Really enjoying playing this game, restoring this island. It is fun and exciting to play.
It gets stuck at about level 650 and will not let us do quest where you spend stats.
This game is so much fun we love the story behind it and its way better then other Block smashing games.
Hello! This game is so fun, however, so many people in our club are stuck on level 5101, including myself. Will there be an update anytime soon? In the mean time we do play the legendary arena and the events, but would be nice to be able to finish and move past Frost Island. This game is a hit with so many people. Please update soon! Love everything about the game when we are able to play. For some crazy reason Im not able to get the game to download it keeps popping up ERROR UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD try downloading it later. We have done everything possible for it to DOWNLOAD. So we will have no choice but to UNINSTALL our FAVORITE GAME. So we put it on our iPhone thinking that we would not have anymore problems with this game. We were wrong not happy about this. Love play this game but its currently frozen on the stronghold. We can play the levels but cant move around the island.

We like this game we play everyday but for some reason it is frozen and we cant play 8/23 u need to take this game down because u cant get any help and no updates in a year u supposed to get a reward each day that u play but thats not what happens every day is day one or two its supposed to do seven day then start over but no one is mining the store so this is what happens.
We had to restart our game due to the last one it wasn’t connecting with Facebook could you check on that to see what’s wrong with it.

We really enjoy this game a lot but we’ve recently become stuck. Im at level 4142 with 167 stars and we keep getting told that more levels are coming soon. Well, theyve been coming soon for about two months now. Whats up with that? Id really like to continue but if we cant participate in the quests, why bother? Can someone explain this to us?

We love this game the challenges and the building island an designs! Sadly we did the last update and it no longer will let us play the app and keeps giving us errors , dont want to delete all our progress Im on level 1026.
Good game, levels are at the perfect difficulty, but we have one issue. After we discovered the cave under the waterfall and had to discover a new area, the screen gets stuck at 0.00% when downloading additional resources. We know we still have enough storage so its just annoying because we really like the game but we cant keep moving forward. Any idea why this is happening?
We love this game and have had it for years and was able to play on all our phones such a our recent. But we accidentally deleted it and downloaded it back but everytime we try to reload our previous levels it says that it cant download addition content and to restart. We’ve deleted it many times, and restarted our Phone but it wont work:( someone help!

We’ve played this game for a few years Finished all the quests. Wish they would create new ones but they havent in a year. Now just play the arcade games. Warning: The AI is not random. The game levels will do their best to cheat you. Thats their job. Need a rocket? It will be facing the wrong way when it appearsoh, you were just one move from winning! Over and over. But it is entertaining. Just dont expect random chance. Its designed to make you lose.
We have played this game off and on for a few years. We enjoy the story and all of that part. Quite good nd fun. Our problem, when you get to 2k+ lvl, you know how the certain puzzle/game will end right from the start. Yes, algorithms, we get it, but the higher levels, when youve played awhile, it becomes obvious you will lose this round. We assume they want you to use your boosters to complete it. That way you need more. Overall, it is fun but anyone that has played this awhile knows exactly what we are typing.
After spending several hours playing this fun game and have reached level 651 it now says that additional content needs to be downloaded to continue to be able to explore a new area. Whenever we try to do that the game just sits there and nothing is downloaded so that we can continue.. We feel like we have just wasted our time and effort because we have contacted support and have gotten absolutely NOTHING from them in the way of help or suggestions on what to do. Our advice is to find a game where you can get help if there is a problem because you will NOT get it here!
Completed a quest, the $ prize winnings are not updated. Its not the first time, but most of the time. Cheater!

We love this game so much but we cant continue after level 685, we try to click explore new area for two stars but its not downloading the content and staying at 0.00% even though we have service and we tried redownloading the game and turning our phone off and back on. We would give it five stars but until it gets fixed its three.

We really enjoy this game, the levels are challenging and fun. However, they dont update the game very often and for about a month all we have been doing is collecting stars, but the story mode isnt going anywhere. The message just keeps saying it with update soon, but we are not sure how fast soon is!! Edit: the story mode of this game has not been updated in over a year. We have nearly lost interest in continuing this game.

We have been ready for level 5101 for months now, and have had no new quests available to us for over a year. We loved this game, but if youve given up updating the levels and quests, we guess we should give up too. We’ve played the legendary arena over and over, but am tired of repeating the levels there.
We were really enjoying this game but when we completed the treetop sanctuary and hit explore new area it takes us to a loading screen that says loading additional content but no matter how long we wait it says stuck at 0.00% complete. We’ve closed the app and went back in, we even power-cycled our phone but nothing works.

We’ve been waiting on new content for 6 mo.. Everybody on our team has left except us and Im still heee. Waiting. Are you ever gonna expand or are you just over it? We’ve played this game for years, only game we play after level 5101 your just done.
Loved the game at first. The storyline is great, the different adventures so fun and it does grow harder over time – we enjoyed the more complex puzzles and strategies we need to get through the Fortune Island. Then came Puzzle Gardens, and the level after making it to gold (it doesnt seem to have a title). The set up is too challenging so that youre more hoping for the luck of the right booster to fall in your lap and youre working in smaller and smaller grids that are impossible to maneuver without a serendipitous block. We spent a fair amount of money, more than $500, but its just not fun anymore, to go through the same puzzle over and over trying to luck out with no real control over the game. Unless theres a challenge where you get extra hours (which are often) you blow through your seven hearts, and even with the 6 + hours you can get with the smoothie challenge, who wants to play the same puzzle over and over for 10/15 mins hoping for the right line up of cubes in an 8×8 space. We did love the game, but they need to add a few more moves to make it actually possible to beat the puzzle in less attempts. Agree with other reviewers that say its incredibly slow paced, the needing multiple turns to create four hedges is unusual, but we wouldnt mind if there was actually a chance if doing so without using ten + lives. We recommend through Squid Cove and then say goodbye to what was a fun diversion.
We were on level 716 and tried going back to that saved data but our game wont load when we select that game, Im about to rage.
The game is fun, but we have run out of areas to update, and its been well over a year. We also keep running out of levels to play and have to wait weeks for new levels. Its a shame, because we love the graphics for renovating the areas & the levels are fun. Id give 5 stars if the developers were more on top of updates.

We love this game but we play 1 game the screen turns blue and we have to delete the game and reinstall it ever time we beat a level its been doing this for about 2 months who do we get in contact with to tell them about this game so maybe they can fix it .. We really enjoy playing this game one of our fav. Thats why we only gave it a 1 Im about ready to stop playing it all together when we get enough stars built up to fix the island up it freezes up been doing that for 2 weeks we delete it and reinstall it we’ve did that about 20 times still freezes up and we really do love this game.
The puzzles are fine and we can keep advancing in levels however we’ve been stuck in the waterfall for months. We reached out to support and got nothing back except thank you for contacting us about your issue. Id give 5 stars if theyd advance us past the waterfall.
The game was great but for the past year we havent been able to build /decorate any homes its ridiculous and now we’ve earned a 2 hour free play it wont let us play wth?!
We understand the difficulty level increasing. What we dont understand is why the game gets cheap with rewards? At first you earn tons of money, stars, bombs. After a while they dry up and the levels get super hard. If youre calling a level hard shouldnt it be worth more stars? How do we advance if we cant win levels and we cant earn stars? Oh wait! We know! Spend ridiculous amounts of real cash to win levels?? But then Im not winning, Im just buying. The story is cool tho, too bad we wont be getting too much further into it. Its just frustrating when it gets to this point, LOL! The fun dries up just as fast as the rewards.
This was our go-to game be aside the story line was fun and engaging but for over a year now there has been no story line update nor a level update. No point in playing the game if there are no new levels let alone a new story to spend our 1400+ stars on.

Around 600 Ellie disappears. The game will not load the new content PERIOD. Contacted support and they told us the usual which we had already done, then told us to use a VPN or try a different Wi-Fi. We have a VPN and we dont want to download on a public Wi-Fi. Very poor support. Dont bother downloading.
So we guess no one wants to help us with this game? We love playing it but the game seems to be stuck an the screen that says downloading content.
