Lost Lands: Dark Overlord – an adventurous hidden object game-quest with puzzles and mini-games that tells a story about the stunning fantasy world full of unknown corners and mysterious inhabitants
Young mother with her son were about to leave their cottage located in the woods. Susan’s son Jimmy was playing nearby when suddenly he heard strange voices… Susan had just stepped away to answer the phone, but when she returned she saw something pulling her son Jimmy through a shimmering portal. It closed before she could pull him back. To save her son, Susan must find a way to this other world. The things will turn out to be more complicated than the woman expects. On the way, she will face lots of puzzles and mysteries, as well as the mysterious inhabitants of the Lost Lands. To bring Jimmy back she will have to win a victory over the Dark Overlord who’s keeping the world in fear!

Challenging puzzles, interesting scenery.
We love puzzles and any other games that get you thinking. This has been a great brain exercise and distraction from stress! Love love love this on our way to the next one!
Great game!!! Second time playing it through. Played all of the lost lands and want to get all the achievements now. You find more in the story line the second time through! Totally worth it!
Very interesting and challenging mind game. You really have to find ways to solved the next phase and collect items needed to complete the task. Im enjoying this a lot.
We love the puzzles. Animation is great. Stories are fun. Only part hard for us is remembering what place we need to go when we find a puzzle piece. We use the hint to help us, and we do not mind watching an ad for the hint.
We like games where we have to think and figure out how to solve the puzzle at hand. However what we dont like is having to go back and forth, but we do understand the need for it.
We have finished all of the games from these creators and we have to say, we really enjoyed them! Cant wait to play anything bf they release in the future. Highly recommend!!!

Really enjoyed this game. Some of the puzzles are very challenging, definitely recommend this game if you enjoy point & click style puzzles. Tip: really pay attention to everything, throughout the game several key pieces to puzzles are hidden in what looks like background graphics. If you get really stuck, you can buy a hint. We almost recommend buying a hint even if you dont use it to pay this developer for a really well-done game. Typically free to download games are really annoying with in-app purchases, this one doesnt do that. You can definitely beat the whole thing without paying for a hint if you are so inclined.
We love the graphics, sounds effects, puzzles and stories. It really keeps you interested, and isnt annoying to play. Other games of this ilk only let you play for an hour every 24 hours. Thank goodness we found lost lands. We’ve beaten 1, and 8 including bonus chapters.

We were expecting a dull we Spy sort of game, what an incredible surprise this was! We really loved it. The fantasy aspect and the story was so enthralling and genuinely interesting. We had so much fun learning about these mythical lost lands, all the different creatures, etc. The puzzles were creative and really enjoyable!!! But what really kept us going was the story progression. We think theres a good balance of story moments and puzzle work. Great job!
We finished it in 2 days because we loved it so much. This is the kind of game that we were looking for for a very long time. The story is great, the graphics are great as well, but the most interesting and exciting part is that all the small games inside are always different and you dont get bored easily.

We didnt really know what the game was when we downloaded it, but have been really amazed with how in-depth, beautifully drawn, and how much variety in the puzzles there is. Its been a pleasure to play. Excellent find for a free game. We had no problem deciding to pay a couple bucks for some extra coins to get a hint now and again. Great game. Really well done.

We’ve played many puzzle games and this entire series is by far our favorite! We love that it has enough stories and details that its not over in just a few scenes. For a F2P game this is a most excellently designed game. Please make more!

Very good game! Much to our pleasant surprise. Long, challenging but not impossible (a peak at the walkthrough on the internet sometimes is just enough when needed). The little heads-up at the top pf the puzzle is very user friendly and helpful. Cant wait to play them all. Great for past time entertainment.

We were really enjoying this game, the graphics and story line are great. We just cannot get over the fact that you have to buy hints! We play very casually for the storyline mainly and would rather pay one time to unlock the whole game. Deal breaker for us!

We’ve now played all eight Lost Land apps and have enjoyed every one of them. They all have challenging puzzles that make the games very interesting. You certainly cant complain about the cost. We didnt pay a cent to play any of the games. Hopefully, number 9 is on its way.

We love these types of games but we could never find the one until this series. The person who created these games is so talented. We would recommend these games 1000000% we’ve stayed up multiple nights trying to finish all of it.
Our only issue with this awesome game is purchases dont carry overif we have left over credits in one game we feel at least half should carry over to another game. Otherwise, we love these games! They get frustrating at times, having so many different things to remember to go back to. We will continue to play them though!
This game was beautifully artistic and planned out well. We found most of the puzzles and games way too hard and no automatic help buttons didnt help. Too much for us but if you like a serious challenge, this is the game for you.

We love these games! We absolutely love putting together puzzles and finding missing clues in a game, this game ha it all PLUS a story you can listen to and not just read. We hate those games that make you read the story because the characters dont speak a real language or they speak a language we cannot understand. We think Im on our 3rd story line and each story line has about 4 to 6 games you can play PLUS bonus scenes!!!! We love these games!
We love the adventure puzzle games where you find clues and items in various locations and have to keep going forward in order to go back to solve so you can go forward again. Not all of the puzzles and clues are obvious so you are mildly challenged at times and totally stumped at others. Lack of ads is super. We will pay for games like this. To make it a bit more challenging, we should be able to reopen a scene that we have already completed leaving us to wonder if that scene still has another clue to find.
The graphics are good. This game is a nice change from the match three games. It is challenging, but the hints are only one coin. You can get coins for a reasonable price. We are new to the game, but we are enjoying it so far. It certainly makes you use your brain!

We absolutely loved this game. It is very legitimate and challenging, not just an app to push ads. Great story and graphics, highly recommend if you are looking for a treasure hunt style game.
We were having a problem with the different names of the games with F2P or CE. But we’ve got it all sorted out now. So now we just pay the game that has a listed price and know that we wont have to watch ads or pay as we go. Im happy that you still makes games as so many of our favorite companies have dropped off in the last 10 years.
We cannot believe this game is free, with no ads. It is beautiful and fun, with a great story and challenging puzzles. Its exactly the kind of game we like to play, and the devs did an amazing job here. We think there may be sequels which you might have to pay for, but we feel willing to do that after being able to play this whole game, and am now doing the bonus chapter, with no purchases and no ads. There should be more games like this.
