We fused card games and roguelikes together to make the best single player deckbuilder we could. Craft a unique deck, encounter bizarre creatures, discover relics of immense power, and Dark Dungeon Survival -Lophis Fate Card Rougelike is a single-player RPG card game.
The game incorporates the popular Roguelike game elements and creates rich unknowns and diversity, ensuring that the game experience is different for each time. In the game world, players need to make choices when encounter emergencies, and defeat the enemies in the adventure combat by establishing card group strategies so as to complete the adventure tour of the roles.
【Independent role story】
There are six different careers of roles with different career skills and exclusive cards. Each role has an independent plot and independent battle ending.

【Different chapters of the plot】
A total of four chapters are included. Maps and the regional guardians of each chapter are randomly generated. Players need to defeat the final boss to clear the stage.

【A Large number of emergencies】

Call of Lophis, AKA Lophis Roguelike, AKA Dark Dungeon Survival Pro, is without a doubt the best deckbuilding roguelike we’ve ever played. The fact that it has 3 names leads us to our first issue: translation. The translation is horribly done. However, this is easy to look past. Whats much harder to look past is that completing the game is more is less Well, impossible. This game is not for the easily frustrated, as every boss is likely to be the last of the run. The end bosses in particularly are meticulously designed to perfectly counter your chosen character, and only the greatest strategist stands a chance. Thankfully, with 7 playable characters, each with vastly different play styles, most people will probably find a deck suited to them that they can master and hopefully use to overcome the immense challenge this games campaign poses. Of course, this will take time. A very long time. If you have the patience and tolerance for pain, this is our number one recommendation for a deckbuilding roguelike game. TL;DR: Very good game, absolute best in its genre, but be prepared for it to be extremely difficult.

After the last update the game wont load Its been two weeks since the last update and we still cannot load the game. After we choose to pick story or abyss the screen turns black and we have to shut down the app.


Game is buggy with damage not registering, crashing on start up, trying to buy anything results in a transaction fail-error code 0, we think they stopped supporting it.


Says it need a .6 mb update then crashes.


This game developer doesnt understand that the player needs a sense of satisfaction in order to have fun with a deck-builder. Clearly this is a mashup of Dreamquest (iOS, excellent gameplay loop and progression sense) and Slay the Spire (not iOS, also excellent gameplay loop and sense of mastery). What is good: List of monsters with their unique trait; easy control and navigation; uniqueness of hero classes. What is bad: Fights are boring and grindy – the enemies are either not challenging at all, or impossible with very little in between. This is caused by the enemies being overly reactive. The Caveman enemy for instance – green blob with hammers – gets a free attack with snowballing damage every time he takes ANY damage. This would not be a huge problem but there is a boss reward that causes all your attacks to apply Restrain, which inflicts a small amount of damage each time the enemy attacks. This interaction makes the Caveman impossible to beat unless you can kill them in one turn every time. Otherwise, you do some damage, the Caveman gets 2 restrain and a hammer, on Caveman turn her plays a hammer and takes restrain damage and gets another hammer… Repeat until you are dead or restrain has run out. This is bad design because it provides no option for counter-play by the player. Either you can kill caveman in one turn, or you lose. No strategy involved. This could be solved by making hammers cost energy or enforcing a turn limit on the Caveman or by limiting hammer production to attack damage only (not status effects). The other badly designed enemy is Evil Knight who clones every third card you play And has 4-5 times as much health as you do. Better hope your victory condition doesnt rely on using good cards. The Evil Knight will clone those cards and use them freely against you. This could be countered (again like the Caveman) if there were some kind of limitations placed on this. Like, the Evil Knight only clones attack cards or something – as a mirror to the sword class. There are many other things wrong with this game. We get the sense that the game creator doesnt play it. It doesnt respect player time or intention. And clearly a bunch of these reviews were written by bots. Ugh.


The game has been bugged and says the network is closed. We cant buy anything and we tried to reinstall only to lose everything.


So every time we finish a run (aka die), we get past the screen where it shows the deck you died with alongside the bosses you kill. But then after that, we reach this screen and at it shows is some shield and sword icon along with a weird crystal thing (later we found out that its some sort of leveling thing) and it always gets stuck on that screen (I have to swipe up on the app and restart it), not letting us continue on with the perks of completing a run. We were wondering if you guys could fix it because we even deleted the game and redownloaded and its still giving us the same result. Besides that its still we a good game.


After each attempt the game freezes on iOS and the only way to continue is to completely close the app and go back in. This loses your progress and you dont get exp or the in game currency. Not worth playing since you cant get anywhere.


Lophis would be an enjoyable game, if the ending altar rewards screen wouldnt freeze, thereby making it near impossible to progress with the characters. The gameplay itself is relatively smooth, with interesting content. But the game breaking freeze at the end that forces the player to exit the game and lose end game rewards really makes playing this game pointless.


Game looks promising! Please let us know in the patch notes when the writing has been properly translated into English. As it stands the constant mistakes confusing word choices are too distracting to enjoy it.


After dying as the swordsman character, Im taken to the altar screen where you are supposed to be able to rise in tier. This screen has no way to exit, just shows some Chinese characters over a glowing white box, a sword and shield icon +15, and +2 soul. Only way to progress is to force close the app, which loses the progress. Will never be able to get revived and tier up, uninstalled. Other than that, game is actually ok, with a few fatal flaws. For one, its unclear whether you are upgrading a card or getting a new one at level up. Second, we have yet to find a way to remove a card from the deck, so its impossible to optimize your cycle, and if you pick up a crappy card, youre stuck with it forever. Makes it difficult to make an optimized build like poison, or card cycle. Translation is also pretty bad. Definitely needs a rewrite. Would bump to 4 stars if bug fixed, 5 if translation and gameplay optimization happened. As it is, dont bother.


The game is amazingly amazing. It is like a game called Slay the Spire and we love it. However the is only one game breaking problem. After you complete a run the game will freeze on the altar part. This wont let you get any of the rewards which are the shield and soul points we believe. If you could fix this bug we would rate this 5 stars.


This game is really solid. Has a progression system where you unlock new cards and chrs to make your deck stronger but currently has a bug that breaks this system!!! So DONT buy this right now until they fix this bug.

We didn’t play hand games very much before, but this game changed our mind. We actually switched from online swimming to hand swimming. We can’t believe it. Automated combat, daily benefits, are all our attractions.

All of the text is in English but we can make it sound more natural than it currently does. On a side note the game has a slight visual glitch on most devices. A tiny white bar is shown in the top left corner. Its not necessarily game breaking but it can definitely take you out of what is otherwise we very immersive game.

The game is fun and we enjoy it but we just purchased an IPhone XR and it doesnt fit right on the screen. Some of the screen is blocked by the speaker part of our phone. Is there a way to fix this?


Compared with other hang-up card games, this game first feels clear interface, and at a glance it can be roughly understood. Novice guidance, combined with system tips, is easier to start, and it does not take much time to learn.


Spelling, LOTS AND LOTS of spelling mistakes. Things like shield attack which is a very important card and you see a lot is spelled shiled attack. As well as some cards are worded incredibly strange, like sneak attack and other such cards. Theyre written in fragments that by themself make no sense until youve used the card a few times, making encountering new cards a scary endevor as it could damage your deck. We live this game a lot, but it would definitely benefit the crew to get some people who know english in and out to spell check the game. Other than that great mechanics, maybe a little bit more capability to upgrade cards and/or more control of your starting game deck? Thank you for your time, wonderful game.

Wow. Just. Wow. If youve ever played Slay The Spire, this is an easier-to-pick-up, less complicated version of that. This game is great. We’ve gotten to the final boss only a handful of times, and luck plays a huge role, but skill, deck management, and numerous tries prevail. Great game. Its a big fail-til-you-succeed style game. Im excited to see what other updates and characters come out.

If you are looking for roguelike game, then you will definitely love this. We managed to kill final boss without spending any money. So if you can design ur deck well, the game is not that hard. We wish they could add more new cards, and let player to change the basic cards.


We enjoy this game and have played it quite a bit reaching the end boss who is quite difficult (but fun trying to reach him!) The problem we are seeing with the game is there needs to be more opportunities to upgrade and delete cards in your deck along the map. Currently, you are at the mercy of the game and just hope you pick up any good cards along the way, with only one or two opportunities to upgrade or delete cards. It would be amazing if we had more control of how we want to build our deck and a choice to improve your deck or take a card. Another thing is the vip treasure unlock should have been part of the game instead of making people pay for it. We feel that it was intended to be played this way to begin with as all the card unlocks you get from your previous playthroughs are in these chests. We wish they could have just made the game say $4.99 with the unlocks and remove the ads? We think most people wont pay the steep $15 price for it but its a shame because the game is so much better with this feature unlocked. If they address the card building issue, this is a 5 star game.


It’s a good deal to meet a valuable gift bag on the road. The first charge is only $0.99.


We’ve really enjoyed continuing to unlock things and we love the gameplay. But we are completely unable to buy anything at all. It keeps giving us the unable to connect to the network error. Even on WiFi. Ill keep playing and maybe unlock everything the hard way.


The pages of soul and salvation are so beautiful. The cool and beautiful characters are deeply attracted. We have to say that the interface design of this game is excellent and impeccable.

Warning for people who are reading this: a certain spoiler is being reveled we like this game. Like how each character has different mechanics (at least so far with the swordsman and knight). We just had some problems with fighting the first boss with the swordsman. You seemed to us you need to do only one type of strategy to beat the boss (again, at least when we faced the a certain goblin boss). We also did not know how the fog worked. It progressed if you just entered a place. If you left the place, that counts as a day. We did not know that, and the fog progressed. That could of used a little one time note. We would also like to notice the new cards we get more often, but maybe its because we did not get far enough. Still we great game.
