There just could be more! We absolutely love this game and everything that comes with it already. We’ve played so many of them and will keep playing them. We want the option to be male to be available. We think itll get more people to play even. We think there should be a little more detail the faces, they all end up looking the same and we just want more differences in their facial features. We think there could be a little more options for us to make but over all we do love this game and think people should try it!
So we finished everything just waiting for the new episodes but this game is amazing quick question are you doing season 4 in this same app and last time love this game.
But its okay.. Just use the money we all spent on the game to make it better. Theres a review in public that gives the perfect response to the game. Please please heed that information and utilize it to make a more immersive game. Thank you so much for giving this a go! It is quite fun but it can be better. We believe in you and Im sure others do as well about the potential of this Love Island depiction. :) Thank you again! Stay safe! From a fan!
For the most part we have no notes. This game is very juicy, spicy, and overall fun. The only thing we didnt care for were unnecessary episodes like the Love Island Musical episode. It just wasnt worth the wait in our opinion. Other than that, we have thoroughly enjoyed this game and we cant wait to restart and make horrible choices.
We followed this game and played the new episodes every Wednesday sad to see it come to a end but Fusebox out did their selves. RECOMMENDATION:: MAKE A LOVE ISLAND HOMECOMING, where we get the wedding, and to meet the parents and the after math add some drama, so the story doesn’t have to end and we can see the characters again!!! Awesome game :) – Emma.
We love this game. Just wish that you could watch adds for diamonds or do tasks for them. We bet that if you do this that it would make a little extra money for the DEVs and it would make the game more enjoyable. It also be nice to have more hair options. Maybe a body type instead of the same body.
We have gotten so addicted ever since we installed it the only thing is you only get 1 ticket every 2 hours.
With this game, we loved how much we could customize our own character! Thats was our probably our most favorite part about this new season and we hope this is a permanent, so not bad but, we were really hoping for open choices as far as the LIs were involved. We were also hoping there werent three charters we were essentially forced to be with. We also definitely missed the family interactions! But ultimately we loved the diversity and customizations, that was really fun and we hope thats permanent. But, Im looking forward to more for you guys!!
Our biggest issue is that the choices you make influence nothing no matter who you choose to leave the island the same rolls leave, the story line stays the exact same. Not to mention there wasnt the choice between love or money at the end, and no casa amor?! The game was still enjoyable just didnt live up to the previous seasons, however, we did love the customization.
We have been a big fan of the first love island mobile game! We loved the first season, but the second season was favorite out of all. Then, it came season 3, which in our opinion, was too short and everything happened too fast. Now, season 4 we wanted to finish it to give our sincere opinion. We liked the length, there are a lot of chapters which it brought us back to season 2. We liked that MC was not part of the OG but rather she came as the bombshell, which we found interesting and new. Now, there were many things that we did not like about this season. We felt like there were a lot blank spaces in between as for example, not everyday the islanders had challenges and they spent those moments chilling, but we felt that in those parts the conversations were forced as if there was nothing else to include to engage the reader. Also, the connections with the rest of the islanders were also kind of forced for the most part, except for the friendship connection MC has with Thabi. The romantic connections were limited and kid of rushed. Dialogues repeated themselves very often, which made them boring. The finale was predictable, we didnt feel like there was anything new nor well-developed. We felt like even if we chose somebody at the las recoupling, we knew we were going to win either way. If there is going to be a fifth season, we hope that the developers read all of our reviews and take in consideration our opinion. Our big recommendation is to look back to season 1 and 2 for they had a great plot, great development of characters, great love interests, great friendships, and different outcomes based on your choices.
Love island is a fun and great game but this season was lacking. Much like the other ratings point out the choices dont matter. If you play it multiple time the outcome will be the same down to the dialogue. We feel like that this season was missing possible art. A BIT OF SPOILERS but the hot dog stuffing contest there was a description of the MC having condiments all over them. In the previous game the went as far as having paint on the characters during a paint challenge. They also missed the chance to insert art of the food during the cooking challenge. Which again in the previous game they loved to show little things like that. We couldnt bring myself to give it a lower score because we know their game are quality but this one couldve been better. Season four is a play then dont come back to. We hope next season is better. We will await with baited breath.
What happened to getting gems after each episode? We havent received any gems for any episode completion. We also want to mention the two episodes arent really worth waiting a whole week for maybe consider unlocking more episodes.
We really liked the overall idea of this season, but the cons outweighed the pros. Every single character had soooo much potential and the art is really good, but it was sold short by a rushed storyline and too many inconsistencies within it. We were actually gonna look past all of this and replay the game, but the prom/final episodes were underwhelming and the final outfits were all horrid. Im giving it a 2 star review because we think it is redeemable if the devs ever decide to fix typos/glitches (amnesia lol), make the story longer, and actually flesh out the characters. Unfortunately, Im doubtful, so we wont be replaying. :(
FB is going down hill. They are trying to hard to please everyone. Which in return is making it hard to write the stories. Go back to basics. You cant please everyone. If we were you , we would do season 5 as a mixture of season 2 and 1. You could always make a whole other game where its a free for all. But what yall are doing now, is just not working.
We found myself just tapping through until we got to make a choice and it really didn’t make a difference because it was never bonding with your LI or character development or plot, it was just really boring nonsense. There were recouplings way too often with not enough time getting to know your LI beforehand and no consequences! They would forget that you were ever together once you couple with someone else. Will not even be finishing this season let alone REplaying, because every single LI has recycled dialogue and no personality. The art is super well done and we have to appreciate the effort that takes especially to animate them, just wish they put the effort into the story instead.
We’ve played fusebox games since their first season of love island the game was released. The writing this season feels incredibly rushed and its very family-friendly (which is a huge contrast to the first season of litg). We mean, a character meant to portray an actual adult woman literally says in this season oh fiddlesticks and not as satire. Like, really?? What adult human actually says that in a non-joking matter (if at all)? Theres also tons of misspellings and misusing of pronouns (in addition to mixing up she/her and he/him pronouns, sometimes sentences should use his and instead will say him). It just feels like the company was in such a rush to release this season (since they were so delayed after firing like all of their writers) that they didnt even take the time to proofread their horrible writing. We think theyre slowly updating it and fixing these issues but it shows laziness and feels like fusebox isnt bothering to put in work to deliver a quality product (i would have been fine to wait even longer for this season if the content would have been better). Also, this season is very bothersome because when diamond options come up, when you select the non-diamond option, it will ask you the question again. If you selected either the first diamond choice or the second, you would figure that this would unlock the diamond option/premium scene regardless of when/which question you bought it under, right? Nope, not in this case. The scene is the same regardless so why do we have to pay for it twice? Money. App users can receive a small amount of diamonds through a daily check in but in order to get more they have to pay x amount of dollars for x amount of gems. Regardless if a player got the gems they used to play a diamond scene from daily check ins or paying money, we should have access to that scene no matter if its the first or second time that its offered to us. But hey at least we get to customize our mc with piercings and tattoos (that cost diamonds), right?
Season 4 of LITG was an extreme let down. The story felt rushed. We didnt connect with any characters. The styling of the game looks great, but it really lacks the heart of the first 2 seasons of LITG.
As someone whos played every season, this was just not it. There was no story, no chats, no flirting. We love the art style and how much its improved. But the story fell short. We feel like it was rushed and not very well executed. We had high hopes since it was a new app entirely. Hopefully redemption can be made with a great reunion and a better season next year. We think the company should really listen to their followers considering we are the ones keeping them in business .
Out of all four, this was the worst disjointed short story ever written. At the end of the game, the only person youve been allowed to truly get to know is your BFF. There are many many incidents of being forced to date someone you dont like (for as PC as this game is trying to be, it doesnt draw the line when it comes to unwanted advances). 1/10 replay value. Go download the old app and play Season 2 if you want to see how this game SHOULD be.
We’ve played the previous love island seasons and this by far is the most disappointing. The stories are dry, not challenging, and feels so rushed in comparison. We miss the art of the previous games. The promo art looks way better than the graphics. Characters look very stiff and awkward. The most interesting loves internets and characters dont even come until much later and its too late to build them up, even tho theyve used for promo art. The ending is terribly rushed and not reminiscent of the previous games. This season lacks any of the charm from previous seasons. Its very shallow and routes dont seem very different from each other, like in season 2. Skip this and replay the other seasons. If this is the direction these games are headed to, no thanks. As a long time love island game fan, this season has been a huge let down.
We really loved this but we feel like it was rushed because the first love island game had more drama included and more challenges where here theres not really a lot of drama included and it little more awkward.
We know everyone says this, but compared to the previous seasons, (obviously not season 3) season 4 was just lacking so much. Much of the challenges didnt even feel like a reality tv show instead they were usually just children’s activities they made because the characters were even bored. Plus, this season felt so rushed, season 2 is a better example of the pace id like to see in an episode. We used to be able to spend 15-20 minutes in one episode (s2) and now it goes by in 5-10. We wouldnt mind the shortness of the episodes if it was atleast interesting. Not once this season was we actually on the edge of our seat waiting for the next episode to release. We mean, even the love interests (LI) were missing much of their character. Previous LIs were similar but much of the LIs in season 4 were basically copying each others personality. We just dont see a reason to replay this season, because we dont really like the LIs this season.
What was once a great game has turned disappointing. We believe the changes are due to trying to appeal to a younger audience and making money. The storylines have gotten progressively worse as the seasons have gone.
What happened? Season one was alright but got you hooked, season two was amazing! The whole story was great, the art was awesome, and you really felt an engagement and personal investment in the game and with the characters. Season two made you want to play it 300 times with other characters and get different endings and see different dialogue. Fusebox just gave up or Im not even sure with season three. The art was decent, but they destroyed the original concept of the show, cut out a billion things that made season 2 amazing. And now season four, we seriously thought season three couldnt get any worse with the no consequences for most major actions, making the season significantly shorter, and just sloppy writing, but season four. Takes the cake. Which is such a shame because the art for all the characters is beautiful except your character. The story is horrible, we feel no personal interest in any of the characters, feeling forced to couple up with people that you are interested in. The writing is so inconsistent and bad. The episodes you have to wait a week for but you feel like nothing has happened after you play three episodes in a row. Giving the same dialogue to other characters. Saving the bombshell male love interest till the end of the season what the.. Its just bad bad bad. If season five is this much of a disaster. Im not playing anymore, deleting the app. Do better Fusebox.
Like some other reviews mentioned, we were also hoping for more diverse options for the players. The game needs more skin tones, hair textures, facial features, and body types/sizes! We were really disappointed that there is only ONE skin color and hair style for Black/biracial people, and only ONE body type! The lack of diversity was the start. Poorly written dialogue, boring predictable content, very rushed short episodes. So BASIC! The worst of ALL seasons! Season 2 of the original game is by far the best out of all the seasons/games.

Absolutely horrible the writers def didnt care, why even bother.. So lame.. Are you kidding us? Why even make it? Compare this trash to the other seasons and its like not even the same game. So fakey, way too rushed, no fun, like two minutes, hardly any recouplings, way different feel than the originals, feels so lame. Also, just no haha. No character development or anything interesting at all. We literally skipped through pretty much all the dialogue waiting for anything interesting to happen.. Never did. Too sad.
This whole game was a complete scam. Yall made a whole new app instead of just updating the other one, and this new one works like garbage & forces you to go all the way through each ad, in addition to making it so we only get 1 gem for each episode instead of two. And why? So that we cant use our gems we still had on the first game? Everything good about the first few seasons has been sacrificed for the absolutely pointless little character animation. This game is a total waste of time.
The dialogue is so generic, rushed, and is incohesive. The app lacks ROMANCE dialogue instead we get pointless conversation or musical episodes. Also the lack of traditional, realistic parts of the show such as splitting/taking the money, casa amor, mc recap, etc are all missing. The characters also lack real depth and it feels like choices don’t even really matter all that much because they aren’t really remembered or brought up. The idea is great but execution was just poor and disappointing as someone who has been playing for years.
This was by far the worst season. We’ve tried to stay positive throughout but it was just horrible. The choices of guys we had were mediocre and we were stuck with either Bruno or James for a while if we didn’t pick najuma. Oliver the only good looking guy with a great personality shows up all the way at the end. Honestly what even was this season. Such a waste of time and money. If we could give zero stars we would. Also we know we sound like a Karen but this was just a huge disappointment. Season 2 of litg will always be the best season.
To say we were disappointed is an understatement. This game not only did not live up to its brand in the slightest, it was incredibly difficult to earn a decent amount of gems, the plot was VERY boring and PG, the story itself felt both lazy and rushed, and it left a sour taste in our mouth. Other than the art and outfits, we hated everything about this game. Even in the last 4 chapters we found so many grammatical or story line errors that it just really felt like no developers cared in the end. Shame on you, fusebox. You started off strong with a unique premise and immediately fissile out as soon as it became very apparent that the story was extremely linear and your choices didnt matter. How did you even make us hate our own character?? You lost a truly loyal a dedicated fan!!
We’re played all four seasons of this game, and was a loyal player back when there was only one season on the original app, and we’re sad to say we will never play another season of LITG again unless there is an incredible, SIGNIFICANT improvement in quality of writing and care. This felt like a huge decline compared to the other existing seasons, because there were no challenges. No Casa Amor. No drama. Your decisions made no impact, other characters didn’t react nor remember significant decisions, we barely got to know any of the characters except Angie, and we spent NO time with our partners. It didn’t even feel like Love Island and every. Single. Week. Was a new recoupling. It was absolutely exhausting and felt like there was no point. Made it to the second-to-last volume before the finale before we gave up after seeing spoilers. Deleting the app immediately, and you should not download this at all. Oh how the mighty fall.
One of the worst game ever, the other characters are more prettier than the MC, boring, cringe and literally the same music is used. Look like season 2 will be the best.
Season 4 cant even call itself Love Island. The whole team needs to go back to the basics to understand why so many enjoyed playing season 2. Season 2 had drama, interesting characters with GROWTH, great storyline, casa amor, enjoyable diamond scenes, and outfits. This new season was a flop. You removed the entire ending: short prom, no speech writing, lumped in the finale with the prom(????), no finale recap, and removed the whole essence of choosing to share or take the money in the end. How can you call this Love Island when you remove the essentials? Yall need to listen to the community before no one plays this game anymore.
We’ve played the other seasons and honestly, season 4 has the least depth. The appeal of this game is supposed to be choice. Most games with that as a selling point should at least strive for replay value, but this season has none. This particular season is so one-track, totally plotted out for your character no matter what you do, theres barely long term consequences or effects based on your decisions. The writing also feels very childish. Amateur level story writing that feels rushed and silly. The episodes are short and most of them feel entirely meaningless. The finale was released today and as Im writing this, they didnt even write for you to be able to choose your partner or the money, which is the entire premise of the show the game is based on.
We were so excited for this season because we thought after the feedback from s3 they would make a good season, boy was we wrong. This was by far the worst one. We would rather play s3 than this. Every episode was so short that it felt like nothing was happening like the story was progressing so randomly and it was impossible to like any of the characters. AWFUL writing as well it had the same overly-positive meaningless tone from s3. There was 0 drama and none of the responses from the characters felt individual or meaningful to the story. But then again there wasn’t even a story. Overall terrible pls bring back the writing from s2. We still replay s2 bc it’s the only one with any flavor. Anyway, this was a huge disappointment, im already deleting the app.
We were at the finale and it asked if we wanted to make a bouquet for Will and we bought gems in order to afford it. The game re launched and cleared all of progress, achievements and our purchases. We spent more on this than Im proud to admit since it came out and Im honestly livid.
Im just going to be straight with u we dont like this why?! Well bc we felt like u rushed and the dance part ohhhh Mad aint even the word for it we wanted them to dance we love the outfits and stuff but we dont like this game at all Im sorry.
Alright! We have been a player since the first season. Honestly, we look forward to playing the game every summer since we enjoy it so much. However, it is a little disappointing when the game is not released in the summer, but the winter. Although, that is not our main complaint. We get things happen and all, but come on. Season 4 was so poorly written as it lacked a story line, and for Heavens sake, just about everything us readers have been begging for, and for years now! The prior seasons were released in the summer, this one, was not. Although, that did lead us to think that the writers were taking extra time to touch up on the season and make sure it was perfect. If you could not guess, they did not do that. The season was so obviously rushed and did not have a point as many events that us readers look forward to (Casa Amor for ex.) were not included. On top of that, the creators advertised Kelly (Fusebox profile pic) and Oliver way too much for them to barely being on the show. We mean, Kelly was voted out like days after she got there, if even that! And Oliver, he was only included in the last few days. Sure, it is a great marketing strategy to draw readers in because the characters come off as attractive, but it was ultimately disappointing when we did not get to spend any time with the characters. A big issue we have, and we know many people can agree with this, is that Fusebox does not listen to our ideas, at all. Finally, the option to add tattoos to the MC have been added, but we have been begging for body types, and with how seasons 3 & 4 were, better-written story lines. We are getting tired of getting our hopes up for this app, only for it to continuously disappoint. We know what we are saying is harsh, but it needs to be heard. This game has so much potential, as seen in seasons 1 & 2, but it has not been living up to that reputation. We know it can be great, and Fusebox, just by listening to our suggestions, so many people would play this game, and continue to do so. We’ve played this game since we found it through Cody Ko and Noel and found the first 2 seasons enjoyable. After seeing the last 2 seasons its been really difficult to maintain interest and the story lines and character development have decreased. It feels childish where as the show its based on is relatively more mature so its hard to see a correlation. We might be interested to see if theyll take the feedback from this most recent season into consideration for the next but the overall morale for this last season seems low based on the feedback on social media. Its understandable to want to be innovative and try new features and designs but the primary focus should be centered around a solid story line first.
This was terrible! We were so bored and disappointed with the entire season. And what made matters worse is that prom was terrible and the dress choices sucked. Y’all threw this crap together and put no thought into it and it showed. If y’all need better writers with a better imagination contact us because we’re confident that we could write a better story line than this.
As someone who has played every season, this season is by far the worst. We were excited when we saw the artwork this season because the characters looked great and had better customization than in past seasons. There was no depth to most of the characters. Each episode is basically a recoupling rather than any meaningful storyline. We got to the finale, and didnt even get to choose the money or splitting (which is the entire point of the actual show). Overall, there was just lazy writing. You also cant replay without spending tickets a second time, which is really annoying. We feel like they only did that because they didnt make money on this horrible season.
We were willing to overlook the fact that they basically turned the game into a glorified Episode story, but how they rushed the finale was sad. The worst season of love island hands down.
As someone who has been playing since the app started, we are very disappointed. This season was rushed, the amount of money we had to spend did NOT match the quality and it felt like you all dont care about the people playing. If the next season is like this then you will have less and less people playing. Completely disappointed that the people behind this game dont care about the people playing. Do better or dont make the game at all. Listen to our feedback because from the moment this season started, youve been ignoring us all. We miss the old people behind this game.
We love this game we need them coming soon episodes OUT NOW PLEASE LOL but you guys need the tickets to come as one like in 2 hours we should have two not in two hours we have one and have yo wait for the other one like in the first love island but other than that we LOVE IT!!!!
Very good game love it bu to deleted the app and after 2 weeks we downloaded it back and we click to save our progress it goes in but it doesnt save it !!!!
We loved the first three seasons. Well… We loved season two. One and three had hiccups but we played them. This season seemed to be going for what season two shined for…. Just on a brand new app after the company fired everyone. We really don’t understand it, and we don’t think we ever can, but we digress. The app works well, and there are a lot of features we’re glad got intergrated that we’ve been asking for since S2. However, still a long way to go. To get to the gritty parts, this season isn’t bad. It had shining moments that made us think of season 2, it has some fun, but good god does the writing feel…… Off. Somethings don’t click, characters get the signature Amnesia and the way we have a new coupling every episode it seems was very off putting. We just got into a couple…. What am we doing being picked by a different guy three minutes later?! The writing is the downfall of this season, unfortunately. Overall, not mad, not happy, just…. Sitting with it, in a way. Hoping you guys listen to the fanbase more because had you we would’ve played this the day it came out, not wait until we remembered it existed and downloaded hesitantly.
This game is fun somewhat but as someone who is a lesbain there should be more lgbtq options. Most of the time we forced to date a girl that we dont really like the personality of. We just wish there was more lgbtq+ charecters.
We feel like you guys were able to fix it a little from day 29 and on. Before that, it wasnt so good. Maybe try using season 2 from the other app as the blueprint for the next season.
