Brand new player – crime city died.
They make it way too easy to accidentally spend gold(real money currency), adding an instant spend button next to everything and that does not need any confirmation to use, ridiculous prices on the in game assets, game does not track things like upkeep properly (I lost 400 units in a battle but the upkeep kept charging us for them until our next recruitment finished, which was 6 hours after we lost the units) this results in you losing out on income that should’ve been made passively.
Cant log on, now 718am. Washington! We cant log on.
We’ve been playing for years. Love the game but cant log in and have not been about to play in the last 16 hours. If our base gets zeroed for this again. It will be for sale.
The game is fun but for a pay game, the support staff is terrible. They either don’t exist or chose not to respond. If we were an investor, i’d look close at what you spend on IT support because you are getting ripped off.
Been playing this game for 4 years…. Very entertaing.
Had our level to 12 (which took months) to have our city destroyed in 30 seconds. Months of troops destroyed and our wall defenses were crushed. Would take about 60 days to rebuild troops and walls and to have someone destroy it in seconds is SO DUMB! Pass on this game!

The game is fun and a decent way to pass time. While spending money helps its not necessary to spend large amounts at once. One thing we would like to see is a comprehensive manual. There are many intricacies in the game that arent explained and hard for new players to figure out.

We honestly thought this game was gonna be very good compared to mafia movies. Ended up spending a dollar and we are very upset about it. We miss our dollar. DONT DOWNLOAD Go download the Godfather.

We’ve always wanted to be able to walk around as a shrill old man as two giant dudes follow us around with Brooklyn accents and if anyone bumps into us then Ill snap our finger and the two big guys hold him at gun point until he apologizes for his rudeness. Or maybe thats just me.
Mafia is a fun game and has a lot of things to do. You will never get bored playing. In the beginning Global chat is a bit intimidating but the fact is that cool people are on every game. So just ignore the uncool comments and focus on the cool ones. We give this game a 5 star +. Thanks.
First, this is not a game where you get relatively quick results. It takes time. Second, you do not need to spend large amounts of money. $5 every 3 to 4 weeks should be enough. The problem we’ve seen in the reviews is players want quick results. If you want quick results, you can spend a lot of money if you want to. Third, most of the players we have communicated with are helpful in explaining the game. A lot is trial and error, but a lot is intuitive. Fourth, joining a Syndicate is necessary. This game is not meant to be played alone. Relax and enjoy the game. No need to get up tight! The only issue we have is the shield system, we have not figured out how to keep our district shielded for a long time. But thats part of the fun, trying to figure 5 things out. This game is good, we wont lie. Although to make it to the top you have to spend thousands, which many have done. This game would be way better if it was less pay to win and more skill.
They took our account because we found a bug in the game and we used it! They want us to pay 30,649$ US DOLLARS back! We have spent a lot of money on this game! Im not giving them nothing back its they fault they let this happen in the game.

Good game just maybe have a how to button for any questions, more room to expand like maybe using stations troops to start new bases like up to three. And fix the instant construction bug because ours should be 8 minutes but wont let us till 3 minutes because we are in syndicate. Also fix all the toxic people on global chat some please its a bit out of control. Also about the time thing it was allowing us to instant finish on that time with NO vip status and now we have to wait till three minutes! Thats less than when we started the friggin game. Please fix cuz thatll drive us to deleting the game at one point.
We have no idea what the game is about because we’ve had it for 2 months and it has not loaded! We are so disappointed that they couldnt get their app together. We have been waiting for such a long time and now we are ready to delete this game. But the background screen is quite nice…. The background screen is horrible! Nvm it because we have no internet…. Oof Im stupid! But we still hate the background screen! Its not kids appropriate.
And this is a real review, the animation is better and how the quads drive through the street is good and better then mafia city.
We like it we used to play mobile strike but they were too greedy making you pay for literally everything here its not like that at all.
When we first got this game, it reminded us of the other strategy games. There was a significant difference, however. You almost never know what to do, and the gameplay is boring. While there are many games like this that restrict new players in other ways, this one advertises over and over again for you to buy packs. Syndicates are one of the best parts of the game, but getting invited into a big one so you can be protected if someone attacks you is extremely hard. The game also glitches and bugs out a lot, sometimes not allowing us to get new units. It may take a month to actually get anywhere in the game, which is still hard. If you attack an enemy raid thinking youll rob it with them, youre wrong. And if you accidentally attack a better player, youre dead. No matter how much you dont want to attack another player, retreating costs 40 gold and trying to tap the transport is hard. All in all, this game is very limited and disappointing.
Im not a video game junky so we think this game is a little too difficult to understand. We like a more simple game or one that has easy access to instructions. However if you have no life and are heavy into video games then this game may be right for you.
We liked this game and would be fun but we dont like how players with millions and millions of respect point can attack someone with thousands. How do you compete against that we build up to just be attached by someone who has 100,000 units to defeat our little 4000 units. Sad to say that after we spent so much time and some money that we have to delete. Its useless if we keep being attacked by players who we stand no chance against defending our territory.
We’ve been bleeding out cash because of unit upkeep, but we cant figure out why and cant find any information online. We asked a fellow syndicate member and they didnt know either. You cant just go on the community forum because theyre all talking smack to each other, pretending to be wise guys we guess. We agree with another commenter here that Im not going to spend real money on this game if its going to be vague on gameplay. Other than that, its a fun game.
Spent a month building a mob level 25 boss. Now everything is gone. Last update. Game was good. Now too many updates too many problems.
All in all the game seems fun. We dont like how vague and hard it is to find how to play instructions making us think its a tactic to get you to spend money in effectively. We think a full explanation on how to play should be linked with a button so you can better understand what you should be doing before spending money on things that wont further your progress effectively. We emailed them and their answer to how can we find instructions was to instruct us to ask other players as they can be helpful. They also can be damaging fyi. Fix this and we will give you 5 stars and resume spending money. Until something more clear is accessible, our money is staying in our pocket.
We have put countless hours and money into this game.. Our resources have now disappeared by the billions while shielded Im not sure and our speed ups are missing along with gold. Not to mention the level 22 headquarters that was hacked and stolen from us. If this is not corrected we will quit and take further action with the market places we feel we were frauded out of our money. When this is resolved we will change our review until then this is our opinion of the game we would beware spending any money on this game or for that matter playing because if you do have a problem good luck getting in contact with customer support.
Game is fun until it glitches and you end up loosing everything. Then you contact support only for them to tell you they dont see anything wrong with their server. Beware especially if you spend real money in app.

We’ve been playing for over a year now, but it does it ridiculous how much money we’ve spent on it.. We love the idea of syns and have found a great one with amazing players! But, the time and money it takes to really grow and really be able to hold your own is the reason Im only giving it three stars.. The biggest players spend hundreds of dollars at a time!! No way we can compete with that. We’ve without a doubt have pulled back from the game. Please give us who cant just plop down thousand of dollars a chance…
We play for days and build our resources only to wake up and find all have been reset to zero. It was as though we were starting from scratch. When it happened the first time we thought Id give it another shot. But twice is too much. Ill not download another game from this company.
We play for fun and excitement. One month of endless upgrades to our stuff and nothing fun. Dont bother.
