When will the game update? Love this game but have been stuck on Coming Soon for to long now.
When are going to update the game so we can play the other levels?
This game is awesome only problem is having to wait to long in between time for lives o fill.
This is a good little mystery game. Clues do not cost real money. There are days, but that is fine with us.
We’ve been asking myself this ever since we got the game, why is their a young woman on the thumbnail, when the main character is an old woman? We mean, we believe we speak for everyone in this situation as Im pretty sure Im not the only one who believed the woman to be Maggie. So, whos the woman in the thumbnail?
Great game but a little confused about level 200 because you cant move anything in the beginning. Any help would be appreciated!

When we watch an ad to double our winnings, the ad freezes, and we have to quit the game and completely remove it, and dont get the double points. We love all the various games, but this is aggravating.
Where are the new levels? People have been asking for months with no feedback whatsoever. Are you still working on it or have you decided to shut it down!? We need answers !
Every time we complete level 31, the game either does not recognize that we fulfilled the requirements or the gave freezes. This was a fun game but getting shut out like this makes it unplayable for us.

If game developers are going to make games for an English speaking market, they need to hire adequate professional translators. Nothing aggravates us more than bad English.
There havent been any mystery episodes in weeks. Where are they? It just keeps making you play. It sure is a mystery.
Love the puzzles, but the story ended at episode 9. Now we have 22 stars ready to open new episodes with only coming soon.

Unless you pay for the game , once it reaches the harder levels , the gifts to help with the game just arent enough . Not everyone has $ to pay for games . The daily gifts we’ve been getting are just game money, and you need the other gifts to pass levels ( bombs , sling shots , etc) . Going to delete the game if they dont start putting out better daily login gifts . We give it 2.5 stars.
We have also been waiting for some time for episode 10. Is there going to be an episode 10? Your graphics are awesome and the game story line is rather slow but we really like it. We will update this to a 5 stars if episode 10 ever gets here.

Fun game for the first chapter. After that it is impossible to make enough matches to advance. Find another game as this is a waste of time.
We have been away from this app for a bit and assumed when we came back that it would have refilled our hearts. And by a bit we mean several months. We didnt offload the app and even opened it a few times. Somehow it has stretched 27 minutes to refill into 4 months of inactivity. This ought not to be the case. We’ve kept it updated, therefore it should be working fine considering its meant to recognize the clock on our phone to tell time. Not sure what the issue is but this has outright killed our motivation to ever pick this game back up.
Fun game while it lasts, but its clear that its not being actively maintained. Once you get to level 10 youre done.
WTH. It a been weeks since an update has been needed. If you are not going to update tell us. If you are going to update it should not take weeks on end. We are tired of waiting for updates on this game and will delete it if something does not happen soon. No money earned if your customers are not happy. Get your act together and keep up. This is stupid , what the hell are you doing? We need an update and bugs fixed. We have 90 + stars and by the time you give us and update and we use them we will be waiting months again for a new chapter. Hire some help and get this game updated or you are going to lose loyal clients and money.

It has been months since we last played this game. Everything was ok, but then we ran out of levels to play, so we had to wait for an update. When it finally came weeks later, we played again. Now it has been months and although we install any and every update available, there are still no new levels to play. Id rate this game higher (even overlook the grammatical errors) if these updates actually came with new levels to play. Edit: It has been 3 months and theres still no updates/more levels. We originally gave the game 2 stars, but have decided to drop it to one star because, well, 3 months of waiting for more levels is ridiculous.
Game will crash when you are about to win ! Then starts you again at beginning! Stupid! And you tell them no response. Sad.. Game has potential.. Not the developers! They apparently do not care!
We used to enjoy playing this game. But its been months now since youve keep saying the new game are coming soon. So to be truthful Im bored with the game. We will play more when the new game come.

We first started playing months ago. With the storyline and the game together it made it different from most games and better. If you watch everything explode you get more $$. If you watch the videos you double your points. When we reached level 10 it read update coming soon . 3-4 months later no update. We play the game because its better than most. The customer service is nonexistent. We message them every month and never a reply. But today was it for us. We noticed if we spend 1.99 every day or two we have no problem winning the game. Today we decided no more money until they update the game. But we’ve been on this one level since yesterday. Today we had it beat until the game literally cheated in front of us. If we were to have spent money it would never of happened. Im amazed that people are so greedy to do this to their customers for a few bucks! In all fairness we admit most if not all the games available cheat to get your few bucks. Im not going to be one of them.

Had to remove it within 5 minutes of playing it. Thought we had found a fun game similar to Homescapes, but there was an ad before every level, and after it. Too many ads way too quick into it. HARD NO.
Was okay until its been stuck on Coming Soon for episode 10. Spelling is atrocious but we liked it for the most part. Several updates and months later and still STUCK with no way to move forward. Guess its time to delete. There are many games out there that can keep up with story lines as fast as you can play them. This isnt one.

We have been waiting for months now for the new episode to come out. We have over 80 stars waiting to spend them on the story and still NO update. The game started out slow, but we started to enjoy the story line. Now for a few months we’ve just been playing waiting and waiting. Im about ready to give up on this game if theyre not going to give any new chapters. What the heck!
It hasnt been very challenging so far.
We have installed, deleted and re downloaded three times. The game loads but will not allow us to move items to match. Will be deleting again.

Seemed to work fine until updated today. Now we cant move any pieces. Bullet fires, but after first move, cant move a thing. So right now, it gets 1 star.
Downloaded the game, opened it….. IT WONT PLAY UPDATED Deleted and re-installed and STILL wont play Deleted PERMANENTLY.
Its been more than a week since levels could actually be played. Couldnt care less about the story, there is very little there there. But the 3-match levels kept us coming back. Delete.
