games, we dont get the free stickers that Asia gets – there are so many free packs Linked to company promotions for instance but we arent allowed to download them for some reason because we arent allowed to friend any of these official accounts so we dont get their free Stickers. Thats just an example, but there are so many cool games we want to try but cant because they arent available in our region. Youve taken away games that we’ve played for years and years, discontinued utility apps that were cool, and same complaint with this game but in reference to the in app features. The app is greedy, for one.
Its keep crashing and doesnt let us receive any gems. Please fix it.
What makes this game so addicting are the events. Yet some train ranking events and gachas dont appear in our app. Customer service said theyre sometimes restricted by country. Cant there be an equivalent event then? Its unfair for some users can rack up gems and gain tools but we just have nothing. Also, the trading system is too slow and too competitive. Wish game users can be separated into groups of some sort so that users have a better shot at purchasing. Played a few years ago and stopped due to the above reasons. Disappointed to come back with none of these being fixed.
We really enjoy this app, but since the last update (six days ago as of writing their review), we havent been able to receive gems (like leveling up) at all without the game crashing and saying Connection terminated. Please check your network and try again. Our phone is fine, everything is up to date, but the app isnt working. :(
For the past couple of days we’ve been attempting to launch this came and it keeps giving us a connection termination error. Its the only game that does this. Help.

After we linked our line account to this game, our gem balance has gone to zero. Guys please beware of this. Theres no turning back. Theres no warning to tell you this is going to happen. All your gems will be gone. We’ve contacted customer service twice. First time the feedback looks like an auto reply which was telling us to restart our phone and update the game wth. Second time they told us they are working on it with no specific time frame provided. We dont think Im ever going to get our gems back sob* Nonetheless, we’ve been playing this game as a guest for a little over a month now. This game is especially good for those who doesnt have a stable schedule. You can leave it off and pick it up again with no trouble playing it because it isnt really about competing with other players. At level 30 you can start fishing which is like a new game embedded in it. You can earn lots of gems from there. Just dont cheap out on your fishing gears. We liked this game and hated the customer service. Hence, the two star. One star is for brown. The other star is for this game being fun and not laggy.
Always loooooove this game but there seems to have many bugs lately. We were supposed to get the "Circus Lamp" from the mixed gacha (I even have the screenshot of it) but we did not find it from the inventory, it’s just not there. Strange, please fix this!
Just constantly loading… Never been able to play. Our friend tells us how fun and cute it is, but we’ve never been able to experience it for myself. On 5G and WiFi. Tried 5 times now. Uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times.

Just ruined by some hacking tools!! You can feel that some bots are buying things so fast that you can barely buy a single thing you want to buy! Btw the trade system is so weak and lag and slow and …… One more thing, this game is so greedy, not diamond but some design its so much upset to spend 20 or 80 diamonds on detective brown buy something but finally you just get one single item over and over again. What a wasting time is it so hard to make everything happen in the same chance? Can you guys just design more friendly to users? Or is it so hard. We are a designer too, pls just think more about your fans.
This game is the worst game First it did not oven log in so we could play Them we have to wait a hole hour and it states that it fail After we got so mad at the creaters that we trow the game out If you read this dont stall this game.

Whenever we get to a new level almost immediately the game wants us to buy something new or expand storage. Even if you spent money on this game is just wants more from you.
This game is so much fun… Enough so that we hv actually put money into it, and would give it 5 stars…. Our problem with it is that after buying gems to expand our storage sheds almost instantly its wanting us yo buy more gems to expand them AGAIN literally less than 5 minutes after we just spent (my own) money to expand them… That is RIDICULOUS… And its next to impossible to enjoy playing without expanding them… That alone takes at least two stars off our review.
This game is cute and fun for first 15 levels. After that you pretty much have to use your money to expand your land and get certain items to level up faster. The game is rigged (difficult to get the items you NEED) to make you level up harder by not showing items you actually need. Dont waste your item unless you got no job and got nothing to do except go through other peoples shop to find the items you need to level up.
Better than any farming game honestly.
It is pretty much impossible to buy the items you need to fill the train. It is also pretty clear that this is done on purpose. Well – this only makes the game less desirable to play. It is frustrating and disappointing to see this is how Line designs the game.

Cant complete the Bingo card because missions # 20 & 24 are unknown. Is this on purpose? Hmmmm….
