Please help! We love this game but we are at the Ancient Ruins Chapter 1/5 Chest. Trying to explore a new area for with 2 stars and it takes us back to the loading screen and wont go any further. ID: 4WJT4.

Im starting a new area and when we go to click on it to start a new area nothing is loading. Everything is fun and we love the game. We would just like to be able to continue and start a new area.
We absolutely adore this game, but we havent been able to play in years because when we log back into the game and try to click explore new area it gets stuck in the loading page.
This is the most enjoyable game Ive played but we cant get past exploring the cave.sad face.
We absolutely love this game. We have it on our laptop and iPad our lap top when we went to go to another chapter it told us we wasnt on Wi-Fi . And to restart the game but there is no way we cant get pass that sign. Now on our iPad we were going to the next chapter and it says its downloading but it never does. We have played this game for years ,its about the only game we really play and now we cant. We are sad . Can you fix this some how.

Ive been playing this game for a while and have really enjoyed it. However, we just finished a chapter and when we finished this last chapter, it was supposed to open for us to explore a new area but it just seems to be hung up or frozen. It says downloading new content but never moves or anything. We are really disappointed and am ready to just delete the game.

Love play this game but its currently frozen on the stronghold. We can play the levels but cant move around the island.
We like this game we play everyday but for some reason it is frozen and we cant play 8/23 u need to take this game down because u cant get any help and no updates in a year u supposed to get a reward each day that u play but thats not what happens every day is day one or two its supposed to do seven day then start over but no one is mining the store so this is what happens.
We had to restart our game due to the last one it wasn't connecting with Facebook could you check on that to see what's wrong with it.

It gets stuck at about level 650 and will not let us do quest where you spend stats.
Hello! This game is so fun, however, so many people in our club are stuck on level 5101, including ourselves. Will there be an update anytime soon? In the mean time we do play the legendary arena and the events, but would be nice to be able to finish and move past Frost Island. This game is a hit with so many people. Please update soon! Love everything about the game when we are able to play. For some crazy reason Im not able to get the game to download it keeps popping up ERROR UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD try downloading it later. We really enjoy this game a lot but Ive recently become stuck. Im at level 4142 with 167 stars and we keep getting told that more levels are coming soon. Well, theyve been coming soon for about two months now. Whats up with that? Id really like to continue but if we cant participate in the quests, why bother? Can someone explain this to us.

We really love this game but im having some issues with the game, this is the first time we have an issue since we started playing it like 2-3 years ago, the thing is im in the ancient ruins part and when we hit explore a new chapter it sends us back to the picture that appears in the beginning when you open the game but theres a text that says Downloading additional content… 0.00% ive been waiting a lot of time and the bar is still in 0 we tried restarting the app and everything but it just send us back to the game like normal and we dont know what to do anymore.
Hi! We really love this game and when we changed our device, we lost it. We remembered the game yesterday and downloaded it again but we tried to recover our progress and it wont work. We like this game but the cave would not download Ive sent a message to support. When we try to back up in face book it says inactive and that they know there is a problem. So when we deleted our program we lost everything. Please help we love this app. Also is there any new downloads.

Good game, levels are at the perfect difficulty, but we have one issue. After we discovered the cave under the waterfall and had to discover a new area, the screen gets stuck at 0.00% when downloading additional resources. We know we still have enough storage so its just annoying because we really like the game but we cant keep moving forward. Any idea why this is happening.

We really do enjoy playing the game. Ive been playing for a few years now but Im on level 804 but it wont unlock and load any new areas of the game Ive been stuck behind the waterfall and unable to open up the next island Ive tried updating our app closing out the game reloading it and Ive even backed up our progress and nothing is working. We have 186 stars that Ive accumulated while playing that we still have and occasionally we still try to use stars to unlock a new area and nothing happens. We still play the game everyday but it would be great if we could get to a new area and continue with the island clean up and build. Thank you for your time.

Its a fun game but some of the adventure series are pretty impossible to finish. They do not give you enough energy to finish tasks. That either forces you to abandon it or pay for energy. We wish this wasnt the case. When you cant even finish one thing with the amount of energy you have, the game just gets boring.
We actually really enjoy this game because theres no ads or annoying pop-ups, and we havent needed to pay money in order to progress. But Im stuck story wise because the new Ancient Ruins chapter wont start. Every time we try, it says downloading additional content but stays stuck on that screen. We messaged support, no luck. We tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but stuck on same screen. Im now at 99 stars we cant use.
This used to be a great team game, but Plarium no longer updates or maintains it.
Im having trouble downloading our saved game, keep getting a error message saying unable to download additional content. Ive opened and closed the app several times but the error still keeps saying the same thing.
We have been playing this game, am at level 610 and it wont download content to go to level 611. Cant find support to report a problem. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the app still wont work.
We love this game. We stopped playing it because the next area wouldnt download. After a few months, we reinstalled it thinking the problem was fixed. It allows us to keep playing levels, but the next adventure area will not load at all. Please fix this so we can continue playing.
Completed a quest, the $ prize winnings are not updated. Its not the first time, but most of the time. Cheater.
