We have been playing this game for a while trying to get enough game cash to win an Amazon gift card. We have reached about 750,000. And cannot get any more game bucks. What is wrong? We cannot find a way to contact customer supporthopefully this will help. We have been through 10s of 1,000,000.s of coins with no more movement on our game bucks.
Earlier we submitted a review on disappointment with this app thinking it was like all the rest of the fake apps because we could no longer access any of the benefits of the bonuses and we just discovered, even after checking for updates on the app, it was actually our phone that needed the update, so we apologize to the developer for our previous comments. We never stopped playing the game because we enjoy it and Im not one to give up and the developers contacted us directly and we knew something had to be wrong if they went to the effort to contact us, so we checked our phone and thats what it was. So our heart felt apologies but it still takes forever to get the prize you want and we have worked diligently since August of last year but we wont look a gift horse in the mouth, especially when its free and its fun! So Ill continue to plug along just as we have. Thank you for contacting us!

We like the game and look forward to cashing in on those prizes. The ads dont load for us and we waste a lot of time waiting as they try to load in the middle of the game.

Its really good so far, solitaire is one of our favorite games, we used to spend hours as a kid playing it. But heres our problem with the game though… None of the ads will load, at all in the prizes thing. Not one of them. We dont mind watching them.. We really dont.. But with the prize thing when you get 7 moves done, it wont load at all. Is it like a glitch or is it a bug or something? Is anyone else experiencing this?
We get little diamonds we played everyday we are stuck with 850.49.
We find it funny to read other reviews and responses from the developers… It always says, all our prizes are real… Well of course theyre real… But can you really win them is the question?!? We’ve been playing for a few months now. The game is somewhat enjoyable but getting boring because the thought of actually winning a minimal prize has really become delusional at best. They stopped giving cash in the choose your cards game, as well as the slot machine option, played over 5 million coins, no cash won… The only reason for two stars is because we like solitaire, but its generous since you have to watch a ton of ads with no rewards at the end… We have not read a review yet that says they actually won and received a prize… But Im sure the developers will respond and say again, our prizes are real… And to that we say, PROVE IT!
At first this was a great game. Started racking up dollars pretty easily. Then the more we acquired, the less we started winning. Also at one point we had over $700k in dollars; then $400k of them mysteriously disappeared. So we kept playing, knowing it was a glitch. Now Im back up to $800k, but havent won much in about a month. Long and short of it; dont expect to win any cool prizes unless you have ALOT of time to invest in this app.
Its so hard to get tickets we would have to play for a decade before we could actually redeem a prize.
The game is fine however it is too difficult to actually win the money to get the prizes. We downloaded this game after seeing an ad that said we would get $100 to cash out immediately… That has not happened. Winning the cash needed for the prizes is too far and in between. Do better developers!!!

What do you do with coins?? We have 12 million. Whats the point if you can do anything with them. Been trying to get an answer to this question but nobody seems to know an answer . We guess no customer service.
We tried to cash out our coins for their Amazon Card and it said we didnt have enough well over 6,000,000 and still says we dont have enough reviews our account so we can cash out or be sued for false advertising. We have the original IP address for the developer and waiting for this to be fixed. It pays to be married to a law official.
Dont bother. We like solitaire why not play and win a gift card. At first download you win a lot but when your close to winning an actual prize the odds are next to none there are sooooo many ads. You would maybe have to play for 3 years to possibly win anything after seeing like 10000 ads. 99% scam But they let 1% win so it not reported as a full scam.
You will not win money playing this game. It is simply a way for the developers to make money on ad space.
What are the point of coins? What can we do with them? The only thing we have found is that we can spend coupons that we could be using for real prizes to buy coins that as far as we can see are useless.

We would like to say that if the jackpots on the slot machine was higher we think more people would play your game.
You get up there, close to 1 Million and it stops giving you anything. You can tell it is rigged, because there are times/days when you get tickets almost every turn, then the next day not a single one, so the game can and is being rigged. Shame on you!

This game actually sent us the $100 Amazon gift card we earned! What a pleasant surprise. We were shocked to receive it since most games these days dont pay what they promise. Try it. Support responds which is also nice.
This is a fun game but Im going to really enjoy it when the prize money is awarded.
We gave it 3 stars as we do like to play solitaire but that is all this game is good for. SHOULD NOT advertise that unlike all the other games that promise cash this one lets you cash out. This game IS JUST LIKE THE OTHERS!! When you get up there not only does it STOP letting you win cash so you can cash out it actually takes away the daily collect tab to be able to collect cash. No matter how many ads you watch to get some cash it never lets you win and you cannot collect cash when you win games. The only two ways to get cash is to collect the daily check in (which they stop) and collect 3 cards that match (which now are never cash). If you are looking to play for money this game is not for you. If you like solitaire its good but not great. To the developers of this game STOP promising and promoting what you WILL NOT deliver.
These games rely on Americas greed to thrive. One of the biggest developers of these games has a banner in their office in China that translates to we will prosper from Americas geed and we have pictures of a few other companies that had similar slogans in their office. We dont think they counted on us being fluent in Mandarin when they allowed us to visit last year. If the developer would like, we can have a Russian friend decode the programming of this app, like we did with over 200 for the ABC special on free money/gift apps. They ALL have been programmed to absolutely STOP paying out money right before you reach whatever the minimum cash out is. Whether its $10 or $100, we had 7 people playing almost 300 apps 14 hours a day for 3 months. The ONLY prize that the 7 of us was able to redeem was a $2 amazon gift card that they still havent sent us, and the app , shockingly, is no longer in the App Store. We would like to have the developers set up a YouTube page where they can post the list of payouts they have given out. That way if they lie about it, the IRS can get involved. You will never be able to do anything for their false advertisements, but they can be held accountable by the IRS if they are caught lying about how much money they have given away.
We wanted to make money watching videos we would download one of those apps its one thing to get extra to have to watch a video but to claim our prize when we’ve already done the work. Not cool and we click give up and still makes you watch a video not cool also claims that dont have to reach a certain amount before cashing out we click on it and it says we have to get so much money.
Missing fingers, without it actually coming from a hand missing a finger is a terrible idea, philosophy, and behavior to support. Please contact us after that ad in particular is removed, and Ill likely download and promote the game. Best, Jessica Romero.
We injoy the game as pure solitaire, but you wont make money. We played the slots with $4,000,000.00 and did not win a single dollar bill! False advertising!
Its relaxing game to play sometimes but dont mention that you able win or prize just for people to download and play that not the point we lot well believe this fake game because there going to a hard time please stop this false advertisement that just our point of view thank you for your time.

The fact that when we bet 100K it has a 0.0001% chance of us winning 9 diamonds and it is rigged we’ve tried over 3,000 times no joke if you guys could please just help get us 1,000,000 tickets.
We really enjoy playing the game however we’ve earned enough for 2 different prizes & still have yet to see them. Side Note- we’ve been playing for several months before we were able to redeem anything.
Downloaded this game the other day. Seems like would be fun game to play with potential for maybe reasonable payouts, however nothing works, no ads will load for quick pick game ( to gain coins & or game cash ) yet this keeps popping up every few seconds of play then never goes anywhere ( yet makes you check you dont want the prizes to get out of perpetual spin ( ads loading ) & back to game. WTH is going on!!! Why in the world you have features throughout your game intended to aid/surprise players with surprise coins/ game cash/ more picks if theres no intention of it working.
We were hoping that this app was different but it turns out it is not. To get any payout you must have 1,000,000 dollars. We had 820,000 dollars and went through 4 to 5 million coins and did not get one single dollar more. Shame on you.
But so far its fun to play. In all honesty most games show all these cash prizes and then you dont get anything so we try to play just for the fun of it. If one should be legit and they actually pay you that would be great. If that is you guys that would be even better. So far this is a great game to play. We love playing Solitaire and when there is the chance of winning a few dollars its even better. Right now we will give you. 4 Star rating. We can bring it up to a five when we see if we can cash out. We’ve played a lot of these games and unfortunately that is the hardest part of the game… Cashing out!!! They change the rules or they stop letting you earn the last few dollars that you need. So so far so good!!?
Played this game for 30 minutes and realized its like the others. Not as advertised. Total waste of time. And we love the game solitaire but all the ads ruined it. We would have been payed the game just to play it. First review we’ve ever given. The h well!!$
Why are you advertising that people win money when they really dont? And none of these so called money games are legit except for one. And wayyyyyy too many ads. No not true developer why are there so many people mad because they cant cash out? The blue cards get less and less and the ads are more and more. We deleted your have because all these games lie to the players and nobody wins only the actors youve paid to lie to us and show us all these hundred dollar bills.
It used to give some points. Now you burn up all the coins and you barely get any redeem points from the slot spins. We won easy money from other apps without so many ad videos and stress.
